
Most things I need to do are touchless. So I can self serve on my Remote dashboard and request things like employment letters by myself. I also like that I can chat with support if I run into issues. For me as an employee, it's free of charge so that's a nice bonus. I have not connected Remote with any other integrations so I can't comment on that. The dashboard is snappy and quick to load so I'm not waiting to get important details like my payslips. Can take a while to get a response back to a customised employer letter when needed. Also I found it tricky to follow the health insurance sign up instructions, this is much easier when you are employed directly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
