What do you like best about Verifile?

We moved from our current supplier to Verifile in February 2023 and have been very pleased with service we have recevied so far. Where some of checks would take weeks to come back with a final report, with Verifile, they are coming back much quicker, even same day! This has meant we have reduced our turnaround times by more than three quarters. Our Account Manager is readily available, at the end of the phone or email and we have regular catch ups via Teams, to talk about our account, anything coming up, any issues orproblems. Verifile have a great customer support team, available via different formats - chat, email or phone, which are all answered within a good timescale Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verifile?

What problems is Verifile solving and how is that benefiting you?

Right to work checks can now be completed online, so we can ensure everyone has the right to work in the UK before their start date with us. DBS's are completed within a very short space of time, meaning we can get our employees out to clients quicker and by the variety of checks offered by Verifile, means we are able to re-assure our clients that our employees checked and verified Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Verifile?

I've worked closely with the Verifile team for about 4 years now. The team are always available to assist with queries via phone or email, provide accurate reports and provide all the features and checks we require. The user interface is easy to use, and it's easy to train new team members on the processes with the Verifile team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Verifile?

We can go through some periods where we don't use Verifile as often, but that's no reflection on Verifile, and purely a reflection of our client requirements at the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Screening Provider"

What do you like best about Verifile?

Verifile are by far the best 3rd party screening provider I have worked with. The platform is intuitive, easy to navigate and provides an update on candidate progress at a glance. The team are also fantastic, I'm able to reach out via email or phone if I ever have any queries and thye're very quick to respond. Our Senior Customer Service Manager, Maj, is all we could ask for and more - again very responsive, knowledable and friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
