Constant missed deadlines (our GLI was supposed to be completed by 1/1, they didn't even open the file we sent until the end of December... AFTER I continued to request updates. We're halfway through February and we just completed the GL!). No one cared, zero sense of urgency. Awful. **What problems is UKG Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?** This platform was supposed to eliminate the manual processes we've had in place for onboarding and payroll processing.
