"Effortless Hiring with Seamless Integrations"
What do you like best about Criteria?

I love how Criteria integrates effortlessly. We use it with BambooHR and Chameleon, and the integration is perfect. BambooHR handles the job posting, and once candidates apply, they get an email directing them to Criteria to complete their testing. Chameleon assists us with selecting some of the displayed tests, making the process seamless. I give Criteria a 10 out of 10 because it allows us to screen candidates without doing all the upfront legwork. It also lets us reach out to candidates, view their resumes, and see their video interviews. Additionally, I love how it scores the tests to help us determine who fits within our desired expertise range, indicating who meets our hiring expectations. The setup was wonderful and seamless, thanks to a helpful gentleman who guided us through the features via an extensive video call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Criteria?

I wish that Criteria sent push notifications to multiple staff members since we all have to approve a candidate throughout the process. Right now, it only sends progress emails to me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User-Friendly, Exceptional Value - Increases Veteran Candidate Hiring Value in Tech Sales Industry"
What do you like best about Criteria?

Tech Qualled has been using the Criteria (HireSelect) System since circa 2017 to help position and qualify candidates for our veteran technology sales training program. While the system was implemented and integrated into our program prior to my arrival in 2020, the Criteria system I am using today has been easy to customize, manage, and maintain for our staff, user-friendly for our military veteran program candidates, affordable and reasonably priced when you compare the overall value of the tools and what they bring to our program. We use Criteria for each candidate who completes the interview portion of our program, so each candidate joining has been through the Criteria process. When talking with hiring managers, talent advisors, and HR professionals in the technology sales hiring space, I have heard on multiple occasions their firm holds our veteran graduates at a higher level due to the Criteria testing taking place prior to entry. Although we have not required a ton of customer support, simply due to the user friendly nature of the Criteria tools, when needed, our support has been exceptional. Criteria truly hires top notch employees who solidly represent the Criteria company. As an aside, we did use video interviewing for quite some time, again exceptional, but did discontinue use simply because we no longer required the service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Criteria?

I do not really have any constructive or helpful feedback to provide here. The tools work when I need them to, the provided reports are easy to understand, they carry their own weight within the hiring community, and every Criteria representative I have met with has always been professional, knowledgable, and kind. What do you like best about Criteria?

I really like Criteria's new coaching platform that uses AI assist; it's a game changer, and we're really enthusiastic about it. Criteria also makes it very easy to set up for our team, and we have had personalized assistance, including two calls with a live person who can help when we have questions. Well, the newness of the coaching platform is a little bumpy. And we are super users, and we are working out some of those bumps. Great tool to use for recruiting purposes to save time and get an accurate overview of a candidate. Helps us to see where they would fit in on our team, and also helps with onboarding knowing how to coach new hires and where they may struggle and need to spend extra time on. What do you like best about Criteria?

Compared to other platforms, we had more flexibility with our ATS integration. Also, the customer service was very nice and did their best to find a compromise when we were being onboarded. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Criteria?

We were customers for three years and had already agreed on the price for the extension for the 4th year. One month after this, someone reached out to us to tell us we've been using way too many assessments and they need to adjust the price they gave us to 4 times the initial amount.

This is quite unheard of of course, both the increase and doing it after already agreeing to an extension. Also, both on their website & previous communication with their representatives stated we should have unlimited assessment in our tier. Now they are saying we've been using too many? How?

I believe they were just trying to get more money from us. Their customer service is super nice and helpful when they are onboarding you, and once you're locked in, they just deal with you in bad faith. The product itself is good, but there are many alternatives in the market that wouldn't treat you this way, so that's where we're taking our business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive all around pre-interview tool"
What do you like best about Criteria?

I first used Criteria when I was trying to apply for a couple of SaaS companies. For others, the initial interview was the traditional 1:1 with the recruiter, but for a couple that I applied with, I was greeted with Criteria as a pre-interview tool. When I took it out for a spin, it was very intuitive in the sense that you're sort of taking a personality test that's designed to help both you and the recruiter find your strengths and weaknesses. It's easy to use, and you don't need additional help to learn how to use it. After you finish, you'd be greeted by your results, and the good thing here is that you can have it integrated in a way that you can secure your results via email and save your results for your reference as well. It feels like most companies have an easy time implementing Criteria internally since I've had the pleasure of going using Criteria atleast 3-5 times as pre-screening throughout my job hunting series. Their customer support is also good since I was able to recover my session when I had a hiccup with one of the sessions I was going through Criteria. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Criteria?

The only thing I dislike about Criteria is that it gets a bit tedious and repetitive with some of the questions, but I guess that's how personality tests usually go. What do you like best about Criteria?

The tool is easy to use and hosts a ton of tests for a variety of different job descriptions.

It made our recent hiring experience much more enjoyable as we were able to link true skills to what we were looking for vs solely reviewing an resume. And if we wanted to manage our own tests it would take a long time to set up, Criteria was ready to go in a day (or it felt even shorter).
