**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

All the filters. Easy to create a search that gives you a specific pool of candidates. I also love the diversity filters. This allows us to easily find diverse candidates without having to spend too much time.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

The candidates emails are often incorrect or there are so many listed so it is hard ot know which email is actually accurate. Also to get the good search you have to add a lot of NOTs or exclude from search rather than the search just atuomatically matching percisely to the titles you enter

confirming emails before adding them to a profile

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to find candidates quickly and integrate the search with my companies hire platform. It has increased my speed by at least 10X. Also helps me with diversity sourcing

Ease of use along with integration into Lever makes HireEZ a useful tool.

There is not much to dislike about hireEZ.  Several bug fixes have addressed issues I have encountered.   One area of interest is that the format section at the bottom of templates sometimes blocks the view of the bottom line of my template.

Quickly and efficiently loads prospect data into Lever, sourcing for prospects.

Being able to create sequences makes a big difference because it ensures you follow up with potential candidates.

When you send a sequence to a candidate it would be nice if it was moved to contacted automatically.

HirEZ solves the sourcing problem. Before, we needed one person to do this. Now, each recruiter can do it by themselves without spending much time sourcing.

The platform seems to me it is more centered around specific roles rather than high volume accounts in which I work on

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

Hiretual is a great tool to use to help create Boolean especially for niche searches. It helps take the thinking out of it!
One of my most favorite parts is the hireEZ Chrome extension - which I use on a variety of profile pages to easily identify not only contact information but just another way to source, as it suggests others with similar profiles!

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

I don't feel as though it always gets "smarter" with each new search.
I honestly cannot think of anything else. I use it every day! Maybe making spreadsheet uploads more simple?

Helps me to work smarter, not harder. Find ideal candidates while not having to think about a boolean to put together. Helps find contact info, to take contact off of LinkedIn and right to the person's email. Also, if I have no idea where to start with a complicated req - they have the boolean builder by copying and pasting the job description.

Sometimes the contact info is not correct, which makes it hard to locate or receive emails from upset people.

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

Although it is hard to choose, I love the ability to be super specific in your searches with all the different filters. Even more so once you have your initial pool of candidates, you can filter it down ever further depending on specific categories. Overall, it is the accuracy and efficiency in candidate searching that take the cake for me.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

At times the information that Hiretual pulls for specific candidates are wrong, usually some emails, and therefore I will be reaching out to the wrong person. It does not happen often but can mess up sequences at times and my efforts in trying to reach a specific person. I know nothing can be perfect, though, so with a little patience, it is not that big of a deal!

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has cut down my time spent on creating candidate search by so much! Which allows me to allocate more time in other areas of my business development such as research, follow-ups, interviews etc. Time is money and this is definitely an efficient tool!

The messages should be "tucked" right into the individual prospects profile information. INSTED they are jumbed up in one collum without a way to keep them organize.

There needs to be a future prospect feature that more intuitively seperates REJECTED from "maybe interested" at some time in the future.

I love the filters. They are well organized and you can save your lists (companies, schools, etc). It makes sourcing faster and easier. My ability to organize the projects is a great benefit plus contact info for candidates is featured. I can also export the contacts in the format matching my ATS.

Sometimes it takes a few tries to get the right candidates I'm looking for. The recommended candidates based off projects can be a hit or miss.

Solving the problem of being limited to candidates merely on LinkedIn or my ATS. This expands a great new pool of candidates helping me succeed as a recruiter.

Hire EZ offers automated email campaigns. So, I can create a list of 200 candidates, create a custom email template, then the system sends out multiple personalized emails to my list.

They are improving daily but in my experience, about 25% of emails bounce back due to wrong contact info.

This was one of the most intuitive platforms I've ever used - it's a very intelligent system that learns with you. However, for more niche roles, you won't get very far as the talent pool is quite limited. I think it's a worthy investment if you're looking to splurge on the latest cutting-edge sourcing tool. I do believe they're the future of sourcing!

Limited size of the talent pool, no integration with Linkedin (so you can't see prior messages exchanged), some candidates don't have an email address associated with their profile so be prepared to cold call

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidates aren't checking LI anymore for opportunities so HireEZ is giving you more options to reach them. It's simple to use and offers you insights so you can hire faster and optimize the experience overall.

Hiretual is seamless and makes the candidate generation phase a complete breeze. Not the mention their diversity filters. We are always looking for great talent and finding the right people is extremely important.

Hiretual is great, the recent changes to the UI seem to be an upgrade. My only complaint is if there was a recording or online tutorial we could easily follow for changes to Hiretual.

