**What do you like best about Ease?**

I like that ease can be customized and takes employees through their benefits options in a straightforward way.  I really like that plan options can be compared side-by-side.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The administration side has room for improvement. I always struggle to find where to click to terminate coverage when an employee's employment ends. I would like to be able to block fields we do not use.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease makes our Open Enrollment process so much easier.  Employees can compare options side by side, and they can be made to choose or decline coverage.  We can easily share benefits information with our 100+ employees who are spread over 12 states.  We can even include links to the carrier websites and customized company data.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

Ease is not only easy to use, but it's easy to explain to employees and walk them through. Even non-tech-savvy users are able to understand what I'm showing them.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

It is occasionally difficult to integrate voluntary benefits. This is likely due more to the provider than Ease itself, and Ease does a good job of trying to work with them despite these challenges.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease is constantly seeking additional integrations and more providers to collaborate with, and they excel at onboarding and training those providers. I believe they do well in avoiding stagnation.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

There are so many features that I love about ease! Its easy to use on a desktop or phone, it saves your progress as you go, and its extremely easy to navigate. All of my employees that use this system comment on how easy and user friendly it is!

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

Absolutely nothing! There is nothing to dislike about ease.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease helps with benefits administration. Its easy for employees to log in on their own time, see in real-time the cost per pay period as they make their elections and allows them to easily pickup right where they left off.

I haven't found any downsides yet.  I'm still learning the ins and outs of Ease.

Ease provides our groups with an easy way to track their employee enrollments.   My benefit is I can pull the to do's and follow the process in one place.

The simplicity of the platform. Very well laid out and organized. The platform isnt overwhelming, it is straightforward.

The lack of broker to admin notifications and the lack of new hire notifications.

Being able to communicate to our clients with teh same message and the same platform.

The best thing for me is that ability to log in and do what I need to do quickly and easily.

There is nothing that I don't "like" about using Ease.

I don't have to wait to hear back from someone (HR) when I have questions or need to get my information.  I can go on the website and get answers myself.

The ease of choosing my benefits at open. I am also pleased that I can see online all of the benefits that are available to me at a moments notice.

The changes the employees make do not automatically take effect. I have to manually approve them

I love that we can just add employees and Ease does the rest of the work for us and we don't have to set up meetings and it saves me a tremendous amount of time.

The only difficult thing about Ease is adding our employee's initially but that's just because our payroll isn't connected.

Ease is eliminating the need for us to set up meetings with our employees and keep track of when they are eligible for insurance.

I like that I can simply set up any new employee within minutes, and they have access to all the benefits we offer and all the information they need to make an educated decision.

I wish some of their other offerings were easier to use to complement the Benefits portion.

Make sure your Broker is well versed in any issues beforehand so that they can help you if you are new to the platform.

We are solving having a manual system in regards to Benefits; having all of the Benefits paperwork digitally fillable is such a time saver.

All of our HR information including benefits are in one place.  This allows us to have employees sign up for medical and other benefits in one place.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

There are a lot of notifications that I get as an administrator.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We'll be able to have our employees apply for medical insurance programs during the renewal period all in one place and since we're working with  employees now on getting familiar  with Ease, renewal will be so much easier.  We're also doing a lot of our on-boarding of new employees on Ease, which makes document collecting easier.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

Ease has taken the pressure to coordinate our benefits off of admin staff. Employees can access what they need, when they need. It's clear and simple to use. It has everything we need to manage our benefits without gimmicky features.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The only downside we’ve seen so far was a glitch in the system that allowed an employee to sign up for an HSA despite not having the right health plan. We caught it and haven't seen anything else.

We are a small organization with limited staff and time. Ease helps automate benefits so our staff can spend time focusing on the most crucial tasks at our organization.

My favorite feature of Ease is the benefits enrollment side of things. Eliminating paper enrollments was a priority of mine and Ease made the entire process more simplistic.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

I don't have any complaints about Ease, whatsoever.

Saving time by allowing employees to enroll themselves in benefits. It also is an excellent tool for employee tracking. It has been a go-to system for reports.

