
Before we introduced Testlify, one of the challenges we had was keeping candidate evaluations consistent across different departments, especially when hiring both academic and administrative roles.
Now, once candidates apply, we send out assessments as part of the initial screening stage. After they complete them, our team reviews the results and uses that to decide who should move forward to interviews. That process has made it easier to align hiring decisions across teams instead of relying only on resumes or individual judgment.
The platform itself is simple to use, and it doesn’t take much effort for hiring managers to check results and give feedback, which helps keep things moving without delays. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One area that could be improved is flexibility when working with assessments. In some cases, it would be helpful to adjust existing tests more easily instead of creating new ones.
