**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher support is very responsive to questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Sometimes that product will not detect that a candidate has already reponded.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher helps us target candidates with profiles that best match our requirements and saves time.

  ### 2. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fetcher Changed Our Business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Samuel H. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher.ai has been a game-changer for our agency. We used to spend hours sourcing candidates manually, but with Fetcher, we've filled every position effortlessly. The AI gets smarter over time, sending us high-quality candidates that actually fit, no more sifting through endless resumes.

Our hiring process is now faster, smoother, and way more effective, and it’s completely transformed our business. If you're serious about finding the right talent without the headache, Fetcher is a must-have.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Nothing major, occasionally, we get a few candidates that aren’t a perfect fit, but the system quickly learns and improves.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher is solving the biggest pain point in hiring: sourcing high-quality candidates efficiently. Instead of spending countless hours manually searching through LinkedIn and job boards, Fetcher automates the process and delivers pre-vetted candidates that match our needs.

  ### 3. Solid. Easy. Clean.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civil Engineering | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Best aspect of Fetcher is the relativity to the information that I feed it. It doesn't what we ask it to do and at a high level. So easy to use and easy to implement into a program or a team.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Where they are relevant, it could be a little strong in the types of candidates. Out of 10 candidates, it's usually around 5 that are STRONG, but the other 5 are good. Maybe try to move that number from 5 to about 8. Other than that...EXCEPTIONAL!

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher solves the amount of qualified candidates to find at one time. It's benefiting me, being able to recruit on MULTIPLE positions.

  ### 4. Best experience using Fetcher!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Priyanka S. | Talent Acquisition Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 24, 2024

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Have been using Fetcher for more than a year. It is like having an extra pair of hands on your recruiting team. This nifty tool automates the candidate sourcing process with the power of AI, making it super easy to find the perfect profiles in no time. Imagine spending less time searching and more time chatting with awesome candidates – that’s Fetcher for you!

It also takes care of personalized email campaigns, boosting your chances of getting responses and keeping potential hires engaged. Plus, Fetcher gives you cool insights and reports, helping you understand what's working and where to tweak things.

Fetcher keeps everything organized. Its smart algorithms ensure you get top-quality candidates matched to your roles. So, if you want to make your recruiting process smoother and more efficient, Fetcher is your go-to buddy!

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

While Fetcher is a powerful tool, there are a few areas where it could improve. The initial setup and learning curve can be a bit challenging, making it hard to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows. Emails sent through Fetcher may end up in spam folders. For smaller companies or startups, the cost can be a concern as it might be on the higher side compared to simpler tools.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They help us in sourcing and targeting relevant profiles and adds value to diversity.

  ### 5. i loved the idea - I can see how when it works, it works but it did not work at all for me

**Rating:** 1.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jenn N. | Talent Acquisition/People Operations/Recruiting Specialist , Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

the account manager was great, the idea of the product too, the automated outreach, they did some things right.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

they charge you for every single lead they source whether they are a fit or not, whether you use them or not, and even though you leave mulitple notes letting them know these are not the right profile, if they continue to add them, you are still being charged for them - this makes no sense to me and they resulted in absolutely ZERO placements for ALL the leads they sent me.

Update: they are adjusting pricing options.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

none all they did was cost me money that i did not have - no results help or anything - the only option that was given to me was to buy more leads .......

Update: It could be a great product, I think they are working towards fixing things.

  ### 6. Sourcing Team behind you

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Candidates amazing and qualified but are sometimes sent without meeting education or credential requirement.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher has given diverse and qualified applicants.

Fetcher is easy to navigate, simple effective platform that allows you to get sourced candidates that meet criteria that you select. The automated out reach templates are customizable allowing you to specifically ask candidates about their interest in the open position. It is my go to tool to find high quality candidates.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Emails sometimes go to junk folder making it difficult to track responses.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have niche roles that have limited candidate pools, Fetcher helps find candidates that meet our criteria.