As the person in charge of benefits for our 200+ employees, it helps keep everyone organized.  Without it, I would have to hire another employee.

I am not a fan of the life event portion.   I should be able to unlock an employee easier.

The simplicity of it all. Each employee can complete their benefits package without my then need to input the information into each supplier's website. No employees reported any problems. Adding new employees is also simple. All the information needed for them to make informed choices regarding their benefits is contained in this one program.

There are no downsides or issues. Nothing to dislike. No reported issues from employees, and the administration team was very satisfied with the process and the outcomes.

There have been NO issues with Ease. I am confident that if there were to be any problems the matter would be handled efficiently and satisfactorily. This is a quality option to yearly and new employee benefits applications.

Ease is very user friendly when entering new hires and when terminating employees. I like being able to print a summary of the benefits that our employee has chosen.

The only downside is sometimes when I choose a wrong item, I have trouble getting back to where I started.

The amenities of having storage for documents for easy reference.  The set up is smooth to follow.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The reports, customized, are a bit cumbersome.  Not confident and misled in producing particular criteria.  Perhaps some additional training portals?

As our business has several options with plans.  The brunt of the changes has been communicated from the HR office to our county insurance representative.  I believe the collaboration between the two entities regarding communication has been extraordinary!

I find that entering a QLE is complicated.  If an easier method can be implemented, that would be helpful.

It has made open enrollment less burdensome for small businesses. Employees find the system easier to follow than challenging to follow pamphlets and emails. Employees find the election process easier to understand and they like the access post enrollment.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

As the benefits coordinator, a few action items could be easier to locate with their own tabs specifically when a new employee needs to be sent enrollment election email.

I haven't had any issues or problems. When I am unsure of something, our benefits coordinator that partners with Ease is knowledgeable on how to solve. Live support through chat would be more helpful than a bot that has seldom had answers to questions

That we are now paperless in our benefits process, and the employees get to see each breakdown of the health plans.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The only thing I dislike about Ease is it doesn't report to our Health Insurance or Cobra.

We are now paperless, so we are spending less time chasing down employees. The enrollment process is a lot easier and smoother.

After having to use other sites like Rippling and Namely I have a deep appreciation for how easy it is to set up, manage, and close out open enrollments. The ability to go in as the employee and mapping them over is quite easy.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

I would like the ability to see the changes that were processed and who made them within the employees profile rather than having to pull a report and sort through so much filler data.

**Recommendations to others considering Ease:**

If you're in the market I would say go for Ease over other big names like Namely and Rippling. The other guys have limited knowledge on benefits and it shows when it comes to setting up plans and rules that should be common sense in this industry.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease has been a great help when it comes to accountability, sometimes within our team and sometimes with clients. With Ease we can keep track of things like who processed certain changes, if employees were entered into the system, when employees are eligible, etc. It may not seem like a huge thing but when you deal with so much data entry it's nice to have a system that keeps track of who did what.

Running reports, accessing employee deduction amounts, accessing employee information in place of an HRIS and the ability to send auto-generated email templates.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

The EASE interface for admin and employees is not intuitive. Lots of constant looking around; multiple hyperlinks with the same title and differing funcuality. EASE also seems to make major updates to the webpage without notice or follow-up.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

EASE helps me and/or our third part insurance representative to no longer have to upload documents via various insurance portals for initial enrollment, open enrollment, live events, or terminating enrollment.

I love that it calculated my price and I  can see different costs based on who in my family signs up. It just was so intuitive and I love things that are easy!!

I truly don't have any complaints, i am thrilled that it was easy for me and my staff!

Everything! We have been doing paper enrollments the last couple years so this is eliminating the headache of that. I also don't have to get pricing worksheets for individual employees because it is all built into the system!

Simple and intuitive UI leads to a straightforward UX with little room for nuances and misconstrued information. Managing employee enrollment is easy and overseeing benefits, packages and perks is simple.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

Sometimes there is some redundancy in information verification, but the only issue I have with this is the time required for completion. Other than it's good to get multiple sets of eyes on enrollment verification.

managing benefits from a high-level and granularly. Overall it increases productivity for me and keeps the stress of managing benefits out of sight and mind.

