Important information is placed in the forefront. Applying for leave or adding expenses have never been easier. The app is quick to respond, and just comfortable enough without being overbearing with useless features. My interactions with customer care and the other team members on the development team were also super friendly and helpful and quick to respond. It was super easy for me to start using. No training was required. Incorporating it into my usual payslip management system was effortless, and in fact has now replaced my entire document management system for my employment-related and sensitive documents. I’ve been using Remote for the past six months, and I still haven’t found a single thing I dislike. If anything, the only hiccup I’ve run into was with my most recent expense claim: It showed as “Approved,” but for an entire month it didn’t display the expected payout date. What I like with Remote as our employer of record is that they are supporting us 24/7 through their online portal and.
