I'm sorry that your experience indicates that our tests have low validity and/or reliability. Even though the validity and reliability of our assessments remain at an excellent level according to European standards (evidence linked below and in technical manuals), there are certain situations where a candidate's result might change more than expected – for instance, if they were disturbed, distracted, stressed, anxious, or tired during test-taking. In general, we allow candidates to re-share existing results for up to 24 months to avoid the need for them to retake our assessments regularly. Though, as is the case with all psychometric assessments, results can vary across two different test-taking sessions. Therefore test-retest reliability is very important for any test. I have linked an article on the reliability of our personality assessment for you to review. We have published help centre articles on the reliability and validity of both our personality and logical ability assessments as well as our full technical manuals for transparency. We have built our tests on Item Response Theory to ensure we have excellent tests with the ability to improve even more over time.
