This allows me to see most relevant and recent job posts which fit my search criteria. Once I have applied for a job, they follow up with an email confirmation ad let me know I will be updated once the employer has reviewed my application. Very easy and efficient. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** ZipRecruiter could provide a personal touch with a phone call from a recruiter just to check in and provide addition resume or CV assistance. I have experience with Zip Recruiter as both a job seeker and as a recruiter. It is both intuitive and user-friendly. Additionally, customer service is professional and supportive. Zip Recruiter is effective, easy to use, and has lots of great additional features to make a job search less of a hassle. It's also easy to implement when sourcing candidates and evaluating them for a position. I have used it daily for work, seeking candidates, and for job search and it is the best system out there. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** Sometimes the number of their automated emails seems unnecessary. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Zip Recruiter makes seeking employment and also sourcing candidates more efficient. They may not have updated their review text, but have updated their review. **What do you like best about ZipRecruiter?** Create your profile by uploading a resume and then fine-tune it by editing it to your liking! Set up your Job Alert Preferences under the circle with three dots in it when accessing via a computer. It is very easy to use and has good functionalities. I get emails daily matching my job title preferences! Many matching jobs offer 1 click apply. In some of their emails, you can mark the jobs sent as satisfactory or unsatisfactory. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** If you upload a new resume, it will overwrite your profile (be sure you really want to do that). At least in the past, they didn't have an option not to overwrite. Hopefully, they have fixed this already. The view as an employer lacks much of your profile information. I'm unsure why they don't show more of it or if the employer has other means of accessing your relevant information and complete work history entered. When printing your profile, you may need to select Show More for each of your entered jobs before printing. It would be nice if they had a print full profile to PDF option. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** Applying to jobs is very easy, and the amount of matching jobs and how they are displayed is terrific. ### 4. It looks at jobs you have applied to and shows you more like it but is more intuitive than other online job searches. It also has help for resumes and to make sure you put your best foot forward. They send you emails with new jobs to keep you updated on what is out there and keep you coming back to use it. One of the things I appreciate the most is its user-friendly platform. It's incredibly easy to use, and I was able to create and post job listings quickly. My favorite feature is the "1-Click Apply." **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** To be honest, I wish that some of the job postings that aren't hosted by ZipRecruiter could be because the "1-Click Apply" method has been one of the most ingenuitive features of the website. Sometimes, it's exhausting going through third-party websites to apply to a position of interest. After getting through the profile creation (which had a lot of bugs) searching and applying is feeling fairly smooth. **What do you dislike about ZipRecruiter?** Building the profile, if you update any type of job (edit/add new) it force deletes an existing role meaning you have to recreate from scratch. This process likely turns off a lot of new applications because it's time consuming when many are already burnt out from filling this out on a number of websites when applying. On top of that, the callbacks I do receive are either commission-based jobs or suspicious businesses. I was hired by 2 companies in the past 3 years that were both scammers. **What problems is ZipRecruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?** ZipRecruiter always seems to have plenty of jobs in the field I'm looking for so it keeps me optimistic that I will eventually find a legitimate opportunity that I can call home. ### 48.
