Jobma has saved our recruiting team so much time and allows us to have a record of previous interviews to reference with notes. It has increased the visibility into the process and also given both candidates and recruiters the flexibility and time needed to complete the process. While Jobma allows recording of your interview questions for candidates in the platform, we opted to do it outside so we could use our logo and background in our videos. We have a lean recruiting team and conducting live phone screenings for every position was consuming a significant amount of time that was making getting other things done challenging. We have saved so much time utilizing Jobma and has created the ability to evaluate candidate asynchronously which allows for so much more flexibility in managing the hiring pipeline. The ability to create creative video interviews and questions. Really enjoy the fact there are several types of options for question types and the new gamification aspect of the program. The program is easy to navigate through, the dashboard is informative, and I can develop interview questions very quickly. My Jobma rep consistently checks in on a biweekly to monthly basis. Jobma has streamlined our early‑stage candidate screening by allowing applicants to record their interview responses on their own schedule. This eliminates the need for real‑time scheduling and reduces the back and forth experienced during initial phone interviews. We are saving substantial time and gaining the capacity to focus on more strategic HR work. Jobma supports consistent and fair evaluation, helping ensure that all candidates are reviewed using the same criteria. Jobma supports candidates across global locations and time zones, which enables broader participation and expands our access to a more diverse talent pool. Jobma enhances the quality of our assessments. Unlike phone interviews, video responses allow us to observe a candidate’s body language, communication style, and overall presence, offering insights we could not previously obtain through voice‑only screening.
