It's easy to use for both Talent and Hiring Managers) and helps automate coding challenges while keeping that customized touch. It's helped us enhance our candidate experience and has been influential to all our hiring pipelines. It also integrates with our Recruitment System and has an excellent reporting function. **What do you dislike about Geektastic?** There's nothing I dislike. If I was being picky, the platform is a little challenging to navigate at first but Geektastic has improved this by implementing an advanced search function. It also integrates with most ATS's which fixes this problem. **What problems is Geektastic solving and how is that benefiting you?** Geektastic has helped us reduce interviewing time by 30 hours. It's allowed us to hire at high volume in a competitive market. We've received positive feedback from candidates as every candidate receives transparent feedback. The integration with our ATS allows us to hire quickly and streamline processes with very little admin required. ### 2. Geektastic gave my coding tests a human face, where even unsuccessful candidates would benefit from an expert, tailored appraisal of their coding skills. **What do you dislike about Geektastic?** When you've met a candidate you think would be a good fit, it can be hard just waiting to get the assessment. Some of the assessors are in different time zones, so you don't know who's going to pick up, or when. But they always met their SLAs. **What problems is Geektastic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I had to build a software development team from absolute zero, hiring for skills I didn't possess myself. Using Geektastic took the whole find technical competence problem off the table, so I could concentrate on building candidate engagement and finding exceptional team players. ### 3. I've been using Geektastic for more than 9 months and everything is so easy to handle by me and also by the people who take the tests. Highly recommended! **What do you dislike about Geektastic?** This is not a dislike but the prices could be a bit cheaper (don't know the market and competitors). **What problems is Geektastic solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a recruiter, Geektastic is helping me with the test stage of our recruitment process. It can be integrated into the ATS we're using so that we don't have to use the platform separately. It saves lots of time! Other than this, I think the interface is so user-friendly and customer service is very quick. ### 4. E.g., I could not have test-driven the synchronisation code, and scored a lot of points on the concurrency / thread-safety metric, bringing my overall average up. However, I would expect a professional to test drive such behaviour, but they might not be able to do this within time and therefore score zero on this metric - less than someone just throwing the right keywords in the right places. **What problems is Geektastic solving and how is that benefiting you?** I used this tool as a candidate. ### 5.
