Our experience as a nonprofit using Verified First is primarily for volunteer background checks. The process is extremely easy and efficient, especially when screening multiple volunteers at once. Everything is organized through a simple dashboard where you can quickly see records and track each screening. It has made managing background checks much smoother for our team. Verified First cares about compliance when running background checks, which is very important due to all the federal regulations that come with running an applicant's background check. I also like the fact that everything can be handled paperlessly. Our applicants don't tend to have home printers to print off disclosure and authorization forms, so being able to fill out that information using their phone is a BIG help! If I ever do have an issue and need to call or chat with someone, they are always friendly and helpful and do everything they can to make sure their customers are happy.

Verified First is so easy to use. When doing a background check for a new candidate I don't need to collect a release form or have their personal information floating through email... I just enter their name and email address in Verified First and they take it from there.

Other companies took days to return our background checks, but Verified First is so fast, usually returning the information same day. They don't charge extra for their speed and convenience, either. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't anything I don't like about Verified First. Even during the pandemic, when their bottom line must have been suffering incredibly, they did not ever reach out trying to sell anything. Instead during that time they turned their efforts to supporting their clients that worked in HR, sending them encouraging words and being empathetic to the struggles they were experiencing. Their chat function quickly takes you to customer support and their team is so knowledgable in responding to questions. I've asked them for status updates, billing questions, adding modules (eg. International searches) to our package and it all gets informed or completed within a week. Implementation is easy, as is utilization of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
