**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I love being able to have different folders to organize my candidates & within each folder, add candidates to different stages.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

I wish there were more options to make mass changes to a number of candidates at once.

Gives me one site to use to keep track of the hundreds of different candidates I interact with.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

How jobvite has the workflow with each applicant so it is easy to keep track of. I also like the ability to look up different steps in the workflow and see people who are in each step to be able to follow up.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Something that I dislike about jobvite is reporting and trying to create reports and then how you are unable to delete certain options in the disposition or in the additional questions. It just makes it hard to sort through.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I was not apart of another tracking system to be able to compare but being a new recruiter it was very easy to use and be able to learn in my new role as a recruiter!

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

The ATS is really intuitive and easy to use - the functionality meets all the requirements that you would want to have. It definitely shines as an applicant tracking system so if that is the only item you are looking to purchase I think it's an excellent choice.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The customer service has been severely lacking behind other ATS/HR softwares that I've used. It's really difficult to get any help when you need it and the quality of the service has been very short and non-friendly in my experience. The Onboarding module and tools like Intelligent Messaging also not have been fully functional in my experience. These products still need a lot of work and support in order to make it a more appealing product to HR teams.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The Applicant Tracking System has solved a lot of problems managing and streamlining candidates and applicants as well as letting us build in a background check ATS. The ATS features are very robust and easy to use.

The set up for downloading data is hard to be self-taught without being guided through the process.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Jobvite gives a better experience to make the referral process easier for employees to refer their friends. As an end user, I think Jobvite provides a centralized platform which helps us view every stage of an application.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The user experience can be better adjusted to actually enable users to explore more. The search must be better. Now, while we search for a job opening which we see on LinkedIn, there is a time delay and it needs to be prompt and precise.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Usually, we have to send an email to HR after referring a friend of ours and keep asking for the interview date, status of application, etc. But with Jobvite, everything is made easier.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I enjoy working with our account manager. 
Hiring managers can submit requisitions through Jobvite and it goes through an approval process (However, you are not able to self-service the approval process, you need to submit a ticket each time approvers need updated.)
It is better than not having an ATS at all....

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

-There are so many things pre-programmed into the system that does not allow customization. For example, every time a candidate is submitted to the hiring manager, the hiring manager receives an email. Even when bulk actioning the candidates, the hiring manager receives an individual email for each. This can not be turned off.
-You cant easily differentiate between internal/external candidates.
-When candidates are interviewing there are multiple "steps" under the same interviewing stages (Requesting candidate availability, scheduling the interview, etc.) It is not easy to see who has/has not responded or scheduled an interview. 
-No read receipts on emails or Instant Messaging. 
-There is a severe lack of transparency when it comes to interview questions (even recruiters can not preview) you need to have admin access to set this up and to view. 
-There is lack of training and support for analytics. It lacks some basic functionality such as calculating an average of a column. It is an insane mark up if you want to connect via their data exchange.
-The merge tags are not consistent. for example the merge tag for includeing a link to a meeting in the candidate email invite is [schedule-date-time-range-interviewers-title].
-From an administrative standpoint it is very disorganized. 
-There are a ton of nuances in the system that you find out after the fact (such as the max # you can bulk action at one time is 50 candidates) 
-If you reach out to tech support with a question 9/10 times they will tell you it is not possible.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Honestly it is creating more problems than it is solving. Prefer the previous ATS we've used but we are locked into a contract.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I like the fact that you can use different flows and features to keep track of the information of your candidates. Also, the ability of personalizing what type of information you want to see of your candidates and some requisitions.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

I don't like the fact that is not responsive. Every time I change the size of the screen I have to zoom out to make sure I see the full picture, buttons, and functionality. To give you an idea, when adding notes in a PC screen size, I don't see the button to send the notes, and I have to either get a bigger screen or zoom out. Another thing I believe could improve is the long text fields. When copying information from other sources like docs or pdfs, it takes me 3 to 5 minutes to be able to give some format to the text. This is anything but helpful, as well as changing the size of the text box.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At my company, JV is helping us to create a pipeline of candidates and manage the information of each candidate. It is good because it allows you to personalize the flows and information you want to manage per candidate and requisition.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

The dashboard is my favorite part about jobvite. Everything that you need is on the main feed and can help navigate to the right place. Candidates resumes are easy to review in the application tab when interviewing.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

It always seems to be crashing. This happens at least once a week and sometimes it is resolved quickly and other times it can take much longer. It's just lost time and overall frustration. We move at a quick pace in recruiting and jobvite cannot keep up a lot of the time. Also the fact that they cannot consolidate duplicate candidates to avoid confusion between recruiters, puts this product well behind the 8 ball of other recruiting softwares.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobvite is intended to help funnel candidates through the hiring process from application phase through onboarding. I am not the one onboarding but it helps me complete each step of the process up until that point with notes to go back and refer to to help with the decision making of the hiring team.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Layed out well and helps me keep all of my requisitions neatly organized

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

- Doesn't allow me to rank applicants as I review resumes and I'd love if this were added as a future (so preference ends up being given to earliest applicants as opposed to most promising)
- Platform/navigation is a little slow
- Steeper learning curve to learn the platform and where things are located

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobvite helps me keep track of my multiple simultaneous open roles and gives me a fluid means of communication with my recruiting counterpart. This has helped make my recruitment processes run much more smoothly and seamlessly transition into the onboarding process.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

I appreciate the fact that everything I need to be is there, the job description, tracked candidates, approvals, application history, etc. It makes the process of hiring a much easier and more organized experience.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The "Match" function doesn't help me any. I need to review all the candidates anyway.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Jobvite allows me to not have to have a separate setup (folders, documentation, applications, etc) to manage these efforts. Also, it allows me to just drop right back in where I was if it's been a long while.

