**What do you like best about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

I appreciate that AccuSourceHR, Inc. consolidates all the information in one spot and does the research for us. The detailed reports make it very easy to review and decide, and it's easy to find people and their attempts to complete their portions. I also find it helpful that you can search either by person or by order type. The initial setup was very simple, and the customer care team was very helpful and informative.

**What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

We need to give different levels of access to different people but it is not so easy to have that set-up. Need each report type to be able to be viewed by a specific group of people and we can't set up that access.

**What do you like best about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

I enjoy the chat feature because I can immediately talk with a representative when I have questions about the system. It's become easier to navigate as I learn the features. I like the ability to select a package from the Start Profile. The Full Subject icon allows me to view an application before it's sent for processing. The easy download feature is great once the report is complete. The search engine is helpful for quickly locating candidates. I like being able to access reports quickly and the ability to get in and out of the system quickly. The initial setup was easy after receiving my Username and creating a passcode, especially with the training from AccuSourceHR, Inc.

**What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

I would like to be able to resend an application back to a candidate so that they can edit if anything is missing on the application.

**What problems is AccuSourceHR, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use AccuSourceHR, Inc. daily for its ease in accessing reports quickly, efficient background application tracking, and quick system navigation. The chat feature is great for immediate support, and the Full Subject icon helps review applications before processing. The search engine finds candidates fast.

The MVR comes in very quickly
It is easy to also set the background check up
I like being able to go to the website and see where the background check is and what are the areas that are complete and what ones that still are outstanding

Some of the counties take a long time to come back - this has caused us to lose a few candidates

None - we have been told that they do a more in-depth background check for counties and it depends on how quickly the counties contact them back to get the completed background check.

I really like the customer service of AccuSourceHR, Inc., it is very efficient and fast. The system overall is very clear and extremely easy to use for placing an order for candidate screening. We can always rely on customer service if there is any issue. Since they switched to SourceDirect, although it took me a bit to understand it, it is still easy to use.

Since they switched to SourceDirect, it has been a bit difficult for me to understand it, but it's simple.

I use AccuSourceHR, Inc. to conduct background screenings and drug tests for our candidates in the U.S. The customer service is efficient and fast, the system is clear, and it is easy to place orders, which gives us confidence if any issues arise.

The website is easy to use, and initiating a request for background check is straightforward.

While some counties may require extended timeframes to return results, these delays are outside of AccuSourceHR’s control. The customer support chat feature is an efficient and valuable resource for assistance.

Average turnaround time is three days. I previously had a problem receiving emails letting me know a background check is complete; however, the support team has solved the issue.

The customer service we have received, from our account manager to the background and drug screening teams, has been exceptional. They are consistently helpful and dedicated to completing tasks as efficiently as possible.

There were a few minor visual aspects related to comfort that I had hoped would be different, but the team is always updating the application to improve it for their clients. Most of the issues I had have already been resolved.

Our primary motivation for switching to AccuSourceHR was the desire for integration with UKG and the convenience that comes with it. This transition has been very positive, and I appreciate that they continually release updates to further enhance the user experience.

I like AccuSourceHR, Inc. because the customer service is impressive. I have a direct email to a handful of their employees, and any issue I reach out with is acknowledged within the hour, which is pretty fast. The website is user-friendly and was easy to learn, which made the initial setup very easy. I also appreciate the cost efficiency and the excellent customer service that led me to switch from Clear checks.

They don't work on the weekends.

The most helpful features of AccuSource HR, in my experience, are its ability to integrate with LaborEdge and the chat feature available on the Source Direct portal.

The only downside is that some orders don’t automatically populate with the e-passport.

They emphasise that “one size doesn’t fit all” when it comes to screening programs. You can pick and choose what your business really needs.

As with all background/drug-screening companies, some delays can be expected due to lack of lab support in some regional geographies in US. I see it being improved lately but there is still some way to go.

Outsourcing verification of employment/education, managing drug test logistics, etc means my HR/recruitment team can spend more time on interviewing, candidate-experience, onboarding rather than vetting logistics.

Quick response from customer service by email and phone. It is easy to contact customer service due to their multiple methods in reaching them.

Cost, multiple times contacting customer service on the same issue, and a few billing discrepancies.

I had to contact them several times with a status update and ask if I could have packages rushed.

Not much it seems to be a failure at most ends

It is constantly failing and takes way to long to get any results back. They also have horrible service.

None, they made things more difficult in everyway during the onboarding process.

I really enjoy how quickly the customer support team answers calls and emails. I don't usually have questions for them but when I do they're quick and helpful in resolving.

**What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

I wish that the notes section on background checks with findings is a little more clear. I did like that about the older model (people G2)

Easy to use for sending out invites, But i wish there was more access to short cuts.

