I experienced technical issues when setting up HiPeople, as the platform does not support Google Chrome, making it difficult to use with certain search engines. The process was a bit challenging because of this limitation. Additionally, I believe the platform could improve by incorporating more relevant questions tailored to specific job roles during assessments. I found the mobile interface to be lacking. When I used it on my phone, there was a specific question where I couldn't see all the options available at once. This was frustrating because it wasn't until the very last second, after I hit okay, that I realized there was another option. The feature for asking references and tagging what's important is fantastic, and it's known to be very easy to use, even by those who aren't very digital. I experienced a delay in receiving the verification code needed to set up my HiPeople profile, which was necessary for completing the interview. The email took a couple of minutes longer than expected, which was inconvenient. This lag suggested a potential issue or glitch that could be improved for a smoother user experience. Additionally, I noticed that during the assessment process, I was prompted to turn my camera on, but the camera wasn't actually being used, which seemed unnecessary. This absence requires users to go through the support process instead of being able to directly address any discrepancies regarding the correct answers during assessments. Additionally, I would like more transparency and information regarding the validation of test scores, specifically in detecting potential cheaters.
