One of the best problems we were able to solve with Jobvite was improving the Onboarding process. Previously, we had one module that gave us very little information about our new hires. Now, we are able to customize the types of Onboarding depending on the role, location, and status of our new hires.
The other great benefit we have been able to realize is more timely and detailed reports. We are able to really focus on information that suits our business down to the department and job title.