The dash board and drop down menus are plentiful and show information in a variety of useful ways. The checks are conducted pretty quickly and seem to be thorough in reaching back to past jurisdictions of the subjects prior residences.

**What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

Profiles with flags are shown in the list but there is no easy wasy to find the specific flagged item. The persons completed background check has to be opened and each subsequent check oped to look for the specific flagged item. A user should be able to click on the flag in the main profiles list and that should take the reviewer directly to the flagged entry/entries. Time consuming as it is now.

Searching for data in any of the various views is not obviouis to a new user. The system requires clicking into the box below the particular column to search. The box itself is not highlighted or labeled with a "search here" tag. The search line/areas should be identified more clearly. Once you know you know but its is not obvious and when I first started using the software I had to contact customer service chat to find out how.

The ability to check the status within the AccuSource portal.  It shows exactly when the ETA is and which counties/cities are still pending.  Customer Service is always prompt, efficient and very helpful!

**What do you dislike about AccuSourceHR, Inc.?**

Not much to dislike -- wish it was faster sometimes but understand that could be based on the source the information is being requested from.

**What problems is AccuSourceHR, Inc. solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Completion times when a Drug Test is packaged with a Background Check -- the Background Check could be done but results won't be released until the DT is taken which can take up to 10 days for the applicant to complete it

Setting it up was fairly easy but there has been a few kinks but they easily remedy it with there amazing customer service department.

We like that it is easy to use along with their platform is integrated in our HRIS system. It saves us time by having it Inegrated with easy steps to initiate.    It is so easy to use as the administrator and easy for our new hires.  That was important for us.

The package requirement set-up when integrating with an ATS, in our instance UKG. If a candidate has multiple employment verifications - I need to have the exact amount set up in the package issued to the candidate. It cant be a la carte, so if they only have 5 verifications but I set up 8 - I am charged for 8.

I like the fact that I can enter very little information and it can get the rest from the concerned party. 
I use this software on a weekly basis for background checks and never had an issue.
Customer service is always ready to assist whenever I have an issue.
It is fairly affordable too for my employer.

When I enter an organization of which the fees will be charged too, I am unable to change it myself once entered in the system.

The online module is very user-friendly. Customer service provided is with real agents. The initial implementation was seamless; adjustments to packages have been easy to make as well. We use this service on a weekly basis and I don't experience outages. I'm unsure if AccuSourceHR can integrate with our HRIS system- ADP. I look forward to exploring this option.

The number of days it takes to get a response and updated pricing documents. There were a couple of instances where the person I was working with was out of the office, and I didn't receive an out-of-office email to let me know. When I checked in again, I was informed that they had been out of the office for the past few days. Taking time off is needed and recommended, my advice is to inform clients that are pending an update via an automatic reply. It helps us plan and respect their time away. Creating a custom package is limited, I can only select pre-made packages and not services separately.

We have a large number of users across many locations, having results available to all users within our ATS is key. They can obtain their own resultsa as soon as they are available. Creating and monitoring different packet with different searches is necessary for may of our clients. Having drug screening available is also key, as it helps to have both services with one vendor.

User friendly system that provides email upates as well as a system history of every applicant within the system. For an example, I can view if the candidate has signed their consent and what time/date it was completed.

The note system. I do enjoy the idea of the note system, but every time I submit a note, it does not go directly to anyone within the system. Typically, I have to email my account manager which is not always a bad thing, but having to submit an email to reschedule a candidate instead of leaving a note for someone else to take care of this can overwhelm my account manager.

I love the integration capability. My company uses SmartRecruiters ATS and upon moving a candidate forward, I'm able to initiate an entire package of pre-employment items (background check, drug screen, motor vehicle report, etc.) at the click of a button. I use it every day and have run into minimal issues. The support line is easy to get a hold of and they're really fast to tend to you.

One area I wish that would improve - I deal with hundreds of candidates and when I need to check in on individual status updates on one, I sometimes have to comb through several pages to find that candidate. My default view is set to 20 results at a time, I wish it defaulted to at least 100.

We've been a customer of AccusourceHR (formerly PeopleG2) since 2020, the integration with Tempworks has worked flawlessly and the ordering process is efficent. Anytime we have a question or an issue, customer service is super quick to respond and resolve!

We wish we were able to create custom reference check question sets instead of just using the standardized question set. Because of this, we are using a different vendor.

I am in the recruiting business and I have been very happy with Accu source HR. Whenever I have a question, they are there to answer their prices are fair and the software has gotten better

There are times when I read the background check, and I am completely confused. If there was a way of simplifying the background results in Laymans terms that would be well received.

Sometimes the background check gets stuck and I have to call in to find out that for some reason it did not go through. Not sure why this happens but when I do call and usually it's resolved.