It would be nice if Ease flowed directly to the various insurance website to automatically populate the employee's choice of benefits.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

The system is Easy to use and maneuver.  Feedback for new hires and during open enrollment time, the employees are surprised at how easy it is to complete their enrollment / waivers.  This system is my life line to most of our groups with easy access to benefits, their personal information etc.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

When there are 2 renewal dates for different carriers, the system doesnt show the carriers ate the same time.  The employees have to log in 2 times to waive or enroll for each carrier offered.   Due to this I have to create the group twice in the Ease system which is tedious

**Recommendations to others considering Ease:**

If you want an HRM system that is easy to use and that integrates with carriers and payroll company, Ease is your system.  Their customer service department are great to work with and will help you every step of the way.

The renewal plan tab and the rehire tab is a god send.  l  Previously I was recreating each plan for open enrollment.

I like how intuitive the design is.  Everything is where you think it should be.

The group that is assigned to service our account are a wonderful group of individuals.  Each is incredibly helpful and punctual.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

I can't think of anything I don't like. Its a wonderful product and team that services it.

It is helping us track benefit enrollments, it acts as digital storage for our benefits. No need for paper copies to be filed on sight.  A couple of clicks and you have the information in front of you.

**What do you like best about Ease?**

Ease allows you to have all your benefits paperwork in one place. I also like that it automatically enrolls my employees in their dental and vision insurance. It helps tremendously with onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

I wish there was more functionality with documents. I would like to see the ability to fill out forms requiring more than just a signature. I would also like the ability to upload videos to our documents.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease has helped our onboarding process come into the 2020s. We previously did it all by paper, including the benefits enrollment paperwork. We have saved so much time since we no longer have to scan paperwork.

When employees start at our company, I can get them all set up and send them the link.  They can then see all of the plan designs, co-pays, and click right through with ease of enrollment.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

Since it's not a system that I am using every day, sometimes I have difficulty finding the right sections to email out the logins.  I find it difficult on my end to sometimes navigate where to find things.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Open enrollment is a breeze.  Time savings for sure.  Since we have age-banded rates, I am no longer looking up individual rates and calculating out the employee's co-share.  It is so much easier than it was before onboarding employees for benefits.  I am also no longer sending in paper forms.  The process is very streamlined.

Employee access 24/7, Open enrollment is a smooth process now, the employee benefit cost calculations in the system are VERY customizable (we have a strange eligibility and cost sharing structure and Ease handled it with - well EASE)

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

Carrier Integrations are still coming online and are limited. This requires a download of forms to be signed, then sent to our non-integrated carriers. Just adds a complicated step to an otherwise smooth system.

**What problems is Ease solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My company was handling benefits using the old paper method. This was a significant drain on our HR department to not only maintain the forms, but follow up with employees, scan/email them to various carriers, and then house these forms securely. With Ease, our employees can self-manage their benefits at any time that is convenient for them and all of the documents are automatically saved and housed on Ease' secure servers!

Ease has made open enrollment for our ~50-person company very simple. We used to manually fill paper forms and send those to our broker; now we use much less time and effort during the process, and it's much for transparent for our staff.

**What do you dislike about Ease?**

We still have to send manual reminders to staff to complete tasks - this isn't a big deal, though, and I suspect will become less common as our staff get used to using Ease.

Our company was growing quickly and we decided to use Ease to make signing our new employees up for insurance simpler. We've saved a lot of time now that employees are able to walk themselves through the process.

Everything is in one place and I love how Ease calculates the deductions for me.  No manual math needs to be done or potential transposing of numbers when transferring the deductions into our payroll system.  When an employee is terminated, it's a simple automated process that is very helpful.

The only thing I dislike is when a new hired employee is set up and selects their insurance choices, I currently do not get a notification that any changes have been made.

The only downside of ease would be that during enrollment it can be a little confusing to have to click X or the check mark to indicate wether you are enrolling or not.

It takes a bit to get used to where everything is on the site. Also, some employees find it difficult to navigate the enrollment process. I doubt it could be made more simple, but having clearer instructions on what is required to click through would be helpful.
