**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

I love how customizable and quick it is to add or remove steps as needed. It is intutive to use and creates a fantastic user experience. We are now using it to also welcome back parents who have been on parental leave and support them through this challenging transition. 
The example content is also really useful as a starting point and to provide ideas on how you can set a workflow out. 

I also cannot wait for the People cards!

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

It would be great if it could store information for buddy's so when a manager chooses a buddy they do not need to enter the email and name it just pops up if it has been used before. Or if this could somehow be pulled from the HRIS tool.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

automation relieving administrative time needed. It also sends prompts to managers, new joiners and buddy's when needed rather than this being a manual process.

would be helpful if it had its own e-signature capabilities
would be helpful if it could use one of two fields as key field depending on logic
sometimes if i want to change order of multiple choice options, all have to be removed and readded in the order - an ordering function would be beneficial for fields with 100+ options

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

It's been great at creating, automating and standardising onboarding experiences for new hires, teams and managers whilst also reducing People Service time spent on administrative tasks and provides more meaningful experiences to new hires. The logics in the workflows have been amazing, I think this is the best feature in my experience

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

The reporting feature could be improved by having more filters or views, but that is something you can manually do if you need a specific view so it isn't that much of an issue.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

It really helps connect and immerse new hires to the organization and our culture before their first day! It really helps managers (especially new managers) onboard new hires better. One of the best things is that it is very customizable to your business needs. There are templates to help you get started, but it's a very flexible system. What sets Enboarder apart from other onboarding systems is that it is really about the new hire's onboarding experience rather than your traditional onboarding of just filling out forms. Also, our customer success manager has been really great and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

There are some nuances to setting things up, which you learn through playing around in the system.  I also don't like that when they added a new feature, there was an additional cost to implement that feature, which I feel like it should have been included with our already costly contract price.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides new hires a much better and more connected onboarding experience. New hires start off feeling like a part of the team already. We have received a lot of positive feedback from our new hires.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

Enboarder allows you to build a complete onboarding experience very fast and intuitively. You already have a good base in just a few hours of experimenting. 
However, the tool is complete; although you can build something simple fast, you can also dig deeper, build more complex interactions, and create integrations with other tools used by your company.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

This tool is made to be as simple and intuitive as possible. This is great, but it also means that if you want to build a complex layout for your pages, it is sometimes not possible. (no CSS integration yet prevents you from setting the pages exactly how you want)

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Make the onboarding experience more interactive and more personal for new joiners. It is a newcomer's first contact with a company, and setting a good example is crucial.

Its simple enough and very intuitive. There are so many other things that need us to have more dedicated time to fix some of the workflows and add more.

There needs to be a better way to communicate with clients when Enboarder does some internal changes. Some of these changes sometimes affect systems that have been integrated to the platform

I really enjoyed the ability to create surveys and communication templates, while having great user support throughout the entire use of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Automation is a relatively new way of communicating to our candidates, so having the ability to work forward/backward from a key project date was at times a bit confusing. Would be great to be able to choose a calendar date instead of having to manually count from the key date all the time

Enboarder makes onboarding and offboarding people easy and straightforward. It enables us to automate the journeys and involve any stakeholder needed for tasks.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

The trick with Enboarder is some stakeholders resist completing of their own tasks, so even though they get constant reminders, the stubborn ones usually don't complete tasks until an actual person is following up.

Onboarding and offboarding employees and involving the needed stakeholders at critical times. this is helping us focus our efforts on follow-up rather than contacting and forgetting someone by mistake.

It is very easy to create and customise bite-sized messages for employees. 
The system is very intuitive and you can create logics to tailor your needs. 
The dashboard offers many interesting data and analytics to work with.

I like that it automates the messages, so I don't have to set reminders or remember when I'm supposed to email a new hire. It helps the new employee be welcomed in a very organized manner.

It doesn't automate as much as I'd like it to, and I wish they would work more on the UI.

We solved our problem of onboarding being too manual of a process. Before, we used to spend hours sending out communications, and now it automates everything on a timeline.

