**What do you like best about Workable?**

Using workable has made our recruitment process very easy. It has been very helpful in managing multiple job posts together and also shortlisting good candidates. It has also been helpful in scheduling calls with the candidates. Overall a good experience.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

There is no such downside of using workable. Only if one thing would be added, it could make the overall experience very smooth - that is onboarding candidate.

It has made the recruitment process very easy. We can manage multiple job posts together in one application. Easy to manage and shortlist hundreds of candidates together.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

Workable appeared as an excellent solution to start hiring asap. It is highly customizable, very intuitive and easy to introduce to key stakeholders. Also, it provides all possible data to start with the reporting and visualizations and get the essence of the hiring plan and recruiting metrics. 
The implementation of Workable is smooth and quick, and we could already use the platform from day one. It also has amazing integrations with LinkedIn, job portals, mobile app, and many more.
In case of any issues, Workable provides a customer support team that are just rockstars. 
Workable was the super right decision for us!

Can not think of any "dislikes", all is working perfectly and corresponds to our business needs

We started the talent acquisition function from scratch and needed a solution that is effective, provides automation, is easy to use, fast to implement, and data-driven. Workable united all these aspects in one application. The Workable team did our onboarding smoothly and stressless, and got us up and running within a few weeks.

It's a great platform to use going through the recruitment process, it keeps all reviewers on the same page as you can write comments after each process.

I don't think there is anything particularly butif I had to say it would be that it doesn't filter out the candidates greatly when people are applying for certain roles.

It's taking a huge administrative weight off us as a company which means we have more time to use on more important things and it's very user friendly

**What do you like best about Workable?**

The fact that you can do everything in Workable, hiring wise, basically you can publish a vacancy, receive and analyse CV, and pass all the recruitment phase and the onboarding phase with different teams within HR. (I only used Workable for this phase).
And it's absolutely fantastic the fact that you could keep track of tests, interviews, feedbacks all in the same spring.

There's not a single thing to point out to Workable.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workable was the first tool/software that we use that proovides multiple solutions within the same platform. We used it for recruitment and for the onboarding, and the great thing about that was the fact that we could book meetings and add it to our calendars automatically, or even in which date we were paying the referral.

Workable is one of the most user friendly ATS I have ever worked with being in recruitment world since 4 years. 
Workable has all the features you ever wished for!!
It gives you a whole new dimensions for recruitment and helps you to be super updated with your recruitment work!! 
I highly recommend for every organisations recruitment teams should start using  Workable and see the results, it will take your recruitment game to a whole new level.

To be honest, I found all the features are very useful in Workable, Everything has its way of working and feels like everything is curated well to help a recruiter to run his interview process very smoothly.

Workable is helping to maintain candidates' Databases very efficiently and also helps us to be more productive while data is managed by workable so we can focus more on recruitment without missing any information related to the candidates.

If you are a smaller team only hiring here and there, Workable is nice in that it is an ATS option where you can pay by the job vs. a large fee upfront. This makes it affordable in many ways.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

The platform is very slow and often buggy. There aren't as many customizable options as we would like as a team, especially when it comes to specifying what users can and can't see from a candidate application/profile.

Workable helps us keep track of applicants all in one place while still advertising on multiple platforms. It also is used in initial candidate communications and pipeline maintenance.

I like that Workable has many features, you can move the candidate according to stages, send mass messages, do automatic sourcing, and configure automatic actions.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

I would like to have the option to filter by country, seniority, or other specific criteria, including salary, at each stage, especially in the Applied stage.

It helps me to post my job vacancy in various places automatically and thus expand the applicant market. Likewise, it helps me manage all recruitment activities in one place.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

Loved how easy the implementation was and how easy it was to onboard our business using the new system. We had gone from manual to automation in weeks! I come from corporate businesses and large HR/Rec systems and this is super easy to use, flexible and comes with AI to support with attracting the right candidates.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

The cost is quite high but it is well worth it. It would be good to get more super user admin access and control but it is not major as the account management and support team are superb.

We have an account manager called Abbi who is super helpful and the support team are always on standby. We do not have any challenges right now which need solving. We are fully up and running.

Sometimes the requisitions - depending on the project start date - do not coincide with some reports. 
Emails from your inbox do not appear immediately / auto-sync onto Workable.

We needed a platform to centralize our recruitment and enable us to continue complying with the data protection laws.
Since so many candidates apply for a particular and are suitable for future roles, we are now able to create tags to help identify them when those roles become live.

From a code use case perspective workable gets the job done. It won't blow you away with features but provides a simple to use interface that allows for candidate tracking and evaluation.

