**What do you like best about Starred?**

Starred is easy to use, and easier to navigate. Once you work with a rep to set up your workflows and connect it to your Applicant tracking system, the number of features are really endless. The integration is easy to setup, and different surveys make it easy to support new initiatives just within a few months while looking at your matrix. Our recruiters are notified monthly of their scorecards and our customer support team wants us to leverage the data to surpass our goals.

**What do you dislike about Starred?**

The only thing Starred is missing is a pure benchmark. We'd love to know if our NPS score is in the realm of other comapnies of the same size, but understand it all goes back to hiring volume - rejections tend to leave lower scores than those hired. It would still be nice to have a baseline.

**What problems is Starred solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Starred gives us an authentic glance into our recruiting process. We use the data to make changes that create better experiences for our candidates.

**What do you like best about Starred?**

What I really like about Starred is that how easy it is to use to gather feedback from candidates. And I want to mention their customer support team, they always are super quick to answer and help out every time we are in need of help.

**What do you dislike about Starred?**

It would be great to have a dashboard where we could see clear trends on each subject that we track for each of our recruiters to see how they are doing over some time period.

**What problems is Starred solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To ensure amazing candidate experience we are able to track areas in our recruitment process that need improvement.

We love how bespoke the platform from the surveys you send through to the analytics, whilst providing you with industry benchmarks to help position what great looks like

**What do you dislike about Starred?**

Whilst the integration with our ATS was straightforward, it took some time to configure what all of the filters we want to use and ensure they are set for all surveys

**What do you like best about Starred?**

-	I like how easy it is to create a survey for each step of the recruitment process. I took a template and customized it to fit what we need. The Priority Matrix tells me exactly what I need to do to improve our Candidate Experience.

**What do you dislike about Starred?**

-	There isn't much I dislike at this point and Starred is releasing cool updates almost every month. There is an occasional bug here in there but what software doesn't have this?

**What problems is Starred solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-	Our recruitment was a black box. We didn't really know how applicants experienced our company, especially rejected candidates. We have many candidates each year and it is crucial to understand if they are still a fan of the brand after their application. Starred helps us understand how they feel and even help improve their experience by showing us what we need to work on.

**What do you like best about Starred?**

How easy it is to integrate Starred with our ATS. The candidate surveys are sent out automatically so we have no manual labor. My team just logs in, looks at the recommendations and starts working on them.

**What do you dislike about Starred?**

If anything, it would be great if we can link back Starred data into our ATS.

**What problems is Starred solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were already doing candidate surveys, but manually. Working with Starred has automated the entire process of collecting candidate experience data. We’re saving hours on manual work and on top of that, our insights have gotten better and better. The Priority Matrix and Recruiter Performance Matrix give us amazing insight.

The system is easy to use and also very user-friendly for the candidates. In terms of support, it is also very well organized and everything is solved in no time.
