I love the ease of use (very user-friendly, simple to set up new macros and manage existing ones), saves me a TON of time and also gives me assurance that I don't have typos in my email correspondence and other typed documents. I also love that I can use it across multiple devices - that's incredibly helpful as I have two that I use for work and I appreciate not having to pay for two licenses.

The program was simple to install, opens and runs seamlessly in the background while I work, and works across all of my programs (another great advantage over setting up macros individually in every program I use).

*Some folk will create a snippet by using a common word and you'll be typing something somewhere and in mid-thought and a random snippet will paste itself. Those throw me for a loop when it happens. But I just go in, and will add a symbol before the word and problem solved.

I've used TextExpander for several years, and can't begin to imagine how much time it saves me. I use it every day, and when I am at another computer without it, I am frustrated continually when shortcuts that have become ingrained in my fingers don't work! They keep adding features (I especially love the recently added hotkey to search from where you're writing!). I wish it had sub-folder options e.g., Client folder and then sub folders for each client. I wish time elements were a little easier to use (missing time zones etc.) and I also wish you could drop/drag your order of organizing your folders.

I also wish that images inserted into longer templates were easier to resize etc.

Oh! And I wish that hyperlinks automatically were underlined and turned blue, but even if we could set a default for links that'd be helpful

I love how TextExpander makes my workday easier by speeding up the process of creating notes. It significantly reduces the time from 20 minutes to just 5 minutes. I like that it pops everything up for me, and all I have to do is fill in the blanks or press enter to complete my notes.