Hiretual is intuitive. If you put in the efffort to play around with it, you will most likely reap some great benefits!

A lot of filters to use. This help narrow down search results and you can helps find very specific canididates. Also like how there are diversity filters and you can bulk export.

a lot of "empty" profiles. Profiles just have a name and job title, no way of contacting the candidates.This slows down the sourcing process.

I like how Hiretual pulls candidates from 40+ different platforms, which includes LinkedIn, Career Builder, GitHub, Facebook, to name a few, and can be integrated with a variety of ATS systems.  Hiretual also uses AI technology to find qualified candidates while I sleep. Hiretual can't be beaten.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

I cannot name one thing that I dislike about Hiredual, but I hope that Hiretual can one day include if the candidate is open to being contacted for a new position.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have found candidates' profiles on LinkedIn, and when I search for the candidate on Hiretual, the profile can't be found.  Additionally, sometimes candidates don't have any contact information listed.

The diversity filters are rarely accurate, which is really frustrating. I often don't use it because it doesn't pull accurate profiles for people of color.

The roles I recruit for require me to source due to low inbound applicants, so HireEZ helps me find a larger pool of prospects. I also really like utilizing the send on behalf feature.

I can contact a considerably higher number of applicants and build email campaigns with less administration. You may schedule email campaigns.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

I may receive the wrong email address every once in a while, which may be a bit humiliating that it is tiny compared to the advantage of the instrument. There is no mobile app for my work. Thus I must depend on a web browser on my phone. I'd expect the product team to be created and delivered in 2021. An alert system of that candidate can assist fix it in recent conversations/emails

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The communal effort is my FAVORITE aspect of Hiretual. I have tried other people, and none of them can compete. At several points, we can constantly construct huge, difficult-to-fill or not to fill candidate pipelines for all our demands. Instead of utilizing LinkedIn mail, we receive direct contact information—mostly e-mail and sometimes telephone numbers. We like to create and attract passive prospects, and collecting data is an excellent approach to find candidates.

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

Hiretual allows me to narrow my search and focus on the keywords found in candidate's profiles more easily than on LinkedIn Recruiter. Their database is one of the best I have used and when set up properly is a great tool to leverage your time when doing candidate outreach. The ability to search within the candidate's profiles is better than on LinkedIn Recruiter, I have found. Their searches turn up better matches in my opinion. They offer multiple payment options and they are constantly updating the platform to improve based on customer feedback.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

I wish there was a better integration with my CRM/ATS but hopefully that is coming soon. I would love if it could integrate with LinkedIn Recruiter as well. I have to keep Hiretuals ATS and LI Recruiter updated with the process separately which creates a lot of duplicate work for me.

**Recommendations to others considering hireEZ:**

I would not hesitate to reach out and speak with the team and get a demo. It is not cheap but the time you save will be worth it. They allow you to upgrade your account so you can start slow if needed.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiretual allows me to read through candidate profiles more quickly, and locate key terms I am searching for and read them for context. It also provides me with contact information for potential candidates. This helps me search for candidates more effectively and fill my open positions.

Lacking GitHub sourcing specifically for technical roles. Although it has some GitHub/technical sourcing abilities, Seekout's GitHub sourcing with their power filters and filtering based on expertise of specific tech stacks makes it a little better than hiretual. However, hiretual is still much faster and with a much simpler and easier UI than Seekout.

**Recommendations to others considering hireEZ:**

Hiretual is the best tool I've came across in terms of ease of use and being able to produce results quickly. Some other sourcing tools may have specific advantages or are able to pull from different sets of data, but in terms of the overall sourcing tools I've used, hiretual is by far the best in my own experience.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Hiretual lets me organize my candidates by project and saves my progress. I like that it pulls from a variety of sources and will bring me right to most candidates' LinkedIn pages.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

Somewhat expensive but should be able to pay for itself with only a couple of placements. A major downside is that most candidates I'm reaching out to have been passive and aren't interested in a job.

**Recommendations to others considering hireEZ:**

Start with the pro package and learn to use the system/see if it's working for you before you go all out. It takes a little practice to effectively use everything and see results.

It allows me to have another place to source from - there are only so many candidates elsewhere. Sometimes the same candidate won't respond on LinkedIn but will respond to a Hiretual email.

LOVE this tool, costs the same as Linkedin Lite but much much better. I compare it to LI Recruiter but at a fraction of the cost.

i'm able to cover much more ground in one place, instead of going to linkedin, github, facebook etc.. all separately.  With email and open/ reply tracking I've been able to edit my templates to increase my response rates.

