WOTC.com is focused on maximizing tax credits for companies that are actively hiring employees. It is very efficient in identifying eligible hires, producing all of the necessary forms, and ensuring that we can get all up front and ongoing tax credits which obviously helps offset the cost of hiring. What do you like best about WOTC.com?

The best part about working with WOTC is the people. They are the most helpful, professional, courteous and friendly. The two people I deal with the most are Robert Dellagreca and Shawna Kaylor. I love working with them and it is always a pleasure to interact with them. Robert is so sweet and I look forward to our interactions. He is a great example to follow for keeping customers on board and happy. Shawna is sweet and always trys to make things easier for her customers.

Because we have two companies, the new hires are not necissarily put under the correct company. Which we are told doesn't make a difference, but i have two HR coordinators who are validating the information (one for each company) and it gets confusing for them to trouble shoot the issues.