As with almost any enterprise level software it can get a little bulky at times.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

I love the feature that hides each reviewer's evaluation from the other reviewers until they've written their own evaluations, to avoid influencing them. I don't know if competitors have that. I also love that reviews are editable - I use that all the time.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

The format of the evaluation text isn't very readable of the evaluation is long. I have to leave several empty lines between paragraphs to make the different sections easier to tell apart.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I haven't used competitors' products, but Workable makes it easy to track applicants per job opening, easy to review candidate CVs and their answers to preset questions, easy to discuss with other reviewers, and easy to evaluate candidates after interviews.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

the tagging system and the option to mail the candidate through workable. Its, basically a 1 stop solution, all information is there. I like that different recruiters can add feedback on the same profile.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

i dont really like the interface, it becomes a bit chaotic when you have a lot open positions and candidates. Also i would like if in the referral option you would just upload someone linkedin vs having them to send you their CVs.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workable can very efficiently organize all the information of my company regarding open positions, different stages of the applicant and feedback on applicants. Its a 1 stop solution, one more element i would like to see is to help you on workforce planning. I am not sure if it exists but it could have a goalsetting per month on how many hires you would like to do and analyze if the prorated recruitment and acceptance rates are aligned with you goal. If not i could you notify me via alerts that you need to focus on more interviews.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

It is very easy to use and intuitive which is very important if you want to engage very busy people in recruiting. Recruitment processes are quick to set up. Unlike many competitors, it is very easy to manage users and their permissions. I also like the autimated sourcing function. The application is also very stable - I haven't experienced any downtime or major technical issues during 6 months of use.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

There are quite a few small issues eg. while setting up an email template for an interview invite you cannot set a title in the template. I have a feeling that reports/analytics functionality could be better - more customizable. Interview scorecards could also be more customizable.  The customer service is not always great. It's hard to reach them on a call and I had to do long back-and-forth mailing for them to explain some functionality to me. While doing this the CS agent messed up something in my user settings that I discovered after a while. This would not happen if the CS agent was available for a 5 min call.

It helps manage and keep track of multiple recruitment processes. Enables a recruiter to be accountable to business stakeholders. It automates many actions which is crucial if, like me, you are a single recruiter in a company.

All my daily work is on this platform, and it helps me keep everything in order and well-organized. I can see what my colleagues are doing. Everyone on the team has access to each other's comments and work, which streamlines our work. We can also access information from the past.

There was a period of time when the server was down for two weeks, and that affected our daily work.

Containing all the information in one place in an agile and organized way for the whole team without the need for me to have information scattered on my computer and then lost.

It was really easy to use. I liked the fact it gave space for me to include why I believe my friend is the perfect addition to my workplace. I also love the fact I can follow the process.

Theres not a lot I dislike, possibly adding more filters than just location so you can pinpoint exactly what you're looking for. For example; specific areas in a company or salary.

It gives you loads of new opportunities at your workplace. Also, helping my friend gain employment in a place of work that benefits them is an amazing feature!

Bulk emails, evaluation, comment. 
Moving candidates through stages is excellent. I find workable a light software and a user friendly as well. The automated first name, user... all is well

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

When sending rejection, you cant sort thenones been sent and the ones who dont. You have to go and click one by one on the one who werent sent a rejection. The solution is to sort sent rejection snd not sent

I love retreiving reports from workable and it has different options and section. Very specific reports could be retrieved by a single click. The software has lots of features.

The intuitive user interface makes navigating easy even for first-time users.  I've always appreciated how easy it is to work with vendors, seamlessly connecting them with the teams they help support without giving them keys to the castle.

In terms of user interface, some of the features like "edit candidate" are a little cumbersome and could use some UI magic.

You don't have to press many buttons to get to what you want. I liked the platform and the way the process is put together. I made our life really easier. Also the support team is really helpful.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Some features were still in the making that we could use right away, but I was happy to hear they are developing something new and exciting for me to use. At the end we were a bit confused to see that we had to pay for another year if we want to cancle the contract.

Workable is solving the problem of pipeline visibility. It is very clear which candidate is in which stage and what we have to do with him/her to proceed. I really like the templates feature both for messages and for scorecards.

The customer success team at Workable is fantastic--they are timely in getting back to us on platform issues, feedback, feature requests, etc. For our small business, the platform is cost-effective, and the automated actions are a lifesaver.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

I wish it was a bit easier to get a sense from a high level of what candidates currently have scheduled interviews. In addition, I wish the self-scheduling link was able to be incorporated into the automated actions for group interviews so links don't need to be created each time you move someone or a group of people to the interview stage

I like that Workable provides a shared space where hiring managers and team members can collaborate in an efficient manner. The dashboard is very user-friendly. I also enjoy integrations that Workable has to offer which allow managing your activities on other platforms through Workable. Scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates is so much easy with Workable. It has integrations with Outlook, Zoom, and Teams and you can schedule everything through Workable. Workable provides templates for you to communicate with candidates, and you can add your own templates as well.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

