What do you dislike about AssessFirst?

Having to choose between two options, when both suit me equally, can skew the final result. For example, the statement "does not care about quality" does not really describe me, even though I am indeed trying to let go of my perfectionism by applying the principle "the best is the enemy of the good." What do you like best about AssessFirst?

The very concept of a personality test seems much more relevant in the workplace, in the eyes of both parties, employee and employer.

The employer can thus have a much more concrete idea of the skills of the employee they are recruiting, which maximizes their chances of integrating the right employee.
