It stores resumes, makes you click a bunch of buttons, and still leaves recruiters drowning in scheduling and follow-ups. ATS+ is an Applicant Tracking System that actually helps you hire. This allows me to focus more on finding the best candidates instead of playing secretary by coordinating interviews. **What do you dislike about ATS+?** I wish there was more of a way to integrate sourcing tools. But the way they ahve fixed this is great! **What problems is ATS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?** ATS+ is solving the core problem of one-size-fits-all hiring and the operational chaos it creates. Most teams are forced to run every role through the same rigid ATS workflow, which leads to scheduling overload, tool sprawl, poor visibility for hiring managers, and candidates slipping through the cracks or dropping out.
