Equalture is easy to understand and to interpret, for the business as well as for the candidates. The managers are amazed by the insights when the team comparison is made, which makes us look at who is a "match" with the team to who will enrich the team.

It is not that I dislike anything about the games/ structure. There were some filtering options I missed and in the beginning a clear view of how to read the reports. However, the platform of Equalture is growing and expanding as well. Unlike other tests of this ilk, Equalture is different in that it's fun. Instead of pouring over hundreds of statements and scoring how much you agree with them, you play games (which are fun and make you stand out amongst your competitors). The results are easy to follow - you see how the candidate scores against your team, your company, and the industry average. Some games can take a while to complete. This means you could potentially be losing candidates who don't have the time or patience to do these games. Or perhaps they just want to be done with the application already and power through the games without really putting in their best effort.