We love Fetcher! Brittany our assgned CSM is such a gift. Throughout the past year she has not only been a great resource but a good friend. Fetcher takes the headache out of sourcing for candidates. Their team does a great job taking the feedback you give on searches and really tailoring the search. We have made multiple hires through Fetcher and as a recruiter, it has made my life so much easier! Their system easily incorportates with chrome and our ATS!

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

There is nothing I don't love about fetcher. I just wish we had found it sooner!

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tehy help us find qualified candidates for our internal team. We also used them when had an Agency Recruiting division in our company!

  ### 9. Your Shortcut to Sourcing top talent becomes simpler

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

4.In general Fetchers dedication to streamlining and improving the hiring process positions it as an asset, for recruiters and hiring teams.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Price is very high for small organization or for low budget companies

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1.Fetcher can be integrated in any of the recruiting portal like Workday so that it can be easily used to identify the top candidate beased on the resume present in database which make recuritment easy and less time cosuming

2. It is also helping in wring the job aids by proving simple prompt which make it easy to publish job opening with defined job aid

  ### 10. An excellent resource for effortlessly and quickly attracting individuals into your sales pipeline.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Salman F. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

I appreciate the capability to configure numerous "searches" that align precisely with my requirements, connecting me with suitable individuals. Moreover, the option to train the AI for ongoing refinement of my searches is remarkable when adjustments are needed. The streamlined three-email automation significantly simplifies my tasks and conserves considerable time. Additionally, the customer success team's exceptional support adds further value to the experience.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

There are a couple of idiosyncrasies that I anticipate will improve gradually. For instance, when a matching profile lacks a last name," the profile results need manual editing and do not immediately display the email address. To reveal the email address, one must remove the period. It would be fantastic to access more detailed reporting and have the option to preload additional profiles at the beginning of my search.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The primary issues I address with Fetcher involve manual sourcing and initial messaging. By leveraging Fetcher's automated sourcing and email messaging capabilities, the key advantage is a reduction in time spent sourcing while receiving high-quality outcomes. This aids in expediting the interview process, ultimately enhancing our time-to-hire metrics.

  ### 11. Great Service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kay L. | Talent Acquisition Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2023

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher is an incredibly easy to use service with personalized help along the way. The consultants who assist you do their best to take your notes and find you the best candidates possible. I use this system 1-2 times per week to assist with sourcing candidates and usually have success with contacting the folks Fetcher sends along to me.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

I do wish the site allowed for more search areas. For smaller towns, you have to request a consultant to manually add the town or zip code in to the posting.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work in a lot of small areas within the US that are difficult to source in. Fetcher does a great job of digging out the potential candidates I haven't already contacted!

  ### 12. My experience with Fetcher has been wonderful.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John P. | Recruiter, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2023

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

I love how i have a one on one meeting every month to discuss what is going well and what is not. The service is extremely easy to use. great customer support, I use it 3 times a week, My company has found how easy it is to implement it for certain situations. Integrating it into our weekly use has been rewarding. I actually feel like Fetcher cares about my company and wants to see us grow with all the features and customer support.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

My issues with Fetcher where because of time issues. I have more time to give this service the true attention it deserves.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A lot of our positions have very specific and strict experience requirements. Fetcher has open a door for a outstanding source for qualified individuals that I may be able to recruit.

  ### 13. Really enjoy our Fetcher experience

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Primary/Secondary Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Ease of use from a sourcing standpoint. Easy to talk to real people when I have questions or an issue.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

I'm not entirely a fan of their updated look, but functionality is still good.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's way easier to source candidates faster than LinkedIn Recruiter.

  ### 14. Good complementary tool

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2023

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

It really helps to do sourcing when you have a high volume of work and you cannot invest all the time you would like sourcing candidates.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Sometimes when the profile is too complex, the profiles you receive are not so accurate

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When we had high volume of work we considered hiring sourcers or using this tool. Finally we decided to use Fetcher because it is as if you had sourcers, they do a prescreening with the parametres you include and this helps a lot.