The interface is so customisable and easy to use. You can do just about anything to make it unique to your business' needs. Their training and support is also great, and quickly coming up with updates and solutions.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Because it is so easy to use, sometimes you can make changes without a way to undo and revert back. You can also get excitied and create too many versions of the same content and end up with a messy back end.

**Recommendations to others considering Enboarder:**

Put in the work up front to set it up well and then it's a great asset.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our onboarding is so much more consisent and experience focussed without us having to think too much. Before managers always said they 'didnt know' what was their role, how it prompts them to complete tasks without us having to. It also removes a duplication of data entry which is great for other business units.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

Having built in workflows is a time saver. I love that Enboarder provides templates, but that I can customize them to match the culture of our company.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

I really wish that you could copy other workflows. Many of the workflows that I am building are very similar, with small differences. I hear this is coming though, so that will really help me! One other thing I wish they had is an easy way to categorize - we use Enboarder for onboarding, offboarding, leave and are looking for other ways to use it... but it's a lot to keep track of on one dashboard.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The time commitment of building a good employee experience takes is being solved with Enboarder. I now have more time to develop and I'm spending less time on production/sending out emails because Enboarder is doing it for me. I'm also communicating information faster to stakeholders: employee, manager, etc. because the workflows kick-off for me.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

It's just a great tool. The flexibility is terrific, you can tailor the look & feel, add in your own videos, easy to set up new workflows and/or adjust ones you already have set up. 
The one thing I'd have to say though that has really stood out above all else is the level of support on offer from the entire Enboarder team, with a special shout to our fantastic Account Manager Leanne. There genuinely hasn't been anything that is too much or that they haven't tried immediately to lean in & help whenever we've asked, absolutely tremendous! The pro-active effort they jumped into right away for all their clients in helping deal with the sudden shift to remote working also deserves a mention.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Hard to say down sides, there have been minor things that we've flagged for improvements in terms of ease of use or enhancements, but they have either been in train already or taken on board for development so I couldn't in all honesty say they were dislikes.

It is a great tool that is intuitive and has the ability to do great things.  But what makes me give a 10 aside from that was the time I have spent working the Enboarder team, they are super engaging, thoughtful, and committed to getting the job done.  Special shoutout to Leanne and Travis.

Enboarder is extremely user friendly making is simple to create and alter the experience within workflows. The experience for our new hires and managers is light years beyond where we were just 6 months ago, thanks to Enboarder!

Inability to track when changes are made or see an archive of what used to exist when a change is made. 
Alerts can only be set up on an entire sequence; having the ability to put alerts an specific pages within a sequence would be helpful.

Enboarder has taken our onboarding from a very tactical, drinking from a firehouse type of experience to an engaging, welcoming experience that has helped foster a better relationship between manager and new hire sooner in the process and has given our new associates the ability to receive information when they need it, over time.

Since implementing enboarder in our work experience it has redefined how we onboard new employees through our employee life cycle. Not only has it assisted us in increasing our onboarding metrics the experience provided has made such a positive impact on the new employee - I don’t know why more companies aren’t using this product. Also, it is worth mentioning the excellent service provided - Cat would have to be the best salesperson I have ever dealt with and ongoing support from Leanne has gone above and beyond so much that they are working with us to use the platform in new ways around recruitment onboarding

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

The service I receive from Julian is the best thing. We are an atypical client because we are not using Enboarder for on boarding, we've modified the technology for our outplacement program. Julian takes it all in his stride and is always available to help and answer questions. He's a huge asset.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Some of the aspects of the technology are not super user friendly. We'd like more detailed reporting, we'd like to be able to pause programs, we would love to be able to edit without always being sent back to the start of the stream we're in.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're using what we call 'push technology' which helps us to ensure our candidates are accessing the things we want them to during their program and not relying as much on them or our consultants to make it happen. It's still early days for us to measure uptake but we think it's going to be much higher than in the past.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

Flexibility of tool. Ability to add and subtract steps as needed. Ability to distinguish between areas and types to make things personalized. Makes new hires feel more connected due to communications before first day and follow ups after.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Can be hard to integrate with other softwares. If an email is missed it doesn’t send a follow up for that person so it can easily interrupt a workflow. Specific one off cases are easy to handle.

