**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

Having worked at an HR SaaS company for over 10 years, I have a deep appreciation for the level of thought and consideration that's gone into the Click Boarding platform. The flexibility and customization options are genuinely unparalleled in this space.
The platform itself is intuitive and well-designed — I was able to fully configure it for a client, including third-party integrations, in under a week. That kind of speed-to-value is rare.
The team at Click Boarding are an absolute delight to work with across the board. From the onboarding experience through to day-to-day support and client success, I cannot speak highly enough of them. It's genuinely refreshing to work with a team that cares about their customers and outcomes.
The new AI features they've recently rolled out are brilliant and a real testament to their commitment to staying ahead of the curve. The ROI on this product is a total game-changer — I'd recommend it without hesitation.

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

I like that front-end users can easily navigate through process flows. Customer Service is helpful.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

I dislike the format of editing forms and process flows- it is much more difficult to edit each piece of process flows and forms than it should be in regard to the multiple steps and ease of losing progress if steps don't save properly. It is also very easy to disrupt an integration when changing a step.

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It seems that UI is updating (from the pictures on the sales website), which would be helpful for the new hire onboarding experience

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

Click Boarding has provided us with a streamlined onboarding solution aimed at providing clarity and transparency for new hires before their start date.  The product ensures hires complete all activities in a simple and intuitive format.  The mobile responsive solution was important to ensure hires could complete activities no matter what device they were using.  Click Boarding also provides direct support for users issues which has been very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

Like many smaller companies just starting out, Click Boarding experienced some early hurdles providing near perfect services.  There were times where they couldn't handle the large volume of usage, especially if that volume wasn't steady.  Click Boarding has invested in their infrastructure to improve stability and consistency.  Click Boarding has also expanded options for integrating with other platforms which should hopefully bring value at a later point for our organization.

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our legacy onboarding process was disjointed and lacked transparency.  Pre-hires received different experiences depending on hiring managers.  Click Boarding has provided a consistent, transparent experience that allows hires to complete tasks easily and sets them up for success on day 1.  In addition to new hire forms and paperwork, Click Boarding allows us to elevate the experience by layering in content about the organization, culture, role expectations, etc.

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

Ease of form and process creation. The UI has everything laid out in an easily understandable way.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

I dislike several things about CB. The creation of fields and forms leaves a lot to be desired.

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are gathering employee data and mapping it to our core HRIS system. The benefits are the UI and mobile friendly.

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

If you've worked in HR for a company with multiple offices across multiple states, you can already imagine the headache that creates from a process and legality standpoint. Clickboarding is able to solve a LOT of the problems that we face. To this day we're still incredibly impressed with how it has streamlined our new hire process so much that onboarding a remote worker is just as easy as onboarding someone in the office.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

The UI could be a little better, there are limitations on how you want things to look and it can get to be a bit...crowded looking... if you're hiring a lot. There are a couple of processes that could use a little work in terms of simplicity and ease, but in the end none of these nit picky items are dealbreakers.

**Recommendations to others considering Click Boarding:**

If you have multiple locations, or have to hire remote employees, and are looking for a way to simply the onboarding process, look no further.

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- Consolidation of onboarding paperwork
- Employment verification across multiple offices
- Onboarding of remote employees
- In-person I9 verification for remote employees
- Making sure accurate tax info collected for payroll

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

The new hire experience is great and we've received a lot of positive feedback from our new hires after going through the process. I also like that you can complete the I9 and E-verify in the system and don't have to go out to other sites to get those steps done. 

They've updated their UI recently, which has helped a bit on the administrative burden on the backend.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

Setting up your process on the backend is clunky and still needs some work. It's not intuitive at all to get things set up the first time. If we didn't have a great account manager to walk us through everything (sometimes multiple times), I don't know how I would have figured it out on my own (and this is not my first rodeo).

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It creates a better onboarding experience for candidates and keeps the excitement going in the period between offer acceptance and their start date. It also streamlines things for our HR Admin and makes remote onboarding easier.

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

The client support we've received when we've asked for it has been excellent. The software provides a nice experience for candidates.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

We've had CB for a few years and we we're not aware of the many new features and updates that had been rolled out. It required us reaching out to ask how to improve our candidate experience for them to tell us about all of the new features, since no one has been managing our account. Once we did connect with them though, they were amazing. They helped us elevate the experience with bi-weekly training, support, and check-in calls. 
The software still needs some updating and the backend is a little clunky on the administrative aspect.

Trying to create delightful candidate experiences. Benefits are a seamless, easy process for our candidates

Don't enjoy updating forms each year - the process isn't fast.

**What do you like best about Click Boarding?**

I work for Hireology and one of our partners is ClickBoarding. I feel like we have a great working relationship, in that if we ever need assistance, I know I will always get the same person who can help out, which keeps things nice and consistent. I love the friendly help guides that are in the ClickBoard system, in the event that I have any one off questions, it makes it easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

I am interested to know what other integration capabilities there are with Clickboarding. For instance, I have a lot of clients who want to add multiple signatures to an onboard form, and right now they only have the ability for a candidate to sign off, unless they are filling out the I-9 Part Two.

**Recommendations to others considering Click Boarding:**

I think Clickboard does a great job of meeting the needs of an employer when it comes to seamlessly sending out all new hire paperwork.

Click boarding is user friendly and easy to use.  There are always several changes throughout the year and their platform makes it easy to keep up with.  New employees love the ease of use.

Nothing that I can think of.  We are still learning what the system can do

Easy to work with and highly recommend this product.  You won't be disappointed

It has allowed our process to be completely paperless. Now no one is hand entering data and there is no more missing paperwork! Payroll recieves it in a timely manner, we don't have to track people down and ask for papers any more.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

Not as customizable as we would like. Previewing the process can be difficult without making a fake account and walking all the way through it.

**Recommendations to others considering Click Boarding:**

It makes the process smoother on the new employee and the internal team.

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have several locations across in the US, We had a hard time developing a standard set of paperwork to be used for onboarding and for our locations to know which was the correct/most updated forms. Then they would have to scan it in and someone at corporate would hand enter the data into the system. We have solved for all of that. It has made everyone's jobs easier!

Click boarding is such an easy product to use, their support teams are very responsive (Which is huge), they are constantly checking in to make sure that you are satisfied with their services. Totally streamlined our on-boarding process.

There is one document we cannot use in Clickboarding due to the format.  It would be great to have all of our onboarding docs work in one platform.

We are saving administrative tasks for having candidates sign paperwork manually the first day and having our admin enter all the info into ADP.

Click Boarding is superior to its competitors that we have tried. I like the ease of use and everify integration. They are constantly making product improvements based on user feedback and their ticket responses are fast and accurate.

I did not like that you could not copy workflows and had to recreate the wheel every time leaving room for error. I believe that this has been fixed.

The process of reviewing forms within a process - having to be a 'candidate' to be able see form content.

Simple to use.  Staff is easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Click Boarding?**

Need more field level validations.  For example, do not allow invalid SSN or a date of birth that does not make sense.

UI should be upgraded as it looks very dated.

**What problems is Click Boarding solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allow our clients to onboard employees electronically.  The compliance offered by I9 has been hugely helpful.
