The candidate experience has also developed to the better as candidates own thier results and thier answers do not disapear into a black hole as many other testing tools. **What do you dislike about Alva Labs?** I can't think of any right now, Alva Labs are very good at responding quickly to any feedback. **What problems is Alva Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** There are many, but the main one is that with the help of Alva Labs tool, we have streamlined our recruitment process even further. The feedback is transparent to both candidates and recruiting manger when the candidate submits the assessment. You don't need to be certified to hand down feedback to candidates or recruiting manger and the candidates, which is a huge plus. ### 2. Could have some more fleshed out description of the test results on the logical test since that feels kinda shallow compared to the results you get on the personality test. **What problems is Alva Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** I'm able to get measurable data on both soft skills that otherwise would be hard to measure with only questions in an interview or other hiring stages. But more importantly user friendly and easy to do tests with feedback to candidates generates automatically. Also, integration with TEAMTAILOR amazing. **What do you dislike about Alva Labs?** I don't really dislike anything but UX design can evolve over time also I would like to be able to at some roles send only logic test and not personality and some times vice versa, thus not having to send them both as a package. **What problems is Alva Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?** Solving: candidate feedback on test being so much less, also sending out tests = test administration at a minimum at the moment, not the least because the integration and trigger function with Teamtailor as ATS.
