We interview & screen on average a couple of hundred people per month, and occasionally, a few thousands on months with higher demands. On our first day using Hireflix, we realized there's no text only answers, which to us, meant significantly longer screenings, as some questions in basic screenings required some very short answers, so we had intended to cancel our trial, and we did in fact reach out and do so, Antonio responded, asked if there's something he could do, and explained to us that we can download a transcription of candidates answers, we tried it and .. We .. no .. I .. have never felt as good, the sheer amount of time being saved purely because I can now have ENTIRE portions of screenings/interviews immediately transcribed and downloadable to a CSV with a list of other options, this was just mind-blowing for me, specially because I handle most interviews/screenings in the entity. Over the past two weeks alone, this saved me, at minimum, 10~12 hours, and I'm not saying it saved me 10~12 hours of work compared to live interviews, I'm comparing this to OTHER one way interview platforms which we've used before we tried to go with Hireflix. Also, I'm not sure if it's due to the fact I used multiple one way interview platforms before, or if they're genuinely significantly easier to use [both for myself and the candidates] Easier to implement into our systems, and it integrates INCREDIBLY fast for us, because we already love using simple csv formats to build our raw data. We didn't even need to integrate hireflix with any other service, the ability to export candidates at a moment is just that good. **What do you dislike about Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing?** I'd be lying if I put anything here that's a complaint, the only two issues I had were the fact we couldn't have text-based answers, and the automated transcription solves that almost immediately, and the fact that transcriptions used to appear below the interview, so you couldn't look at the candidate while glancing at the transcription, and they changed that 2 weeks after I asked if they could do so, Kinda hard to complain now to be honest **What problems is Hireflix One-Way Video Interviewing solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's reducing the time to process and filter quality candidates from 45 minutes per candidate [which's how long we used to take to have a live interview on average] down to maybe 3~5 minutes on average, this's an incredible amount of time being saved, and that time can be utilized to process more people, so it's allowing for exponential growth as well, since we're able to iterate and reduce the time required even more as time goes by! Also, their automated transcriptions are god sent, imagine instead of reviewing a thousand interview to find out if any of the candidates know the answer to something or have experience in a specific aspect, you can export a file with ALL transcriptions of all interviews, and within 5 seconds, you'd be able to find out if what you're looking for is there, and you can very quickly and easily locate what you need! oh, and unlimited quota is just the icing on the cake. ### 33. Candidates have more opportunities to impress. Ourselves and our clients can have an opinion on the personality of the candidates before inviting them for an interview. This is contributing to more quality hires and efficiency in the process. Before HireFlix, we were using another platform but this one didn't integrate with our CRM, this caused a lot of ineffiencies within our processes. ### 47.
