**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

It saves a lot of time of syncing with the HR. 
Also, it has a few options for integrations we are using and it's great and really easy.

On the cellphone, the UI is not as convenient as the computer

Mostly save a lot of time with syncing, instead of syncing about each one of the candidates, you can update your opinion, and be sure all the others will be notified.

I am a hiring manager and my team uses comeet, I think it is very easy to use and gives me the tools that I need right at my fingertips, things like easily answer interview pre-defined questions.

The look and feel can be improved but it it nothing that is too important for me.

One source of truth is extremely helpful, and integrate with our other systems. I enjoy the live comments section to easily overview a large amount of candidates. Moreover the flows, although somewhat confusing, are quite flexible to use.

I think the flows and approval processes can use a bit of focus to on UX/UI.

Comet plays a precious role in aiding me as a newly appointed manager by effectively delineating, offering recommendations, and providing assistance for the essential facets of the recruitment process. 

This guidance is especially beneficial in alleviating the potential apprehensions associated with this complex process for individuals in their initial foray into management.

I love how easy it is to screen candidates using video interviews. It's so user friendly on the candidate's end and it really weeds out candidates who are not profecient computer users.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Downside is there is a lot of set up to get it where you want it. It can be tricky making sure that each interview type has the right set of questions attached to it. I wish that process was more user friendly for me.

I'm the only person who hires for a company with about 350 positions so this has been such a great tool to save me enourmous amounts of time. It really has replaced the work of another full time HR recruiter!

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

My company is a healthcare organization within the mental health space. We're a startup and landed a national contract with a couple of major insurance payors with the goal of increasing access to mental health services and making it affordable. With that, we've used Spark Hire to help us scale our recruitment function and easily screen and review our clinical applicants. What's amazing about the interview experience is that we have outro and intro videos that educate the candidate on the role taking a lot of the lift off of the recruitment team with needing to educate the candidate on the role. It has also helped us with our review of applicants related to their clinical skills and getting to visually see how the candidate would present in a telehealth environment. It's an amazing platform!

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I wish there were some options to customize further. There are limitations with email templates on being able to do things like attach a document. There's also limitations in what you can customize for the landing page for candidates when they're entering into their interview experience.

Spark Hire is helping organizations scale their recruitment and interview function making the process more seamless and efficient. It saves the recruitment team time from having to do live interviews.

It's so simple for everyone to use. From the candidate, hiring manager and the HR team.  It's very user friendly and provides a great experience for all.

Nothing.  It's a great product that is easy to use.

Time.  It makes it easier on HR for when we have many applicants.  It is also great for the applicant to be able to record the video when they are free and not within our work day.

The feature to create a workflow has helped and reduced the involvement of other hiring managers. This helps to keep it organized and sorted for the individual departments. Its really very user friendly and customizable.

There is nothing to dislike for me until now. It is good for the functions it provides.

Its the best I have ever seen!

Collaborative recurring helps us a lot. Hiring made easy. Automated outreach for job ports is cherry on the cake. This has really reduced the cost for 1 full time employee.

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Amazing platform to use for high volume recruiting. I enjoy the fact that I can watch the interviews from anywhere and anytime. Sparkhire has the option to share interviews via private link to your recruiting team.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Only downside to Sparkhire is that every so often the video interviews do not populate correct and there could be either audio or video issues. I would suggest looking into this issue as it will prevent an applicant from having to interview twice.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Spark Hire is allowing for more time to focus on other matters in the recruiting process as Spark Hire allows for high volume of interviews to be done in the same amount of time.

It's easy to get the information you need when you need it while keeping a rather simple UI

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Last I checked, it's not easy to modify past steps of a candidate (unless you undo the steps and lose information).
Also, Hebrew support is not working so well. RTL keeps shifting back to LTR in every new paragraph.
Photos are not kept (probably due to GPDR), but at least dynamically locating them from linked LinkedIn profiles would have been nice.

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire has done many things to improve our hiring practices significantly. Previously, one administrative team member would call a candidate for a phone screening interview and then relay information about how the interview went to the rest of the team. Now, the entire team can watch the Spark Hire video to help us make a more informed decision regarding the next steps of our process. Spark Hire has streamlined our process, and—as a result—we are light years ahead of where we historically have been in the hiring process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

There is not much that I can point out as factors I do not like about Spark Hire. The only thing that comes to mind is that I wish there were a way to hide interviews I no longer want to see on the home page without deleting them.

Spark Hire is allowing our entire administrative team to view screening interviews so we can make informed decisions about who to advance in the hiring process.

