It automatically links into Kallidus Learn, so you can see at a glance any outstanding training. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform?** You can't format text into bulleted or numbered lists - all text appears as one paragraph. As a manager/reviewer, you can't change the view of past reviews - they are in date order only Past objectives have to be archived; there is no 'Completed Objectives' repository Managers can't change review dates or delete reviews **What problems is Kallidus Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** How to keep track of monthly 1:1 reviews. Now that we have Kallidus Perform, we have dispensed with annual appraisals. It's easier now to monitor how people are getting on and their outputs at work. ### 2. End users are able to easily add and amend objectives. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform?** When we first moved to Perform it was not connected to the other LMS system Learn. But recently Kallidus have connected the two systems. **Recommendations to others considering Kallidus Perform:** With the success rate we have experienced with reviews across the business, I would definately recommend this product. **What problems is Kallidus Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Encouraging line Managers to complete reviews, last year we achieved a 100% completion rate across our stores. **Official Response from Claire Moloney:** > Thank you for your review Alice! I enjoy the ability to share input from both sides, allow for edits and review and the requirement for final sign off is particularly useful. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform?** Viewing the indepth Objectives and Development items can be tricky when performing a review and I find that I need to have two browsers open, one for my comments and one for review of the Objectives or Development items so that I can expand and see in full, with comments. It would be good if we could have auto-tracking of items that we could customise outside of Objectives and Development such as a more granular "Action Items" list for day to day performance as opposed to longer term objectives. **Recommendations to others considering Kallidus Perform:** Great tool when combining performance and learning. Easy to use and intuative. Ability to set up scheduled meetings and reviews which keeps you on track and reduces admin is essential. **What problems is Kallidus Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Being able to track in a centralised place the performance and see the same information as your team. ### 4. Adding new performance questionnaires are really easy. It can be altered on the fly and is so easy to pick up. The support from Kallidus is second to non. They always help you try to achieve your objective. Perform can be used on the go from any device and the UX is really clean. Scoring colleague Sam delaying feedback can be done on the go from a mobile. Perform makes it easy to share feedback. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform?** I would like it if Perform could add timescales to the self development area. This would help colleagues track against a timeline. I understand that this area is less formal but colleagues still need to be able to track there own success against an individual ask. **What problems is Kallidus Perform solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kallidus Perform gives the business a tool that is easy to navigate and use. It also gives accountability back to individuals to manage their own performance and development. It also helps us understand how mid-level to senior managers have progressed towards objectives and KPIs and this allows us to make more objective decisions on discretionary reward which is linked to these objectives. **What do you dislike about Kallidus Perform?** Currently Perform does not send reminders to users or managers when objectives and tasks have gone overdue (like Learn does) so it can be trickier to build user engagement with the platform - I understand that this functionality is coming soon. There is no need for user guides as the whole system is very intuitive for the learner to use.
