**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

I found the implementation process with hireEZ smooth and on schedule. Namrata and Desmond have been great partners during the testing and implementation phase, and Desmond has done a fantastic job of training our team. The support we receive from them is very responsive and supportive, which has made it easy for our team to quickly adopt the solution. I like that hireEZ is very user-friendly, and I appreciate having a supportive and responsive team to work with us on any queries. We use the projects, sourcing, campaigns, insights, CRM, and reports modules, and the platform's functionalities like the AI ranking of candidates help us focus on the most qualified ones and source talent for hard-to-fill positions. The initial setup was simple, and we were able to integrate hireEZ with Workday and Paradox. Overall, I recommend this solution to other talent acquisition teams.

I find hireEZ incredibly valuable for its strategic data insights and the access it provides to a passive candidate database, allowing me to effectively recruit clinicians. The software is incredibly user-friendly and easy to understand. I really enjoy the AI feature; it adds meaningful value to our workflow. Compared to other platforms, we're able to generate information that's 85% more accurate and aligned with what we're looking for. We can also integrate hireEz with the other sites we use, which makes data transfer and comparison much easier. The process organization is excellent.

The data accuracy isn't always reliable. At times, we receive contact information for a relative instead of the intended person.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually searching for a person's contact information can be time-consuming. With hireEz, we're able to find contact details much faster, which saves valuable time and improves our sourcing efficiency. We also use the platform for salary analysis, which helps accelerate our research and decision-making.

HireEZ makes outbound sourcing faster, more targeted, and easier to scale. It lets us go beyond LinkedIn’s 3rd-degree limits and access rich candidate profiles across multiple public platforms. The email sequencing feature is a big win — we can engage passive candidates with personalized messages, send emails on behalf of hiring managers, and track engagement directly in the platform. It’s also incredibly easy to train new recruiters on, which speeds up onboarding.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

Campaign management could be more user-friendly. When running multiple roles, making bulk edits or switching between sequences can feel clunky. I’d also love to see A/B testing added — it would help us experiment and optimize our outreach strategies more effectively.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

HireEZ helps us consistently reach high-quality passive candidates without relying solely on LinkedIn. It’s shortened our time-to-fill on tech and leadership roles, improved outreach response rates, and reduced the number of tools in our sourcing stack. The “send on behalf of hiring manager” feature has also helped us increase engagement without adding to our HMs’ workload.

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

HireEZ has honestly been one of the most efficient sourcing tools I’ve worked with. It’s really easy to navigate, even for someone using it for the first time. The login process is smooth, and the layout is very intuitive — everything is right where you’d expect it to be. One of the standout features is how quickly and accurately it pulls both official and personal contact details, including emails and phone numbers. It saves a lot of time during the outreach phase, especially when dealing with hard-to-reach candidates. Another thing I really appreciate is how easy it makes the overall sourcing process. The filters are spot on, and the search results are generally very relevant. It helps me find the right profiles without having to dig through irrelevant data. Overall, HireEZ has made my daily sourcing tasks faster and more productive. It’s definitely a go-to platform for sourcing quality candidates efficiently.

Now the HireEZ is fully paid version so I am not able to use that tool. The rate also little bit higher

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

I use hireEZ every day to find passive candidates way beyond LinkedIn. The best part is how easily I can get personal emails and phone numbers, saving me hours of digging for contact info. I also love the email campaigns—it’s so convenient to send outreach and track replies without leaving the platform. Integrating to my ATS and email are also easy and lets me keep my data where it needs to be. I've only had to reach out to customer support once, but it was an easy exchange and the issue was resolved quickly.

Sometimes search results include duplicate profiles, which adds cleanup time. Also, there’s a learning curve with all the advanced filters, especially for newer users.

hireEZ solves the problem of limited reach in traditional sourcing tools and helps me connect faster with quality candidates. It’s helped me reduce time-to-fill by about 30% on tough roles and improved my response rates for outreach campaigns by 20-25%. **What do you like best about hireEZ?**

I love the seamless integration with Crelate - exporting is easy & to the point, syncing/being able to see into my ATS without leaving the HireEZ platform is priceless.  their contact information for folks is also superb in my opinion. I use HireEZ for email marketing campaigns instead of our ATS because it is so easy and the ability to do things like send on another's behalf works really well.  I also use it for sourcing and find the filters, exclusions, booleans options within fields etc is extremely helpful.  I like the option to import from a CSV.  And the recent integration with LinkedIn Recruiter so that I can see when LIM have been sent is also useful and appreciated -definitely a time saver

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

I wish you could organize alphabetically or other ways within stages.  I like being able to organize by recent adds/old adds but being able to have it match up exactly with other alphabetical platforms like LIR or my ATS would be great.

Saving time!! They also respond to our requests/issues in a timely manner and have integrated features we requested in the past - responsive and care about the user experience.

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

I like HireEZ as it can show candidates based on my criteria and narrow my sourcing with the best list. I can easily get contact information because I can access it there. Also, it has a new feature which is their AI bot and SmartHireEZ that suggest qualified candidates which I skipped from my sourcing.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

The contact information sometimes show inaccurate email addresses and phone numbers. I am not sure how it works but I would suggest their team should check its reliability on the suggested contact information.

