**What do you like best about Equalture?**

The actual solution works well, and manages to efficiently deliver on all the promised things. There are a lot of good supporting features (articles, resources) etc. that are also very valuable.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

There have been some minor issues, but Equalture works quickly to solve those once you make them aware. The only real downside is that it is slightly costly (at least for a smaller firm like ours).

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bias in recruitment. And surprisingly the results have also been very helpful afterwards in people having an easier time describing their workstyle based on the details they got from the games.

Equalture is a fun and innovative tool and contributes to a great and new candidate experience.

Limited insights. It will be great to have acces to more (anonymous) general information and data/statistics  and reports about Equalture and the performance of the tool for your company.

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Equalture to create more contact with students and young professionals. Also it is a great experience for students and young professionals to complete a talent assessment without noticing they're making an assessment.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

Equalture is easy to understand and to interpret, for the business as well as for the candidates. The managers are amazed by the insights when the team comparison is made, which makes us look at who is a "match" with the team to who will enrich the team. 
This has given us new insights. Next to that, the candidates are always positive and exiting about the tool and the manner of recruitment. 
Last, the customer experience team from Equalture has given us amazing insights, following the process with our company and advising us where we need it.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

It is not that I dislike anything about the games/ structure. There were some filtering options I missed and in the beginning a clear view of how to read the reports. However, the platform of Equalture is growing and expanding as well. Some filtering options are added now, which makes the process even more transparent and user friendly

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For now nothing specific. However, it creates a topic in the company where managers think differently about who to hire and what skills we need. It brings up the conversation, which will enhance the topic of diversity & inclusion even more in the business.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

Unlike other tests of this ilk, Equalture is different in that it's fun. Instead of pouring over hundreds of statements and scoring how much you agree with them, you play games (which are fun and make you stand out amongst your competitors). The results are easy to follow - you see how the candidate scores against your team, your company, and the industry average. You can read the full explanation of the scores, and see what works best for you.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

Some games can take a while to complete. This means you could potentially be losing candidates who don't have the time or patience to do these games. Or perhaps they just want to be done with the application already and power through the games without really putting in their best effort. Since we don't have a way to measure this, what I'm missing is the dropout rate.

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a better idea of the team's competencies and helping us hire someone who balances our team. Since implementing Equalture, we haven't had issues with new hires not fitting our team culture. Rather, it seems that they strengthen the team.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

Working with Equalture has made us look at our recruitment process differently. Especially a new perspective of what kind of talent Pon needs.  It has ensured that we have now hired employees who look 'differently' and add something new to the organization, instead of people who mainly fit in well with us.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

There's not anything I don't like, but more something I miss. I would pay more attention to the part about reading the reports and the way you could discuss this with candidates or the way you should discuss the test results.

It helps us look at people more broadly. We want to be a more diverse organization!
Not really more productive yet.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

I work for a high growth scale-up, an insanely important time to attract and hire the best talent. Equalture has supported me to drive more certainty into our decision-making during the hiring process. It has given me insights into potential skills and personality traits needed for scaling our business.

It does not connect with our ATS which makes it time-consuming sometimes to implement and use properly. But they are always willing to help, support and think along with us to make sure we keep the process quick and agile.

For us it has; 
1.	Created an unbiased hiring process and it has support decisions based on data and not on gut feel alone (less reliance on CV)
2.	It has eliminated “no-fit” candidates and reduced our time spent with non-suitable candidates
4.	It provided our candidates with a more fun and engaging experience during the hiring process ( great for employer brand )

Easy to use and good user experience. Great feedback from candidates that the games were fun and different to other testing they had experienced. Great service from our CSMs Masha & Jesper!

The filtering system had yet to be released when I used this product so I had to export the results and filter. The filtering feature has since been launched

As mentioned the filtering feature is a great addition. We are also looking at integration into our ATS with our Equalture team. We receive a high volume of applicants for our positions, Equalutre has helped me identify the candidates that fit our criteria best in a fair, accurate and timely way.

the outcome is useful and easy to interpret, candidates like it because they feel not as intimidated as with some assessments

the way the users are set up, often my colleagues don't get the right reports automatically. I understand that's because of how I put them in the system and what access I grant them, but that could be improved.