  ### 15. Excellent Product and People!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dubi B. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 05, 2023

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

I have been using Fetcher for almost two years and it helped me fill more than 15 key positions all while I was working on other things. I also saved close to $400K by not using recruiting firms.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

The only downside is that you must engage up front and get hiring managers on board. After reviewing 15-20 profiles, Fetvher does the rest!

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

its solving targeted sourcing. Its especially excellent if you don't have a pure source on your talent team. It also slaves time and money

  ### 16. Fetcher does all of the sourcing for me!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ann J. | Chief People Officer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

The most helpful thing about Fetcher is that I can set up a search and Fetcher will source and send me all of the candidates. Most candidates after calibration are the right fit.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

There is a lot of information that you need to input about each search. I see the reason why given the more info you provide the better quality candidates are sourced.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher is saving me time with sourcing. I can instead use that time for conducting interviews. It has made me more productive in other areas of my role. I appreciate the time that I now have back.

  ### 17. A time-saver that comes with a few quirks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 28, 2021

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

The accuracy of the profiles that I'm seeking is spot on. The automated follow up feature is excellent along with greenhouse and outlook integration.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

The volume of the amount of profiles is a struggle versus something like LinkedIn recruiter. Provide as many profile as possible versus 5, 10, and then 20 at most a week.

**Recommendations to others considering Fetcher:**

If you had lots of jobs to fill with not enough time this can be a big help. However, if you find the roles require a lot of volume in outreach then you may struggle.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidates that don't respond off the first message sometimes require a follow up and fetcher solves that problem for me. The dashboard is excellent for presenting to business stakeholders as to how many are contacts vs interested vs not interested

  ### 18. Strong automated sourcing supplement to our lean recruiting team!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kristen A. | VP, People, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher multiplies the power of our internal recruiting team, is a huge resource to our Hiring Managers, and essentially saves us hours in scouring LinkedIn (and paying for multiple LinkedIn recruiter accounts) to identify candidates based on keywords and descriptors. Then, it also does the legwork of outreach - mimicking a personal, high-touch email direct to the target candidate's inbox, with follow-ups and responses that can be customized.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

The software can be a little glitchy (as can the LinkedIn integration), and sometimes the keyworks and target companies require a few iterations to get right. The CS team is very responsive, however, so these are minor issues.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher has been extremely helpful in realizing our goals of sourcing and hiring top talent in a very competitive market. It also saves our recruiting team and Hiring Managers a lot of time that would otherwise be spent sourcing manually, and it saves a lot of money that would otherwise be spent engaging an external agency.

  ### 19. Very useful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andre V. | Talent Acquisition Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

I like that they follow up quickly on how to align profiles and how everything is automatized

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Sometimes on the first batch of candidates there is the need for some alignment

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher is fully automatized and follows up sending messages to candidates that haven't replied. This saves a lot of time

  ### 20. Excellent Leads and Great Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tori H. | Recruitment Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher provides great leads for roles we are sourcing for, and their team is so responsive to feedback and willing to provide leads that align with just what we're looking for. Their email sequence touchpoints are also very helpful, making candidate outreach seamless and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

There are sometimes quirky outages, like anything tech related

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Efficient sourcing, effective outreach

  ### 21. New Fetcher User - Impressed!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelli F. | Technical Sourcer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher does a great job searching for the specific skills that we are looking for, with an easy to navigate system.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

The report function could be more robust, as most recruiters need an easy way to show their output and results, pinned down to daily or weekly.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher is helping our company hire the best people for our roles.