It is a great tool that helps facilitate onboarding so everyone in the organization is ready for a new hire and the new hire knows what to expect as of day 1.

Consolidate new hire information into one system allowing hiring manager, recruiters, Payroll, and office managers to be well prepared for arrivals.
Allow for information to be shared on-time within the organization and to new hires.

I liked the simplicity and user-friendliness of the UI. 

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

There was very less information available and I felt the onboarding was not fully complete on Enboarder. After joining, I had to go through different channels to get more information such as internal tools, applications links. General things like HR policies, system accesses etc.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Employee onboarding is something that normally takes a lot of time and some of the other apps I have seen in other companies do not have proper UI and mostly broken. I felt Enboarder is a great initiative and can be improved further by adding more features such as chatbots.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

The platform is easy to learn, easy to use without a lot of training.  It is simple to make live changes to a sequence.  The reporting and dashboard give just the right detail of data.  The engagement heatmap helps us to quickly determine what content is resonating and what is not.  Our Customer Success Manager is fantastic!  Always available and willing to help, he has great ideas, keeps us well-informed and follows up consistently.  We couldn't ask for better support.

There is nothing that we dislike but are looking forward to future improvements that will only strengthen the onboarding journey for our new hires.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are located in 29 countries with 44 offices and 70 different nationalities.  Enboarder helps to give a consistent experience to all new joiners, regardless of location.  In addition, we are trying to encourage pre-hire communication between hiring manager and new joiner, to keep the momentum from offer date to start date high.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

Enboarder allows for text and/or email communications to go out to new employees who will be onboarding at our Company. I like the ease of editing profiles and information as it is constantly changes in our industry. The user interface is simple. It also integrates directly with salesforce. 

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

I dislike that the bulk onboarding feature of our enboarder campaign does not work effectively. You can't bulk edit information because each individual has different personal information such as names and phone numbers.

We are solving the problem of manually sending information. We have saved ourselves time and miscommunication with new employees by using enboarder.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

The customer service has been phenomenal. Quick responses, thoughtful solutioning, and a true white glove experience are all things that come with Enboarder. I truly felt that the company is our partner and wants us to succeed. They are patient and willing to work with you no matter your technological skill level.

The system is incredibly intuitive and easy to use! There is so much you can learn and do in the system but the first few setups are done with your account rep and they are fantastic to work with. They guide you through anything you need and will continue to work with you to get the most out of the system even after you are up and running. 

Also, the quarterly review they provide really helps you see the  see the effectiveness of the system.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Honestly, we had very few issues with enboarder. The biggest issue was getting our processes and integrations setup correctly. The system needs you to have your procedures well defined. 

For example, our internal hires were getting pulled into our onboarding communications because we did not have a truly separate process for them in our applicant tracking system.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time. We are working on efficiency and having to send manual emails to each new hire when we are rapidly expanding is exhausting and time consuming. With the automatic setup we are getting people in our doors quicker, easier and more prepared.

Automates the workflow for many very time-consuming tasks. We aren't fully utilising all the features yet but are working with Enboarder to make sure we use it to it's capacity.
It's usability is great, very easy to set up and manage.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

Building workflows is super easy and user-friendly regardless of the complexity of the onboarding process. Also, Enboarder is constantly improving their platform and takes client feedback and suggestions to improve as well and the DocuSign integration they recently released is robust and makes it easy for us to have all our completed forms in one place.

**What do you dislike about Enboarder?**

Since the company is so new, it currently does not have integration with the background/drug screening vendor we use. Also, it would be ideal for anyone who has partially completed onboarding items to be taken back to where they left off rather than starting from the beginning and clicking through till they get to where they need to be.

**Recommendations to others considering Enboarder:**

Enboarder is super easy to customize for each specific onboarding process and makes it easy for everyone involved in the onboarding process to know where they are in the process.

I have been involved in a multitude of HR system implementations and I have to say Enboarder has been the best for several reasons:
a) you are buying a capability (time bound customisable workflows - any mature process could be in scope!)
b) It is super easy and intuitive to build
c) their customer success team is second to none!