Problems such as narrowing my search based on my criteria and suggested contact information can really helped a lot. And I received several feedbacks from my initial reachouts using HireEZ especially the AI automated messages is awesome!

The ability to uncover candidate personal contact information. Also, the drip campaigns have been excellent. I love that it is integrated with our ATS and we can upload profiles directly into reqs. Also, great that you can use LinkedIn in conjunction with the extension feature.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

They constantly update the interface which can make it hard to find what you are looking for if you are used to it being in a specific location. Their search options can be a bit clunky and not relevant to what you are looking.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They solve one of the biggest issues, which is being able to get in contact with a candidate directly. With LinkedIn, you have to hope that the person signs on and sees the message in their inbox. With hireEZ you can send it directly to their email or phone number and set up a campaign to reach out multiple times over the course of days or weeks.

I’ve found hireEZ really helpful when I need to source quickly for multiple roles—the AI search makes it easy to filter through candidates fast. I also like how the outreach feature keeps my communication organized and lets me send personalized messages at scale.

There are times when the email contacts aren’t accurate or bounce back, so I’ve had to double-check them manually. It doesn’t happen often, but when it does, it slows me down a bit.

We can reachout to candidates that are available in the Linkedin. Those who don't have much access to Recruiter account can use HireEZ. We can Easily reachout to N number of candidates. I use it on a daily basis and have good response rate.

There is no such Dislike about HireEZ. We are yet to use HireEZ at the fullest potential

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

HireEZ makes makes it easy to search for candidates across the Internet, on all major social media sites, Gethub, Dice, and LinkedIn. Their search function makes it easy to upload a job description or resume and parse for candidates.There is a Boolean string creator and email sequencing function that is helpful for bulk  email scheduling. You can import and export lists of candidates in multiple file types and directly load into your ATS. The sales and customer service teams are amazing! They respond quickly and truly care about every customers' experience. They also have a free plan available.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

Sometimes the import and export functions malfunction and waste credits, but you can chat with customer service and they'll typically return them. Other people have complained about the high price for large enterprises and staffing agencies but I have a lower tier plan I've subscribed to since they were Hiretual which is much more affordable. (You may have to ask if the lower tier plan is available for a single user)

Ease of sourcing hidden talent from one platform and managing communications with candidates easily and automatically.

I started using hireEZ daily after my Manager suggested me. The features like the boolean generator and even the x-ray search are great and have made my recruitment work easy. Also, I tried contacting the customer support twice, and the experience was pretty good both times.

I would like it better if the contact details can be verified once since a lot of times the contact numbers do not work

It has made the task of making boolean strings easy for me, and also it allows me to reach out to potential candidates through the xray search feature.

I like the sequence email from Hire EZ, which gives me more leverage to the email reply rate.

What I don't like about Hire EZ is that they don't use their email servers to send outgoing emails; they depend on Office 365, and many of our emails bounce back when we send out emails from the server.

So far, Hire EZ has helped me to hire three candidates from their platform in Canada in the past 6 months.

**What do you like best about hireEZ?**

HireEZ has made sourcing so much more efficient with the ability to add candidates to sequences. Once I build out a sequence, I know there is an automatic follow up message going to be sent out. You can also include a calendar link in the email making it super easy for calendar to book directly on my calendar.

The sourcing filters are also great - a lot more than what you can do on LinkedIn (Diversity sourcing filters, industry sourcing filtiers like "Cloud Services" or "Blockchain") 

Love the integration with chrome & lever as well - makes it SO easy to import canidates into our ATS.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

While I love the concept, the "Estimated market value" that shows what candidates compensation expectations might be is off a bit from market. It might be helpful to show a range of compensation targets for someone in the Austin Area (ie. account executives with this much experience in Austin are generally between X and Y)

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I've been able to fill up the pipeline much faster with diverse and qualified candidates. My sourcing work flow is also super effieicnt since I'm able to add candidates to a sequence with automated follows ups.

I really enjoy HireEz's user interface, and all of the interactivity that is possible on the platform. It allows me to source for extended periods of time without becoming fatigued by a lack of options, or seeing the same profiles continually.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

Some of the options on sequencing could use work. For effective A/B testing, it would be helpful if I could assign a sequence template to always send at the times listed, rather than having to change the time to send each time I send a sequence.
Additionally, my sequences add two lines above my signature that I have to delete each time I review my sequence for sending - which is a small nuisance.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It really helps me to find high quality candidates with accurate contact information, and when the info is inaccurate, I can access their LinkedIn from the HireEZ page to send an InMail instead.

I like all of the customized filters you can use when sourcing.  I also really like their sequence feature.  I consider it a game-changer when it comes to follow-up.  You only pay for the contact when you first uncover their info, and you can set up as many follow-ups as you like.  I went from a 15-25% response rate on the "other" site to 35-55% on hireEZ.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

It would be incredibly beneficial if they could verify contact information is valid that would be helpful.  There are little quirky things when searching, like sometimes a title slips through, etc., but they are also very responsive to feedback.

