
Clocking in is simple: I log in, tap once, and I’m signed in or out. There aren’t any complicated menus or drawn-out steps to get through. I can also download my paychecks whenever I want, without having to go through HR, and they’re neatly filed so they’re easy to find and access. The vacation and leave request section is straightforward too; I can quickly see how many days I have left and submit a request in seconds. Overall, the app looks great, everything is well organized, and it’s easy to navigate. You don’t need to be a tech expert to use it. I've been using daily Remote for about a month now and it's great to be able to track expenses, especially for someone like me who travels frequently. It's very useful to have a chat with a dedicated customer support operator so you can report problems without having to send emails. From my perspective as an employee, implementation was very simple: I received an email with the link to register, and within 5 minutes I had my account ready to clock in. No complicated procedures. I don't know much about the technical integrations because as an employee I only use the basic functions, but I can say that the app works well on its own! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There’s honestly nothing I’d change about Remote, mainly because it’s simple and intuitive to use. The only thing I might add is an option in Payslip Action to report payroll-related issues or submit requests directly to the relevant company team’s email address.