The system is excellent - there have been some challenges with different browser types but these were quickly overcome following a call with the customer success team.

**What do you like best about Enboarder?**

I love that we can provide the best possible experience for new hires and hiring managers without a massive time commitment from HR. Once the workflows are setup, you can be sure that the right information is going to the right people exactly when they need it. We used handle all onboarding communications manually, which wasn't scaling as we grew to 11+ global offices. Enboarder has helped us scale onboarding as we've become a global company. Their customer service/ account management team helped us the through the process and continually checks in with reports to make sure we're using the tool to the best of its ability.

We haven't integrated with our HR software yet, and that's very important for the automation. 

**Recommendations to others considering Enboarder:**

Enboarder let us do a free trial, which really sealed the deal.

Employee engagement, scaling onboarding globally, automating comms, training hiring managers, and communicating different information with new hires at specific stages in their career (30/ 60/ 90/ 6 months/ 1 year). We're successfully achieving everything we set out to accomplish.

Enboarder is great. There's nothing I don't like about it. The areas we need to improve are our own internal processes and system integration.

If you have a clunky, paper based process or a system that looks like you have copied it from your internal intranet, I would highly recommend Enboarder. They have developed a simple and engaging digital solution that has been overwhelming well received from our leaders and new starters!

The idea of helping new employees join your company with a texting/email tool is awesome.  We had great success with the tool and new employees were really impressed.  The help team at enboarder were very responsive and listened closely to help us solve use cases unique to us.

There are some dev UI issues that need addressing, but the enboarder team is constantly improving the experience.

Bringing new employees on and having the managers engaged with them early in the process is our goal.  Enboarder helped, most the issues we had was getting our managers on board with connecting with employees earlier.

Only a small thing but I'm yet to find the reporting easy to download for ROI discussions. However in saying that, I have not yet asked for assistance from Enboarder as I'm sure they would bend over backwards to assist.

**What problems is Enboarder solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been using Enboarder to communicate with our employees for our Enterprise Agreement Negotiations.  It's been fantastic as those who we are communicating with do not have access to work emails, however we're able to provide them all of the information they need directly to their smart phones.  

Most recently I have been using Enboarder as a direct communications platform for a 12 month Leadership Program I am running.  Before each session I am able to provide creative information and instructions ensuring they are engaged and ready for each session, plus also get instant feedback from participants post each session.  It's been fantastic to get this real time data to improve the next session and ensure everyone is engaged. 

In the new year we are hoping to kick off an Onboarding Project for our waged employees (again, these are employees who do not have access to email) to ensure they receive the same consistent onboarding experience as all other employees (i.e. salaried employees).

With Enboarder you're given almost unlimited freedom and customisation options, so you have the ability to present your organisation and your brand exactly how you envision. With other onboarding systems you won't have as much freedom.

Docusign integration could be improved; at the moment, technology-illiterate users will  often hit a bump when trying to sign documents in Docusign through the Enboarder portal.

Enboarder is so easy to use. The workflows can be created in a day and you can be up and running with a super engaging on boarding experience for new hires. The logic feature is fantastic and allows multiple stakeholders to be notified about information relating to the new hire .

It would be great to be able to send the notifications at different times of the days and and notifications to new hires that have already been added to a workflow.

We have made our on boarding experience consistent and less administrative. By adding a new hire to enboarder we no longer have to send multiple emails and follow up multiple stakeholders to ensure their smooth on boarding experience. The usability, set up is intuitive and straight forward once you've go the hang of it. The product has a heavy focus on delivering high on employee experience. Last but not least, the response rate from Enboarder's customer success team has been amazing, which lends itself to the overall wow experience that is offered.

Nothing comes to mind. But, as 40 characters is required, Enboarder is not the cheapest product out there in the market, but should be a easy sell still.

The product is flexible and really lets you personalise the employee experience, with options to send information, forms, and reminders, as well as collect all the information you need from new hires, employees and managers.

The product is great, the only improvement I'd like to see is to have a view into a workflow (experience) in it's entirety, with all messages and actions. This will really help with updating and keeping information current.