I wish they could offer more options for automatic qualification/disqualification of candidates. Right now, it only lets you see the matching keywords on resumes vs. the keywords on the job posting.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

As a tech recruiter, I must say it is one of the best ATS tools to track the candidates' status. We need to post our job requirements on it, which will automatically get posted in other job portals like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn etc. I found it easy to use, and anyone can learn this tool in just a few hours.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

One of the disadvantages of workable is that candidates' search criteria are minimal; the other disadvantage is workable's usage ends once an offer letter is sent to a candidate. However, it does provide e-signature capabilities but doesn't have other functions like Candidates' background verifications, scheduling inductions process etc.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Workable is one of the ATS (Applicant Tracking Sytem) tools, which mainly helps HR/ Recruiters to manage their end-to-end hiring process. As a Recruiter, i can track my candidates' progress in each stage of the interview process as well as all the interview feedback from my interviewers. I can easily schedules interviews for my candidates in just few clicks. It also helps me in enhancing my candidates' engagement process.

Jobs are easy to load, love the tailored workflow options, excellent links to external websites for candidate sourcing (both for advertising and for importing), love the suggested candidates function when you post a new role, simple, clear, you can add colleagues, upload CVs and info which is then parsed, all great! I also really like the alerts on email so I can see when someone evaluates a candidate

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Find it hard to believe you have to buy an entire additional package to add on the request / authorisation to hire function - this is what stops this from being a 10/10 for me - should be part of the workflow process. Would be great if the questions could be hidden from anyone except superusers then we could give access to all our colleagues but we can't give them access to see salary, etc

**What do you like best about Workable?**

It's very helpful in managing both our financial headcount forecast and our interview process from beginning to end.  Also a fantastic tool for evaluating candidates after individual interviews, utilizing a wide range of either custom or pre-built scorecards which can be utilized by all levels of hiring managers and hiring team members involved in a search. Reporting is also top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

I have complained about this many times, and I believe it's something the Workable team is currently working to improve, but the current search and filter capabilities within the 'Candidates' tab, which houses all candidates who exist in our system already (not new passive candidates we are looking to engage for the first time) is pretty terrible.  No ability to use boolean search to find resumes which align with certain position requirements.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As mentioned above, I believe the search capabilities when trying to find applicants from previous pipelines / previously engaged candidates are getting a new, fresh interface. Hopefully this solves our current frustration in this dept.

The scheduling module can be thought through a bit better. Would be great if it would support custom scheduling windows (together with google calendar integration) and also limits to not allowing more than a certain amount of interviews per day or one after another.

Can be slow sometimes - not allowing for the questions to be changed once candidates have started applying. 
Doesn't work the best with Indeed - we have to go into our Indeed account separately to manage the job

I's say search and filtering is the least convenient part of Workable. There is a such feature, but it's not very organic and exists somewhere on the side. For me, it's more convenient to rely on direct links shared to me and open exch candidate in a separate browser tab rather than go to the 'candidates' section and try to filter there

Workable makes it really easy to track which candidates have applied as well as source candidates. I love the template features; it's easy to add in codes that will replace each candidates name and move them to a new cadence.

The only complaint I have is that when you disqualify a candidate sometimes they stay in the same queue so you have to be mindful when you're going through so you don't accidentally reach out to a character you've previously disqualified.

It's helping me recruit for my startup! Without Workable I would be way behind my goal. It's affordable as well so it's not increasing my startup overhead by too much.

Notifications are very helpful, I get emails when i'm tagged on candidates which helps keep me up to date on what I need to review. I like that I can figure out most things without asking for help because the user experience is very intuitive.

Sometimes when the information is transalated from a CV into the fields within workable it can be inaccurate plus it would be super helpful to be able to use these fields to filter candidates.

Workable is a tool that can be easily used and has a lot of AI integrations that allow you, for example, to exchange and received candidate emails through the system, with a notifications page that works a bit like a cellphone (spectacular!).

Reporting and some more complex functions are a bit limited on Workable, being it is still a new ATS that requires updates and a bit more work. Overall if you want to have a tool completely customizable, Workable might not be for you.

Workable is good if you are running a young start-up and need an easy-to-use system that is available for everyone at all company levels.

Workable solved a few problems I really really liked. It has already integrated into its own system Online Video Interview and Online Assessment Test services, which is outstanding, and this was probably one of the major improvements to the tool. This allows us to have both services for free when you buy the ATS.

Workable has been a great asset to the district in filling our vacant positions where we have a much low vacancy rate than surrounding school districts.

There are glitches when candidates apply from LinkedIn and their profiles are not correctly generated and showed on Workable (wrong picture or sometimes even the people search option is not showing the relevant candidate LinkedIn profile at all)