It's adding an objective tool to the recruitment process, which is necessary to have the best view on candidates. Even if all people involved say (and feel) they are unbiased.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

We really like how Equalture helps us to hire more unbiased. The tool is easy to use, and the results easy to understand. It is also great that applicants have to play the games first, that requires a bit more motivation so less motivated candidates get filtered out naturally. The results of the test really give a great impression wether a person would fit in our team or not. The contact with the Equalture-team has also been very easy and fast!

Unbiased hiring for best match and good overview of different (character) traits. This means that you can have different roles to match several profiles.

If I HAVE to say someting: since we as a company are an ecosystem it would be ideal to have several different 'company' profiles so the data doesn't mix.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

I am absolutely thrilled with the basic idea of Equalture to contribute to bias-free hiring and thus provide more equal opportunities and objectivity in the recruiting process. Equalture has helped us to sensitize our hiring managers to put competencies and cultural fit in the foreground when screening applicants and not only to look at experience and stations in the CV. The really successful gamified games were not only fun for our team but also for our applicants and the results are - by the way - very informative. I also like the fact that Equalture offers many helpful blog posts on the topic of bias-free recruiting, which are always scientifically sound and well-written. In addition, the costumer success team does a really great job and is very helpful with queries and assistance.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

Due to the lack of integration with personio, our applicant management system, additional manual effort is required. Furthermore, additional applicant engagement is required to enter the application process. Although this helps us in the pre-selection process, it generates extra effort. You have to be aware of this. However, I am confident that the product will be further optimized in the future and that this challenge can be overcome.

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Decisions in the selection phase are less likely to be made on the basis of gut feeling. The use of stereotypes and prejudices is thus prevented - each of us carries such perceptual distortions, but Equalture helps to overcome them by creating awareness of what is really important: The competencies of the applicants.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

Equalture is a tremendous help to our small recruiting team to cope with a large number of applications in a way that is a win-win for both sides -  the applicant & us. We use Equalture for every incoming application as a first step. We as nyris gain a great insight of every applicant and their skills fit for a specific department without any manual effort. In addition, the first interaction with nyris starts with a fun game and detailed feedback we can provide. Equalture became very quickly an integral part of our recruiting process that we can't miss anymore.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

Nothing so far. We do have a lot of ideas, how to use Equalture in other settings and are looking forward to extending our cooperation in the future.

1. Equalture significantly cuts the effort and time needed for the first review of all incoming applications. In our case this is close to 60%. 
2. Equalture helps us identify the right candidate faster.

The innovative way of assessing. It is fun to play, which results in a great candidate experience. And the results are less biased due to the fact people do not know what will be measured

Limited insights. Sometimes you want to measure more specific skills / personality traits. I'd like to see a more specified overview about the candidate profile

We look more for personality rather than x amount of experience. We still use CVs, but if we doubt, Equalture can give us more insights about company / team fit.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

We use Equalture for all our vacancies, for several reasons:
1. It puts up a barrier for applying to vacancies we post on LinkedIn. The "Apply" Now button leads to Equalture, which requires more input from the applicant. Without Equalture, we would immediately get an application message without further details like motivation.
2. The mini-games give a first indication of persistence (some people don't even bother to complete them, in which case we don't take them seriously) and of the other personality qualities that they measure. A meager score is a warning signal.
3. The structured questions make applicants easier to compare. A very short answer, or an answer like "see CV" is a reason to not take the applicant seriously for the job.
4. We have a good structured overview of all applicants of each job.
5. The process of moving people to the next stage or reject them is very simple, with preset messages. This saves time.

All together, we can more quickly filter out qualified applicants from the rest, with whom to have the first interview.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

All notifications of applicants are sent to all staff we register at Equalture. It would be better if we could assign such notifications per job, as different people handle different vacancies.

