Syncing up signed contracts and vital PDF's couldn't be easier. After introducing Sharepoint last year - this has really changed our ways of working. **What do you dislike about PDF Share Forms?** Not a lot really - it keeps the functionality simple and doesn't deviate from it. Potentially more integrations would be helpful but realistically, it's great as it is. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Share Forms:** Honestly just go for it - if you need to create an environment that syncs into sharepoint, manages signatures/uploads and feeds your workforces key documents into one place, this is the tool for you. **What problems is PDF Share Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have a lot of new contracts being processed and a really varied sales workforce - therefore centralising all of this can be a nightmare. PDFSF let us do all of this in a really easy way. ### 2. This is cost effective in the sense that it also enables companies to have access to PDF forms digitally meaning costs of printing is slashed. Furthermore, as this software is mobile friendly, it means accessibility is very wide. The addition of e-signatures with this software too does add to urgent documents that are in need of signatures can be done via mobile phone, without the need of coming in to our office. This is very convenient for both 3rd party members and internal staff as it allows them to be flexible, and will not have to worry about attending work to sign documents. The addition of push notifications is a feature which is useful for those who sometimes forget to fill out applications on time. The availability of PDF Share forms being accessible is also beneficial as network connectivity is not essential when having to do tasks, so if you are on your way to work underground or on a plane you can edit PDF files for work purposes. **What do you dislike about PDF Share Forms?** There is not many regular updates, there are some big issues such as the application randomly closing depending on the size of the PDF you are trying to open. **Recommendations to others considering PDF Share Forms:** Be sure to give this product a go, the trial/demo period is a good chance to see if you enjoy the platform/interface. **What problems is PDF Share Forms solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving problems such as flexible working hours, accessible from anywhere and at anytime. The push notification allows users to be reminded when a form is due with the time stamp being sent over too. It is where we run our office. In the cloud. The PDF program allows me to stay working in one program so I don't have to jump around. **What do you dislike about PDF Share Forms?** I do not have any dislikes. The program worked well for our office needs. There wasn't anything that I can think of that I did not like about the program. At first I would forget to use the program and the forms. I finally got the hang of it and then we changed programs. We now use Adobe Acrobat Pro DC, a cloud based program.
