The ordering flow is straightforward, self-service, and quick to navigate. It’s easy to choose packages and submit candidate info without back-and-forth. The site feels reliable and professional, and results come through as expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BackgroundChecks.com?

A surprise $98 fee appeared after purchase with disclosure buried in footnotes. When I asked support, I received a templated response pointing back to the fine print. Fees that materially change the price should be surfaced proactively (popup or inline warning before checkout). The lack of transparent pricing erodes trust and makes budgeting harder. "Quick, Deadline-Saving Volunteer Clearances Service"

The service provided was limited to obtaining the clearances for our volunteers. The quick response to our needs considering a short deadline was most appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BackgroundChecks.com?

Backgroundchecks.com was the secondary provider for this service which when my sign-in problems was resolved, everything went very well. We processed our volunteer check-in through CharityEZ.com, who in turn used Backgroundchecks.com for the clearances search. I had difficulty getting my Log-In to work due to some miscommunication between the CharityEZ.com and me. When resolved I was satisfied and we met our deadline.
