I like that all my recruitment needs are in one place and the way I can customise letters depending on what stage of the process I am in.
I also like that the process a candidate is in can be visible by the recruitment team and can intervene if there is a sickness or someone is on holiday.

I like its intuitive interface and how seamlessly it streamlines the entire recruiting process from posting jobs to managing candidates. It’s easy to collaborate with hiring managers, track applicant progress, and communicate with candidates, all in one place. The customizable pipeline stages and automated email templates also save time and keep everything organized.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

The pricing structure, especially for smaller companies. While the platform offers great functionality, the cost can feel high as your hiring volume fluctuates or when you’re trying to justify the spend with a lean team. Additionally, some reporting features could be more customizable, and having more flexibility in fine-tuning analytics for leadership reporting would be helpful.

Relatively simple to use, does what it says on the tin with few distractions. Good that you can leave comments & get updates straight via email rather than having to login all the time.

Can’t think of anything - I’m a business user rather than HR and I like this tool a lot.

I like using Workable because in the last year they have been rolling out new features that has helped streamline the hiring process.

I wish they brought back the live person chat feature now they have a chatbot that does not provide the same customer service experience.

What I like best about Workable is how intuitive and clear the entire candidate flow is — from uploading resumes to moving candidates through different hiring stages. It makes the whole process smooth and easy to manage. I also appreciate the ability to track useful metrics, export CSV files, and use various built-in tools that are well-organized and user-friendly.

While overall the platform is intuitive and efficient, I’ve noticed that sometimes individual resumes take a bit too long to load.

I use Workable primarily to upload sourced candidates into the system, assign them to the appropriate roles, and ensure they are properly tracked throughout the hiring process.

**What do you like best about Workable?**

Workable integrates very well with our current HR system. It is easy to set up and the integrations with systems like LinkedIn and other job sites reduce the workload for our recruitment team greatly. 

There is a host of features, but the one I like most is that contracts and documents can be issued to candidates and will all transfer into the HR system, avoiding rework and saving time in finding the right candidates. Recruiters seemlessly hand over to the HR team.

There is nothing to dislike about the product.

It removes the double entry that we have been doing from an extensive paper trail.

For pure ATS, it is the best in the biz. It is the best platform I have found for organising the recruitment process and for simplifying the whole experience end to end. Customer service/account management are always quick to respond and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

It has so many features now that it as added as it has scaled. Can be a little over complicated at times when all you want is the most basic services. But that's not a proper complaint. Just a comment.

Helping our internal team (me and one other) manage applications and internally for screening and speeding up the process for hiring managers

We are able to capture all of our candidates, interview feedback, candidate data, job posts, CVs, answers to questions we ask candidates, we are able to post through to numerous job boards, easily search for keywords and names.

Their UI is really good. they have integrated AI really good.
Also, their team is really supportive and we can reach them any time if there is any issue though there is country time difference.

Though there is AI in the software however, they should work on to optimize the uses of AI.

It was difficult to get a clear, data-driven overview of our hiring funnel, such as where candidates were dropping off or the source of our best hires. Workable's reporting and analytics give us real-time insights into our hiring performance. We can now easily track key metrics

Workable is a great ATS system, it allows you to personalise processes as needed and keeps all data efficiently in one place - it's very user-friendly for both recruiters and hiring managers.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Overall, Workable is a great system, I think one area for improvement would be related to reporting and creating more personalised reports or being able to combine different report functions in one place.

Before Workable we didn't have an ATS system so by getting Workable it has created much more effieicnty within our team allowing our recruiters to focus on actual recruitment rather than admin related tasks.

I really like its ease of use especially for the Talent Acquisition team and the greater organization as well. It's been helpful in aiding my team to assist with the growth of our company and get to where we are now.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

The resume screening takes quite a bit of time because the information, CV and profiles don't load fast enough. It would be better if Workable can make screening questions and disqualification questions more customizable and not just with yes/no questions.

Workable is user friendly, doesn't take long to set up and serves as our ATS system.  It integrates with Pre-Check (our background check company) and UKG, our HRIS system.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

that managers have to @your name in order for me to see the comments they put in the system.  I only get emailed the comments from hiring managers if they @cbaldwin.

