
Starred is easy to use, and easier to navigate. Once you work with a rep to set up your workflows and connect it to your Applicant tracking system, the number of features are really endless. The integration is easy to setup, and different surveys make it easy to support new initiatives just within a few months while looking at your matrix. Our recruiters are notified monthly of their scorecards and our customer support team wants us to leverage the data to surpass our goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only thing Starred is missing is a pure benchmark. We'd love to know if our NPS score is in the realm of other comapnies of the same size, but understand it all goes back to hiring volume - rejections tend to leave lower scores than those hired.