Hiretual has elaborate filters so that the "right" candidate can be 'defined' as precisely as possible. It captures the complete online presence of candidates, giving an elaborate overview of things that matter the most. Reaching out to candidates is a breeze, with the email sequencing option, making follow ups relatively easy and improving the response rate significantly.

It's quite an expensive tool for a small company.

Trying to solve the SOURCING problem with Hiretual, since sourcing well done is more than half the job well done. And while the market is full of ATS tools, it is extremely difficult to find good "sourcing" tools. Major benefit with Hiretual is that I do not need to scout multiple platforms for talent now, Hiretual gives me one centralised place to search for relevant people.

There is so much I love about Hiretual. I love that the tool l makes my sourcing efforts a lot more streamlined and efficient. I am able to reach out to significantly more candidates at once and do email campaigns with minimal management. Email campaigns can be scheduled. They show when the emails have been opened. My teammates can see who we've contacted and what the prospect's response was. It saves me a ton of time. It takes about 6+ hours of sourcing to come up with 40 qualified target prospects manually. I can probably do it in an hour with Hiretual. The tool is critical to our hiring operation. I love the insights and tips that Hiretual provides and the regularly scheduled office hours so I can come to them with any questions. Their customer service is also amazing! Second to none.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

There's really nothing that I dislike about Hiretual. Every once in a while, I might get an incorrect email address, and that can be a little embarrassing. This is so small in comparison to how much of a benefit the tool is. I also wish they didn't include work email addresses, but this would be gold for an agency recruiter. I understand why it's available, and it's as simple as deleting them out of your contact if you do not want to contact someone through their work email address, as we do.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My reach is strong with Hiretual. We can continually build large candidate pipelines for all of our requisitions, hard to fill or not, in multiple locations. We get direct contact information - mostly emails, sometimes phone numbers - that we can rely on instead of using Inmails from LinkedIn. We love to source and attract passive candidates, and this is a great way to go about collecting that information. I also like getting OJO's name out there, and sharing how awesome of a company it is. Multiple reaches to each candidate to get in front of them.  Getting quick insights on targeted candidates. Diversity insights as well. Some of the reports and insights are nice to show hiring manager when speaking of the talent pools on specific roles.

I love the fact that I can send emails that are already really great templates. They aren't spammy sounding and they are diverse choices to select from. Hiretual allows me to filter the talent based on current and previous companies and its a whole lot more emails than Linkedin Recruiter. But my FAVORITE part of Hiretual is the community efforts.. I don't feel like just a user. I feel like family! They hear my suggestions and implement them... I've tried others and no one can compete with this.

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

Hiretual is the love child of LinkedIn and Glassdoor; if they had a baby, it would be Hiretual. It is the most user-friendly souring tool I have ever used, and I have used plenty in my talent acquisition career. 

The UI is great to look at, smooth flow, and I am enjoying the user experience. I do not feel like I have to make too many clicks to get to what I need.

The FREE Chrome extension is a great way to start if you are not sure about making the full investment, but once you start using that extension, you will realize that purchasing the platform is a no brainer.

Simplicity in finding good candidates is what I am looking for, along with accessibility to a large database, and Hiretual is all of that and more.

The customer experience has been great so far, and the user experience is second to none. Keke and Winona are amazing.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

There is nothing to dislike. Nothing is perfect, and as a platform, I am confident they will grow from strength to strength.

**Recommendations to others considering hireEZ:**

Start with the Chrome extension because it is free and then work your way up to paying for the platform.

I am an HR Professional, and a podcaster and the Chrome extension has been great to help me find guests for my podcast and speakers for some of the events I host virtually. It is a well-rounded sourcing platform, and you can use it for so many things other than talent acquisition.

The ease of it and the ability to generate candidates that meet my criteria! I find candidates that I did not find on LinkedIn Recruiter. I have used this for every search I work. At this time, I am using the professional level. The AI function generates more possibilities for more candidates quickly. I also like that I can download into a detailed spreadsheet and pop them directly into my ATS system. The enterprise level would undoubtedly have a few more bells and whistles that I could use, but this level works for me. The Hiretual team is responsive and helps me usually within an hour of asking. Lately, there have been more numbers and emails listed.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

There is nothing to dislike. There is more I want to use but have not because it is only me.

**Recommendations to others considering hireEZ:**

Try it! I have and would pay for it myself because it is that good. If you are a recruiter, you need this on your chrome as a sourcing tool to find candidates. I do have LinkedIn, but it also enhances having it!

I am finding candidates! That is why I use it. It is quick and pretty easy to use. The You tubes are helpful also.  Why would a recruiter NOT use this?