Following a structured process for job applicants with the minimum amount of our time and effort.
With Equalture, we can more quickly filter out qualified applicants from the rest, with whom to have the first interview.

It has been interesting to discover the psychometric games, reading results, and comparing applicant results to current team members. It is great that each team member and candidate receive their individual results to help them further improve their abilities and see where their strengths lie. 
The onboarding process has been flawless, with all the help you need and with smiles and positive attitudes all the way.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

As we currently don't use an ATS, there are a few extra steps involved to get everything done, but that is something that we can keep improving internally.

Equalture is helping us modernize our current procedure, to hopefully get us to a place where we can say we have an unbiased recruitment process.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

It's small browser-games that our candidates play at a certain point in our hiring process. These games provide us with insights we would otherwise not get. For example, how good is an employee with handling multiple tasks at the same time and prioritizing them. While self-assessments can be cheated in a certain way, this is not the case here. You play as "good" as you play, and your score reflects your true current state of your skills. And the best part is that our candidates have found while being assessed and don't even know how their results are being analysed until we explain it to them.

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

If you're using your own ATS, it can be a bit boring to "clean up" the pipeline in Equalture, since it doesn't sync with your own ATS. But if you don't have one, Equalture comes with a small ATS to keep your applications organized. So this can also be a plus. If Equalture had the possibility of bulk-selecting candidates so you can move them between stages in groups, it would speed up the "cleaning process". Other than this, there's nothing I would not like about this software.

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Equalture isn't a test where you answer questions, thinking, "how would a sales manager answer these". It's games with simple instructions that measure specific skills/aspects of you, and you can't change how you play them. It's this bias-free objectivity that has fully convinced me that this software is the right choice. I was a bit hesitant about how our hiring managers would think about involving games in the hiring process, but they have all been very supportive and open to it. As soon as the first results (484% increase in candidate retention) came in, they were fully on board. Feel free to contact me on Equalture, if you have any questions and need a customer's voice. Equalture allows us to get a very complete photo of our candidates' cognitive skills, without biases nor preconceptions. We also love their insights about practical applications of individuals belonging to each bucket and the kind of environments they might perform better.

Candidates' scores can vary if they aren't playing the games in a calm and focused environment. It is important to remind them about completing them only if they can ensure they won't be interrupted.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

Equalture is a fantastic tool that enables recruiters to shortlist candidates in an unbiased and fun way. The user experience is really good, the platform is very simple to use, and candidates gave us very positive feedback about their recruitment experience. Moreover, Equalture have stellar customer service and they keep innovating their product throughout time! Definitely a tool to check out :)

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

It would be fantastic if Equalture would manage to add more gamified assessments on other areas that recruiters would need to test such as certain technical skills (coding, excel, languages etc) to become the one stop shop for all recruiters and hiring managers looking to add assessments in their recruitment process.

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Through Equalture, when recruiters shortlist CVs, they also look at the candidate's assessment results therefore any risk of unconscious bias is highly reduced if not eliminated. The results also give a good indication of the candidate's skills that are most relevant to the role you're recruiting for which also facilitates the recruiter's role while shortlisting applications.

Its frustrating that as a founder I got the "not always problem solvent" stamp. But thats oke.... ;)

I am relatively new to Equalture, but I am already in love with it. They nailed especially the UX and the explanations of the logic/science behind it. I love its apparent simplicity, but I am also aware of how much science and thought went into it. It's been a while since I have seen a product so good on multiple levels. I can't wait to see more tests added and how the analytics will be evolving.

The documentation could be simplified, but it is still decent.

I can't name what I don't like. Only it is still a young company that is learning, and that is nice to see.

**What do you like best about Equalture?**

Equalture provides great insight and allows us to have meaningful conversations, both internally and with candidates. The games are fun which is also a plus!

**What do you dislike about Equalture?**

So far not much. The product is as advertised and the customer care has been good.

**What problems is Equalture solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're hoping to attract a more diverse pool of candidates to create a better workplace.
