So combining it with a relevant camera means that no one user needs to be connected and sharing their screens at any time. Which means one user is not restricted from using their laptop for the entirety of the meeting. Also the licence is free for the basic setup which is all you need for any normal meeting room. It's easy to configure and use. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Room?** Really the only issue with the platform is that it's not an exact replica of the normal teams software so there's some useful functionality missing but it rarely gets in the way so is not a deal breaker. The cameras were desk based usb systems which were fiddly to setup and didn't capture all of the participants in the room or everyone speaking. We needed high quality cameras and microphone/speakers and as such needed the teams software to run them efficiently. I manage a hybrid team of folks in office and remote and utilizing Teams and Room makes it a seamless experience. I don't have to make multiple meetings or invites, I can simply create breakout rooms and invite select people to which ever room is needed and have a provate meeting that way. I can divide people up into teams and assign them to a room and even add a timer which will then automatically bring everyone back to the main meeting when completed. There are so many ways to utilize Teams Rooms. It was incredibly easy to implement into our every processes and ever since adding this feature we use it frequently, if not every meeting. And because it is so easy to use, it had made the integration so simple. There are easy to follow tutorials both written and in video for team members to review at their own leisure or need. I have not had a need to contact customer support as it as been straightforward and no issues, we also do have our own IT team. I would imagibe that Microsoft's Customer Support is likely incredibly helpful. **What do you dislike about Microsoft Teams Room?** Since we utilize Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook, I do wish Microsoft Teams and Rooms would offer group calendars. That would allow us to really only use Outlook for emailing only. I also dislike that when sharing something the team is collaborating on such as an excel sheet or word doc, we cannot share the document into teams directly and have to send it via email. Unless we use a link but that isn't always the best option for us. I would like to see some hanges there. **What problems is Microsoft Teams Room solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is solving the ease of teamwork both virtual and in person by having one place to do it all. This benefits me by making collaborations easy and simplifying things by the use of one platform. I can save all the files into a group I create on Teams, utilize that groupo to set up meetings whether it is a one time meet or a recurring one, and utilize rooms to have private one on ones or break offs by teams/need. ### 15.