The dashboard providing a quick glimpse into what needs to get done and where candidates are in the recruiting process without having to search for them.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

The integration process can be cumbersome at times and there is sometimes a lack of assistance or the admin site crashes. No option to remove custom fields that are used as tests. The analytics is a bit confusing and sometimes lacks the ability to gather correct data.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

JObvite is one of the least capable Talent management systems I have used. It may have some shortcuts, but compared to brass ring or workday, it is less capable when managing my work.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

There are a few shortcomings with Jobvite. First, the reporting functionality is hard to use. The capability of the CRM is harder to use than others I have worked with. The dashboard isn't user friendly for fast-moving recruiters. It's a tedious system.

**What problems is Jobvite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is not currently helping us solve any problems. It is what we use for day to day, and there is a lot left to be desired. It's been a long road for us here and we have a lot of inconsistencies in reporting, candidate management, etc.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Makes it easy to post and promote open reqs. Easy to use, I work with our hiring team getting them up to speed with Jobvite and everyone can pick it up very easy.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

I don't like that it splits the same candidates up but the req they apply to instead of keeping one profile per candidate with all the notes. When candidates apply to multiple positions over time it makes it harder than it has to be to get a complete picture of the candidate's history.

Jobvite's ability to interact with the various sites that we post to make it easy to get our requisitions out to the world. It is easy to use at the basic level, people can pick it up quickly.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Filling out the requisition form was straightforward and I didn't feel lost within the UI at any point. It appears that the menus and elements are organized in a logical fashion.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

I started filling out a new requisition form and wasn't able to complete it all in a single session. I noticed there was a "Save" option at the bottom of this form. I clicked it and closed my browser window. I returned the following day and I wasn't able to find the saved progress anywhere. I ended up needing to start from scratch which was mildly frustrating since I also wasted time looking for the form.

I think Jobvite is easy to navigate... it does have some features that certainly other ATS does not have... and seems like an easy candidate experience. Compared to some competitors.. I'm sure they are above their standards.

Jobvite has way too many click-throughs.. not a lot of areas you can see the information on one page.. it also has information that doesn't make sense.. in the means that it is not shown properly. I think they could elaborate and make a lot of their dashboard and everything else in between upgrade... for instance a lot of the messaging is very old fashioned.

It is only solving the part where it shows us new candidates.. statuses.. etc.

I appreciate the ability to house all candidate information in one place (application, messages, evaluations, etc.). In addition, setting up templated messages to candidates is also great and easy to edit & duplicate.

I don't understand why Jobvite doesn't allow you to mass schedule interviews, especially if there are more blocks available than interviewees. It is a TASK to manually set up time for each candidate. Or at the bare minimum, store the blocks of time and allow you to select pre-selected times to provide to interviewees.

Jobvite presents everything in a manner that is easy to understand. There is never a time that I worry I am messing something up and missing out on potential candidates.

One thing I have trouble with is when we put someone into "Offer Accepted" status. Once the hire date passes, it blocks all info from the application from being seen by anyone without superuser access.

Templates that we could use for scheduling interviews, templates for automatic responses from the company, notes section, we could see all the activity, easy onboarding process.

We struggled with smart scheduler for a quite a bit now, been months it's not working. The automatic conference link for the virtual interviews is not working. We had to schedule interviews through zoom and copy paste the link for the interviews to be scheduled on jobvite. Double work, not efficient.

The call to action options to move the process along in a seamless way both for the company, interviewer, and the candidate.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

A helpful aspect is the video-screen. It eliminates alot of the uncertainy and speeds up the weeding out process in those that are qualified verses those that are not. 
One things we do have difficulty utilizing would be the scheduling system. It is not a seamless on both the interviewers side and the candidates end. We have chosen not to use that option of scheduling in jobvite because it has caused some confusion.

The time frame which we are able to move so many candidates along in the process.

I like how new hires can complete their onboarding documents all in one place, I can access the I-9 and complete it online.

In some ways it is not user friendly. Example: it is not easily to upload new onboarding documents. It also is not easy to figure out how to assign myself to the I-9.

Jobvite helps me ensure onboarding documents are completed as well as the I-9.

I like that it's easy to use and connects hiring managers with talent partners. My talent partner and I can both use the application to have a unified view of candidates and candidate experience.

It is sometimes unclear where candidates are in the hiring process. Sometimes they are untracked in the home screen if they are approved by the hiring manager but have not yet been scheduled for an interview.

Analytics and the customizable options. There's not much you CAN'T customize in this system. And Analytics powered by Looker are very powerful with minimal limitations.

Jobvite can sometimes be glitchy. Something will work one day and not work the next. Also, there is a data delay of up to 6 hours when making changes in the system before they appear in reporting.

Automated steps to save our team much needed time. Analytics and reporting to provide not only reports but beautiful and easy to digest dashboards to our upper leadership.

Alternative Approver functionality. The ability for users to customize their dashboard widget.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

Too many dependencies on back-end configuration the user experience is very lacking. The Support Documentation is not consistent. Rollout for new product features does not apply to all instances that are highly configured. Most of the time Jobvite doesn't have a solution which will result to spending more money to optimize.

It is not we're still trying to figure it out. Every issue we have encountered has resolved in scoping out new needs.

**What do you like best about Jobvite?**

Both as a recruiter and as an interviewer it's easy to use. It's a time saver and well-organized. In our business hiring has to go through a ton of approval and I love how I can see the status of the requisition, and candidates and submit my evaluations.

**What do you dislike about Jobvite?**

At first for me, it was a bit difficult to understand and use but once I got the hang of it, it was a piece of cake. I also dislike that you can't customize reports or they aren't the best.

time efficiency and also how it's visible all across recruiting and interviewers. Mainly the visibility of what the status and stages are.
