I really appreciate how quick and simple Zelt is to log in and navigate. There's not too much noise on the platform, making it really straightforward to find what I need. That's the best part for me. I like using the calendar feature because it allows me to see when my team is off, put in my own annual leave, and do some forward planning to see what company events are coming up. It's really good from that perspective. Setting it up was really quick, taking maybe ten minutes for most of the basic features, and it was really slick. I like using Zelt as it's easy to track your contract hours, holidays and overtime within your company. You can also view other colleagues schedules, which makes it easy to know who is working or if you need to arrange cover. I like also that I can easily access my payments and any previous payslips. I don't really have any downsides thus far, although I am aware that Zelt automatically sets your shifts on the rota which then you need to modify to make the shift patterns and times correct which I can imagine to be quite time consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how Zelt is very, very easy to use. It's clear and the auto-approve function is a favorite because I don't have to wait for approvals from anyone—it's instantly approved. It's a minor detail, but for employees whose contracts fall under certain entities, some actions, such as requesting time off or adding notes to the calendar, need to be repeated on each platform (for example between Zelt and Deel). It's simple and it makes managing people, payroll and devices simple.

I run payroll alone as the CEO in 15mins or so as everything is integrated and easy to use.

Getting it setup was straightforward, both onboarding and off-boarding people is really easy.

Their customer and user support has always been super good.
