## About ATS+
A normal ATS is basically a filing cabinet with stages. It stores resumes, makes you click a bunch of buttons, and still leaves recruiters drowning in scheduling and follow-ups. ATS+ is an Applicant Tracking System that actually helps you hire. It gives you: • Different workflows for different roles (because you don’t hire a CFO like a frontline worker) • Automation baked in (so recruiters stop being calendar managers) • Real visibility for hiring managers (so decisions don’t stall) • AI/ML assist to keep the process moving and cut candidate drop-off In short: less admin, faster hires, fewer candidates slipping through.

**What do you like best about ATS+?**

The Ease of use is like using a modern sales tool. This allows me to focus more on finding the best candidates instead of playing secretary by coordinating interviews.

**What do you dislike about ATS+?**

I wish there was more of a way to integrate sourcing tools. But the way they ahve fixed this is great!

**What problems is ATS+ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

ATS+ is solving the core problem of one-size-fits-all hiring and the operational chaos it creates. Most teams are forced to run every role through the same rigid ATS workflow, which leads to scheduling overload, tool sprawl, poor visibility for hiring managers, and candidates slipping through the cracks or dropping out. ATS+ fixes this by enabling role-specific hiring paths in one system, automating scheduling and follow-ups, and giving everyone shared visibility. The benefit is faster decisions, less recruiter busywork, fewer missed candidates, and a more consistent process across both frontline and corporate hiring.
