"Exceptional digital reference checking with Refapp"

What do you like best about Refapp?

We have been using Refapp since they were relatively new to the market in Sweden. As a big staffing and recruitment company conducting a significant number of reference checks annually across various roles — high volumes, specialist and executive positions, public and private sectors — Refapp has been invaluable. Their quick service, responsiveness to new trends, and strong focus on data security for both candidates and references are crucial for us. We are very satisfied with Refapp as a product and partner in reference checking. Our hundreds of users have consistently found the system easy to use, and references appreciate the convenience of providing feedback at their own pace, rather than scheduling lengthy calls. Candidates also find it easy to provide references, with much of the process automated yet customizable to feel personal and controlled.

What do you like best about Refapp?

With Refapp, it becomes easy to keep track of the entire flow in the reference process and it achieves high validity. Time is saved as the candidate themselves provides their referees' contact information, and flexibility is increased for the referees who decide when and how they want to respond.
