**What do you like best about Talenthub?**

As an HR professional, what could be better than receiving direct feedback from a candidate? It’s certainly valuable for candidates to experience us directly and to get a score from this. But what I love most about Talenthub is that the recruiter’s efforts aren’t wasted. Sometimes we receive positive feedback from candidates after an interview, but it just stays in emails and ends with a thank you. With Talenthub, it’s clear that the recruiter’s communication and all steps of the hiring process are not in vain.

**What do you dislike about Talenthub?**

At first, it seemed a bit confusing, but as I started using it, I navigated easly.

**What problems is Talenthub solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In a multinational company, we learned how satisfied our candidates are with our processes, evaluations, and the recruiters and hiring managers they interacted with one-on-one. This helped us measure candidate satisfaction tangibly in terms of OKRs and allowed us to improve processes with the candidates' best interests in mind.