It has been very easy to integrate Workable across our team and have hiring managers and interviewers use it frequently. Search with AI has become a lot better as well over time and I have had some good success with it. Their technical support team is very responsive and I have always received quick solutions from them.

We have some legacy data which is affecting our reporting, I do wish the reporting was a bit more customizable in some ways.

Workable is a full-service CRM with everything you need for high-touch recruitment.
The integrated scheduling feature is bar none.
Overall it is simple to use.

The reporting leaves a lot to be desired.
Some of the naming conventions or work paths are a little convoluted, but overall, it's a great system.

Very easy to handle after you set it up, variety of features and multiple integrations with most of our tools.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

A bit hard to manage it from administrative perspective, as a small change may have a big impact to the employee's database. It has a learning curve if you are switching from a competitor but once you do it, it is fairly simple.

Easy management of annual leaves of the employees, multiple features tied to the Greek laws and regulations, as well as a very nice tracking system for the applicants of the open positions of our company

**What do you like best about Workable?**

Super intuitive, efficient and easy to use. We use it constantly and it has made collaboration across hiring teams very simple and seamless. Easy to implement into our existing workflows. I have never experienced any glitches. 
I genuinely cannot imagine hiring without Workable now that we have it... I don't know how we survived before!

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

I wish the talent identification piece was slightly stronger and surfaced more relevant people, trawling linkedin profiles or similar. Automating reachouts to those people would be amazing.

**What problems is Workable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Candidate relationship management across the team, posting job descriptions, managing inbounds and candidate sourcing, etc.

Workable does what it say on the tin, it's a good tool for pipeline management and applicant tracking.

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

It is very basic & doesn't have a lot of advanced features. Reporting functionality is quite limited so we use BI instead.

Workable saves us time through automations and allows everyone to have visibility on the pipeline.

I find Workable's UI and UX to be very smooth and user-friendly, which streamlines my recruitment processes. The automation features are incredibly helpful, especially for handling rejection emails and keeping candidates informed about interview processes. I also appreciate the simplicity and effectiveness of the referral program. Furthermore, the ability to post jobs across multiple platforms is highly beneficial, providing access to a large talent pool.

Nothing at this time. I can sometimes experience system latency, but I think it is our internal systems, not Workable.

We're able to place make templates. Automations are amazing it makes work more efficient. We spend less time emailing

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Maybe the only thing would be we don't get to choose how we want to view candidates (i.e. in Kanban or list version)

Time! We're a small team and if we were to use manual ATS (like Excel or Google Sheets). All that we would be doing is encoding and updating our trackers, emailing, and more administrative items. We won't be able to work on the strategic aspects.

I love the networking events that Workable organises, they're really excellent. I look forward to them each quarter.
Love the customer support and how engaged the founders are.

The disqualification features are a bit limited in scope. It would be great if we could set up multiple automated disqualifications based on the reason for a candidate to be disqualified.
The AI scores on candidates are not very accurate.

Ease of use, Training for new hires and adding managers is easy. Very user friendly interface

**What do you dislike about Workable?**

Candidates applying from outside of the countries we operate in applying and we cannot block them. I would also like to see a "DO NOT HIRE" pool where I can add candidates we spoke to who lied or were not a fit and it be a permanent fixture not just for each job.

We were having issues with our roles being viewed in the US and thankfully it seems to have improved.

Is is organized, with multiple roles and allows pipelines to be created easily to have a very structured process that improves the overall outcome.

It has a nice API that allows integrations.

It's something I use on a daily basis.

Some automations are limited for admins only which limit a bit what some users can do without an admin providing support.

Having score boards and integration with tools like Devskiller allows the process to be very streamlined.

Using Workable allows us to easily track each candidate as they go through the hiring pipeline. One of the more recently features is an AI score which while not perfect makes it easy to screen out applicants that are a total mismatch.

Minor nitpick but sometimes it does not pick up the names correctly from the CV.

In addition to helping facilitate track candidates through the pipeline, the integration with Recruitment Platforms help get candidates to our job posting.

It's good but i wished there was an in-person trainer than virtual. Would help the recruiters to use the platform to the fullest
