As an in-house team, we quite often stumble across someone on Linkedin that has changed jobs and we want to make a comment on their record on Workable so that others in the hiring team are aware of this change. We aren't able to do that without adding that person to a job. We also can't email a candidate in the database to see if they are open to talking about a job without first adding them to an open job. It's a big limitation for us. The search function isn't very good either, and relies on tagging. As we have different people tagging, the tags aren't consistent so we don't get great results with this. **What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?** It keeps a record of all of our jobs and candidates. Also, the customer support team is VERY fast and approachable. I use it daily for all our tasks. I find it easy to integrate it with other tools and job boards. I like that now we depend less on the CX team and can solve things by myself (e.g. moving requisitions to specific roles). **What do you dislike about Workable?** Sometimes it is not easy to track candidates (e.g. moving a candidate from one stage to the other doesn't move you to the candidate you are moving but keeps you on the same stage. This makes us make mistakes when focusing on a specific candidate). Also, the integration with LinkedIn Recruiter is not the best (e.g. when exporting a candidate's profile from LinkedIn Recruiter to Workable, it is automatically uploaded with a link to the profile, but not the whole hiring team has access to that, if they don't have a Recruiter's account, so either we need to manually download the .pdf from LinkedIn, or copy their public profile for the rest of the team not related to Talent to check the candidate).
