I use it on my daily basis and I love how intuitive it is. The interphase is easy to use, clear and effective. I like the fact that there're not additional or complex steps for each action, is straight forward. One more perk is the customer support, every time I had to contact the support, I had a great experience, due to the the quickly solutions. I've used Workable at multiple startups now and it's consistently been a great experience that makes hiring so much easier when I have multiple roles to get through. The Slack integration is clutch because you get notifications right away when new applications come in or candidates move through stages. Managing candidates is simple: adding notes, moving people to next rounds, or rejecting them all happens with a few clicks. The automatic scheduling system is particularly useful, saves tons of back-and-forth emails trying to coordinate interview times. Their automated email templates work well out of the box, but you can easily personalize them when you want to add a human touch. Workable is an intuitive ATS, where you can easily integrate it with other tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter. It provides different reports, and you can also customize it connecting the database to a reporting tool you use.

Easy to track the progress of the candidates, sharing information with the hiring team, it`s an everyday tool that helps us in recruiting to keep track of our processes and pipelines.
