The move to Clear Company has cut back on time spent managing the application process while dramatically increasing the number of applications we receive on our job postings. The onboarding piece has streamlined our process and has allowed us to bypass the typical boring first day of paperwork by sending it electronically to new hires prior to their first day of employment. All in all, Clear Company has saved our organization a lot of time and money with their ATS and Onboarding software. We are very satisfied with the product. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** The only thing I dislike is that we do not have the ability to refresh a job posting after 30 days. To refresh a requisition, we must close it and reopen a new one. This is something we can work with but would really like the ability to refresh requisitions in the future. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are receiving far more qualified applicants on our requisitions and have been able to decrease the amount of time our managers and human resources team were spending managing the process. To top it all off the applicant experience is amazing start to finish. ### 3. Easily reachable and always happy to help. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** I dislike the limitations such as reporting, speaking to other systems, etc. **Recommendations to others considering ClearCo:** Brainier is a great LMS System for a small to medium sized organization. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brainier is our current LMS System and single source of truth for all training records. We recently were able to solve for a big issue we were having, which was a large population of ours was not in the LMS, we since added these users and now have full visbility to our locations. Benefits, it's nice to provide certian jobs increased access, an example all managers with direct reports have the ability to see their teams training, and run reports. This takes a lot of time and effort off of myself and the local HR Teams. ### 4. The support staff usually get back to me within a few hours with a thorough answer or explanation. They are very patient with new Admins and are very supportive. Their Webinars and Courses are ver good on the Brainier Experience. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** I would like to have an updated manual with every new version. They do have documentation and courses for the new features; however, it also would be helpful to have updated manuals in one place. **Recommendations to others considering ClearCo:** Brainier is a robust LMS that is easy to learn and administer. For Users, Brainier is very intuitive and easy to understand and navigate. Brainier requires minimal end-user training. I also appreciate having a Brainier representative that is familiar with our account and the Business Development Director checks in with me from time to time to if I need assistance. Brainier customer support responds promptly. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** There are tiny things I dislike about the Brainier system. However, some of the functions are too complex that require us to contact our Brainier representative. Our representative is fantastic and is always willing to assist us with our needs. **Recommendations to others considering ClearCo:** I would suggest polling clients on complex functions within the system that may warrant additional training for administrators or system upgrades. I like that when I post a job I get five free job boards that the job goes to as well. **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** There's not much I dislike with ClearCompany. I would like to see more robust reporting for 360 reviews and for that functionality to be a bit simpler. The other enhancement I'd love would be to integrate with more payroll vendors than ADP. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Recruiting was a very manual process before implementing ClearCompany. One huge benefit I've realized is moving from 40 pages of paper onboarding to all electronic and seamless. It's great! ### 45. Support is fantastic - they're available whenever you need them, even for the little things! **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** Not much to dislike - if there's a feature that's not so great or needs enhancements, Brainier listens to users and incorporates suggestions from their superadmin forum for quarterly upgrades. **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to customize learning paths to target different development needs has made learning much more valuable than a one-size-fits-all approach. Being able to assign and track completion for required complinace training has been a huge win. ### 46. Also love the texting aspect - it has been a great tool to get quicker responses from candidates, and being able to tag candidates to easily find them later. Clear Comapny being able to integrate with out payroll company and company website is definitely a plus! **What do you dislike about ClearCo?** Unable to directly "reply' to a candidate (ie, when you receive a message from an applicant in clear company, to reply, you must just create a new message, and that new message does not have the applicant's previous message in the body for reference). **Recommendations to others considering ClearCo:** You won't be disappointed! **What problems is ClearCo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Every applicant now gets a response from our company in a timely fashion regardless of being considered for a job or not. Also, they stretch out the implementation for 3 -months.
