"A more in-depth and detailed test than Insight"
What do you like best about AssessFirst?

I find it quite thorough, because I had already taken a test on Insight, but here it is more detailed. However, for the reflection questions, it is not very clear at the beginning: the example exercise given is too simple compared to the real exercises with the circles.

Regarding the questions, it is noticeable that there are similar answer choices that come up again, but with other options. So, I sometimes think: "I've already answered that," and I choose another answer, even though it might not be the right logic. I hope I am expressing myself clearly. What do you dislike about AssessFirst?

What I appreciate most about AssessFirst is the depth and clarity of the information provided about personality. The assessment goes beyond generic labels and truly highlights how a person thinks, interacts, and is motivated in a work environment.

The results seemed accurate and actionable to me, particularly regarding communication style, motivational factors, and team dynamics. What do you dislike about AssessFirst?

The main drawback is that the results can seem quite dense at first glance. There is a lot of information, and without guidance, some users may not immediately know how to prioritize or apply it in a concrete way.

Having to choose between two options, when both suit me equally, can skew the final result. For example, the statement "does not care about quality" does not really describe me, even though I am indeed trying to let go of my perfectionism by applying the principle "the best is the enemy of the good." At first, I was completely lost and unsure of what to do, but once I reached my dashboard, everything became clear. I find this really cool. Some of the answers to the questions I responded to were surprising, but overall, it was a fun experience! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I was disappointed that I couldn't return to previous questions. There was one instance where I selected the wrong answer by mistake and moved on too quickly, but I wasn't able to go back and correct it.