**What problems is hireEZ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem of sourcing talent and efficiently contacting them, following up and tracking the status and progress through the hiring process.  I like things that help me work smarter not harder and I feel hireEZ does exactly that.

The AI in the system could always improve with the results that appear after entering desired skills, titles, and other keywords. Overall, it is pretty good, but still looking for improvements.

The UI is so intuitive I haven't needed to contact customer support in the years that I've been using the system, but I recently needed to resolve an account issue. Gladys was incredibly responsive, speedy, caring, and solved my problem. Additionally, the features in the system are great. And the search results differ from LinkedIn's, so I don't feel like I'm paying for duplicate systems.

Nothing that I can think of. It's not something I dislike, but it would be great if there was a built-in integration with Recruitee (our ATS).

My favorite is the ability to start by reviewing the market using their talent insights. This is helpful for intake meetings with managers to help them understand what's going on in the market. From there, I can easily begin sourcing based on the agreed upon market insights.

There's really nothing I dislike to be honest. It's one of my favorite and most used tools on my team. It's team are constantly working to improve the product so I have no dislikes.

The ease of use and the dashboarding information is great but the absolute best part is the ability to send emails as sequences that automatically stop sending once a candidate responds etc.

I wish that HireEz projects could link with LinkedIn projects better and send inmails more integrated somehow vs. having to export or open each individual linkedin profile (or in bulk) and then upload to a LinkedIn project because sometimes it misses candidates or creates duplicates etc. and takes forever

It is solving the need for additional focus on DEI sourcing and recruiting which is greatly beneficial as well as just general outreach avenues and contact information as well as different search algorithms and AI from LinkedIn Recruiter

I love that HireEZ is an all-inclusive tool. Previous recruitment tools I used weren't integrated with my emails & didnt track responses. I also enjoy that I can automatically create "sequences"  that continues to engage candidates passively for me while I'm actively working to fill the top of the funnel. I also enjoy the various filters in the tool especially diversity function.

**What do you dislike about hireEZ?**

Speaking of diversity function. This tool is not quite accurate 100% of the time. I would say 8 out of 10 times it gets it right but also there are candidates that get included or excluded that may be clearly diverse to the "naked eye". Additionally I would like to see an increase in function on what is an included job title in the search function. There are many titles that are excluded and doing a boolean search wont quite get the same results as using a real tag I am finding. This is EXTREMELY important for selling the tool to technical recruiters and TA leaders in my opinon. As a niche skill set recruiter I find it quite difficult to find my needles in the hay stack. 
I would suggest deep dives into what job titles can be incorporated or create a place where recruiters can do the hard work for you and suggest job titles.

There is no way to track negative responses vs positive ones. The data is very outdated, and the response rate is horrible. If people are not executives, they do not appreciate the direct email reach out, especially because some of the system's emails are work emails! Several people replied with abusive emails remarking how unprofessional it is. The search parameters are not accurate and do not work even if you put quotation marks around what you are looking for. Salespeople prefer LinkedIn and do not respond to these at all.

It is not solving any problems! It is creating problems for me.

The fact that I can know whether a person has work authorization or not, and also the fact that I can check whether a person has Clearance or if they have a GitHub profile available, I can deeply review all of their technical skills and cross-check with their resume and LinkedIn

I solely use HireEZ to gain contact info for candidates I wish to engage with.  After identifying a profile fit on LinkedIn, I am able to gain access to personal emails through HireEZ.  There are several other CRM's I use however I find HireEZ always has the contact info I am looking for when the other CRMs fall short

I don't think I use it to it's full capability.  But it works well for what I do use it for, so no complaints as of yet!

I enjoy that the program allows you to email candidates. I also enjoy the ease of the program. It isnt difficult to use.

The downside to using HZ is the accuracy of the email addresses for some of the candidates.  Some are correct, others are based off old email addresses for previous positions that they have help in past. And others are 95% way off. Almost to the point that they arent even for the right person.

We do more sourcing with HZ, and get more responses on the sequencing that we do.

I'm not sure I can think of a whole lot that I would want to improve. Sure, there is the occasional incorrect email address or linkedin profile, but I'm impressed by the number of accurate email addresses I do get.

You spend a lot of time sourcing and adding candidates to a project (that have contact details), and you set up a sequence, send it, and it still only sends to a few candidates.  You think you're sending more than you are.

Most helpful are the AI-Driven suggestions.  You don't have to spell out long, complicated Boolean Strings to yield accurate results.  The other excellent feature is the email sequences and the ability to tracking effectiveness of those sequences.

No real downsides that I've seen. I can't honestly say that there was a time were I was let down by the tool.

I like the ability to filter through so many different options (experience, education, skills, etc.) I think there are a lot of great features like email sequencing that make life a lot easier

I often find that when I'm applying search filters they don't always work well. I will type in terms to the mandatory box and they will continue to give me candidates that don't match my terms or only match one of them.

I am able to source a lot more candidates than I previously was! There are a lot of ways I can customise my search that I feel like I was missing in the past. I like the ability to save my searches.