  ### 22. Will never use a big search firm again thanks to Fetcher.ai

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Danica R. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

With the targeted artificial intelligence tuned outreach and the ability to keep all the candidates we contacted in one centralized area for all our searches, Fetcher rules for ALL my organization's hires in the future. Fetcher delivered candidates with specialized skills and backgrounds that we could have never imagined we could find any other way. Our customer service team helped us all along the process. We brought in multiple outside experts to grade the candidates, participate in the review, and ultimately hire total rockstars candidates.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Fetchers user interface is not always as "clickable" as we would like, but it's been getting better over the last year. For the users who are only reviewing candidate profiles its some of the workflows are buried.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher helped us find highly specialized researchers and software engineers that were not actively looking for work. We need experts the have a unique set of technical and interests to be able to recruit them away from bigger and more established businesses. Fetcher helped us find the and lead with how our work might match with their personal and professional interests.

  ### 23. They do the hard yards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul C. | Senior Talent Acquisition Partner , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Ease of use, takes a lot of the work load away from me

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Sometimes the high volume of great results they give you can take time to go through!

**Recommendations to others considering Fetcher:**

N/A

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps be find and engage with great talent

  ### 24. Great tool for cold outreach

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Commercial Real Estate | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 11, 2022

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

- Curation of candidates for cold outreach
- Email automation for cold outreach
- Being able to enable auto-reach out once the search is calibrated
- Being able to send candidates to Greenhouse

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

- Configuration is a bit confusing (what roles you need to do what with a search)
- Load / Save time a bit slow when rating + commenting on prospects

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Fetcher is finding higher-quality prospects to cold reach out to. This results in higher-quality candidates and less recruiting time spent on cold outreach.

  ### 25. Great tool to get people into your pipeline with minimal effort/time spent!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

I love that I can set up multiple "searches" that will result in matching my highly specific needs with the right people. In addition, when something is off with one of the matches, the ability to train the AI to continue refining my searches over time is wonderful. The 3-email automation makes my life so much easier and saves me so much time. Excellent customer success team as well!

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

There are a few quirks that I am sure will be worked out over time, one is that when you get a matching profile, without a last name, like "Sheryl B." the profile results require a manual edit and does not deliver the email address right away - One has to take the period out, then the email adddress is visible. It would be awesome to have more granular reporting as well, and the ability to have even more profiles front loaded at the start of my search (I can do this to some extent).

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problems I solve using Fetcher are manual sourcing and manual initial messaging. Through Fetcher's automated sourcing and automated email messaging, the most valuable benefit is reducing time spent sourcing and the receipt of quality results which help us get people into the interview process faster, improving time to hire.

  ### 26. Fetcher helped us multiply our recruiting bandwidth at the push of a button

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Industrial Automation | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher allows us to source candidates passively on an ongoing basis. After locking in search criteria, I can "set it and forget it." Their team is also very responsive and helpful with onboarding and continued use of the product.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Some sourced candidates were over-qualified for our role and did not match what we were looking for. However, once we realized this, the Fetcher team updated our search criteria and gave us replacements for free.

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a < 20 person startup, we do not have extra bandwidth to source new candidates for our latest positions constantly. Fetcher gave us the boost of bandwidth we needed to transform our hiring process from a hectic sprint to a manageable jog.

  ### 27. Head of Sales & Operations

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel M. | Head of Sales & Operations, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2021

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Simplicity of use in both the platform and extension, accuracy of contact data from both the team and tech, ability to put follow ups on auto-pilot

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

Lack of ability to edit contact cards after being added to searches

**Recommendations to others considering Fetcher:**

Fetcher is the best product I've used to simplify my LinkedIn outreach and automate messaging. Highly recommend!

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The email finder/LinkedIn integration, as well as automated follow up emails, provide me more time in the day to handle my other responsibilities.

  ### 28. An incredible sourcing tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Fetcher?**

Fetcher's automated reach out to candidates that were interested has been a game changer for the company. They also take feedback on candidates if they are getting the right profiles or not to send our way.

**What do you dislike about Fetcher?**

I wish fetcher could integrate into our emailing system, but that's the only downside I notice.

**Recommendations to others considering Fetcher:**

If you are looking for a great sourcing tool and automated outreach, Fetcher is the best!

**What problems is Fetcher solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sourcing, finding great talent for niche roles and niche backgrounds!
