What do you like best about Pando?

All modules are working as expected. The tracking & payments processes have now become simpler for our teams. The route optimization & truck load building capabilities have significantly reduced the workload on our teams as they have been automated.

What do you like best about Pando?

- Very easy to use and intuitive interface : Only basic training is needed and user can figure out how to use Pando

- Seamless integration with existing ERP system : example with ORACLE which minimizes downloading and uploading data

- Flexibility : Users have plenty of scope to configure Pando to the unique requirements / needs of the organization and the setup

- Integrated with transporters and suppliers : Ease of logging in and updating shipment data (by suppliers / transporter) provides useful additional info on shipment status for the user (buyer)

- Fast customer support : I have not experierenced any significant delays from Pando team in resolving and fixing isses, especially during the infant care period Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Pando?

User has to be careful about the accruacy of data uploaded into Pando - as it is a data driven software, data inaccuracies will result in meaningless output.

What problems is Pando solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to implementing Pando, TMS (Transportation Management System) was largely manual, person driven and un-optimized for cost saving.

The inherent complexity of the eco-system and data prevented anlaytics to be carried out for arriving at transportation consolidation decisions.

With Pando, this has changed significantly. Based on the available transportation options at a given time, the software finds the best way of shipping products at optimized cost. Our organization benefited from ease of managing TMS and saving of transporation cost after implementing Pando.

With this implementation, we're able to track shipment status at every stage in real time, from vehicle placement to delivery. Our warehouse and transporters can submit POD instantly, facilitating quicker claim settlements and payment processing. Pando TMS helps plan efficient routes and consolidate loads, reducing fuel consumption and improving resource utilization. It helps us for proceeding freight invoice in faster way. We can also save cost with the help of invoice discounting option of Pando portal. It helps us to monitor delivery status of parcel vendor through interface (integration). The program is user friendly and the program is very easy to use. The Pando Team has made it to implement the product, hand holds us offering great customer service. Most of the work was done in Excel before which included a lot of manual work and formulas. There were also a lot of emails going back and forth with other parties. Most of these processes have been automated by the use of Pando.
