Some of the UI is not very intuitive and it can be buggy. However, the team is always responsive, takes our feedback, and often improves features based on our feedback.

The easiness of having your integrations website quickly complete and the default layout of their template pages. The app listing is very complete and helps a lot since it gives you lots of information about each 3rd party that you want to add to each of the integrations you wish to create a page for (logo images, direct links to websites, list of zaps from Zapier, etc). Apideck's Ecosystem offering allowed us to scale our partner program very quickly. The app has some robust functionality for listing new integration partners and managing the partner workflow. Ecosystem's partner management features are not the core of the product offering of APIDeck. So if one is looking for a full-blown Partner Relationship Management solution with education workflows, lead sharing and co-marketing asset management, then you may need to complement APIDeck with dedicated tools for those use cases. We would appreciate more open APIs around the ecosystem. An API to retrieve listings has been finally added in Q2 2022. Further, we would like to access the leads directly through the API.
