  ### 1. Useful tool to include in recruitment process

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

Astronaut is an effective and easy tool to utilise in your recruitment process, which leads to being able to focus your time on meeting with or interviewing candidates that most closely match your company's values and what the role requires.  Rather than screening via a phone call, which can sometimes be hard to pin someone down to speak to you, they can answer your questions at a time that suits them. They give you insight into the key questions you need to know more about in order to be able to select the candidates for an interview (very helpful when you have a large shortlist or a number of candidates that look excellent on paper).

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

Sometimes technical glitches when uploading or recording the welcome video. Sometimes candidates have issues accessing Astronaut, depending on the device they're using. But we now know all the tricks, we're armed for troubleshooting most issues as the Astronaut Team operates when we're asleep in New Zealand, so help is not always available when you need it.

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ongoing development and enhancing, which is great.

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

I like the fact that we can cut down so much time out of initial recruitment. 
It will usually take us 30 mins per interview, with astronaut we can cut it down to 10 mins or shorter.
We don't even need to have red eye interview with candidates on different timezones nor do we have to schedule an interview with them. 
They can take it any time and we can review it any time. 
They also made an update to help move candidates along on Team Tailor

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

As we're primarily recruiting remote employees or people in tech, there have not been many problems besides the normal reluctance to take the interview right away. But that can be fixed with a few reminders to the candidates. We are also not interested in hiring unresponsive candidates, so that works out for us. We do see the trend of people at the managerial level and above in non-tech industries preferring to have an interview with a real person.

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The fact that as a recruiter, we will have to spend so much time in scheduling and doing initial interviews when 50% of the candidates won't even move to the next stage.

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

- Detected double emails so that we can track the email's candidate who already filled out the online test
- Flow to upload until sending out the test to the candidates

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

- Would be great if the system automatically deleted existing emails if the email's candidate had already filled the online test within >1 year (or another specific duration depending on the company's policy) or not completed the test in one position, so we didn't need to resend manually
- We can see other attached documents if the candidate upload >1 document
- We can sort the result of the candidate test (who already filled out the test, failed the online test, or not completed the test)

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving our mass hiring to filter candidates from the online test, so we can save our time in processing good candidates.

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

Helps make my work so much easier to assess new key opinion leaders and influencers. The assessment tools makes it easy to confirm their identity and their expertise.

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

Lack of a report dashboard, I have to download reports and then sort them out manually. A dashboard like the ones we use for influencer and social media monitoring helps share reports faster by simply screenshotting them and pasting them on powerpoint.

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

From accurately reviewing and identifying new influencers to helping our HR team recruit new employees. Their video interview helps us determine if an influencer have screen presence or command of his/her audience.

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

in astronaut there is a video interview feature that makes it easier for me to see the candidate's expressions and assess related to the answers given

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

when there are too many candidates in 1 job, loading data takes longer and when generating reports it also takes longer

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

when I had trouble pulling a report because there was too much data, I reported it to the technical team and at that time helped generate reports from the back end and that was very helpful.

The ease of use and the quick implementation of the solution. The support level is fantastic as well -- responding within the hour most of the time.

Occasional quirks that goes away with a page refresh

It is a great filtering solution that has helped to reduce the manhours we spend on zoom interviews

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

Astro is user-friendly. It is easy for me to send online tests, and the option for collecting the result is helpful. The website and the person in charge of our account are also beneficial. I found it easy to reach out for help, and they ensured the problem was solved.

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

Sometimes it appeared "Error," and I didn't know the problem. I assumed it was caused by the internet connection.

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solved the need to know the logical thinking of the candidates, and it became the standard for the position we were looking.

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

Assessment library, we can create our own set of questions from MCQ to freetext, and video interviews, combine that into a template we can reuse or modify in the future.

**What do you dislike about ASTRNT?**

Could use with more live data on their dashboard. Small things like invites sent and responses received would be helpful. Most information is available on downloadable reports.

**What problems is ASTRNT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridging assessments, interviews, and selection. Astronaut lowers our operating expenses and raises our processes tenfold. Being online has also help us reach more customers globally.

**What do you like best about ASTRNT?**

From a solution perspective, video interview alone, is already an effective and efficient tool to ease up a recruitment process. Combined with assessments and learning contents, Astronaut can be a one-stop shop to provide hiring solutions to customers. 

From a delivery perspective, Astronaut has been supportive of what clients need and always eager to find ways to comply with these needs.

In my experience, it was the length of time in creating a custom proposal.