Spark Hire has provided our organization with a tool to streamline and expedite recruitment. The process to get started was easy and it continues to be an excellent recruitment tool.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

I would say that the integration piece of Spark Hire with NeoGov leaves some room for improvement. However, Spark Hire stand-alone has been a great addition to our recruitment process.

When implementing Spark Hire, we wanted to find efficient ways to streamline the recruitment process. Our time-to-hire was significantly higher than we would've liked, and Spark Hire helped us to bring that time down.

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

I’m the talent acquisition manager, responsible for leading the recruitment department and providing the results required for the appropriate filling of vacancies. When I received this position, where the plan was made up of infinite opportunities and a lot of hope to improve the recruitment process. The objective was to automate and streamline the process and make recruiting talent easier. SparkHire has adapted to our needs making our selection process and technical interviews more immediate and optimizing time and quality in talent acquisition. The candidates resolve the question sets more easily at any moment of their day. Also, we can share the interviews with hiring managers make a prescreening, and obtain their feedback.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

The platform is intuitive and easy to use in general, except for the question sets module.
It's important to mention that making the question sets is more complicated than it seems,  getting the workflow to stagnate sometimes. Even when we want to create a new one with existing questions, we lose time making a new one with the same questions.
We have a few suggestions:
- More questions on each question set.
- Two-way interview, we should be able to supervise in real-time.
- Be able to rate from 0 to 5, instead from 1 to 5.
- Delete Cantidate’s Data, not only their One-Way interviews.
- An easy way to see the sent questions to the candidate.

The candidates resolve the question sets more easily at any moment of their day. Also, we can share the interviews with hiring managers make a prescreening, and obtain their feedback.

Nothing really, although ideally I wish that notification emails would come with shareable links included - having to generate them seems like one more unnecessary step

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Before Spark Hire, we spent hours every week conducting phone screenings, which slowed down our hiring process in a very crippling way. Spark Hire has given us hours every week and sped up the hiring process tremendously. That was an expected outcome. The surprising improvement we got was that we also increased the quality of hire we were getting because of the effectiveness and consistency in the initial screening process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Think the only wishlist item in our Spark Hire list is automation between application platforms and the invitations. That's a reasonably low-priority item because importing a mass CSV is easy.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a small team in a very competitive space. Delays in hiring mean lost clients, lost revenue, stressed-out team members, and time being allocated away from the key areas of our business. Spark Hire is a critical element of what makes our business run.

Comeet's pricing can be pretty steep, particularly for small businesses, as it is based on the company's employee count, and costs can escalate quickly as the business expands. Additionally, although Comeet provides some customization options, they may not be adequate for companies with intricate recruitment processes or specific requirements. As a result, some other recruiting software solutions may offer more outstanding customization capabilities than Comeet.

Lots of glitches on the candidate's side of videos not coming through. We rarely faced this issue with HireVue &  Yearly price increases.

I love that we can customize our first touch with candidates in such a personalized way. Sparkhire allows hiring managers and HR teams to be more intentional in the questions we ask and how we'd like to guide candidates to think about this process and get to know us.

Sadly, it doesn't integrate with our established ATS (Jobvite).

**Recommendations to others considering Spark Hire:**

If you struggle with getting past the video interview phase with your current vendor, you need to check out SparkHire. It is so easy, the candidate and admin experience is amazing and the customer service is second to none.

We are providing a video interview experience for EVERYONE with mobile capabilities. The frustration over the process is now gone. We have had zero reported tech issues with SparkHire from our candidates.

The convenience of the platform. It's not always easy for our organization to conduct in person interviews, especially during our busy season.

I am not sure there is anything that I dislike about Spark Hire!

Our employees tend to handle numerous tasks on a daily basis. We found interviewing candidates was always put on the back burner because there were more important things to get done. Spark Hire has allowed us to interview candidates in a timely manner!

I like how simple it is to set-up and send out to recruits. It is very user-friendly. One of my teammates sets-up/sends out the video requests, but if I need to do it (after not doing it for a few months) - I can log in and refresh myself pretty quickly to get it done even though I don't "live" in the program on a day-to-day basis.

Vanessa helped us craft a "pitch" letter to candidates based on experience with other clients like us. We are in an industry that can only pull senior hires from a small pool. We worked with Comeet Elastic Recruiting to develop a strategy to attract those candidates and reduce bad fits.  This saved us substantial time. I had worked with local recruiters previously, but the experience never felt tailored to our type of business. I never felt like I was just another stop for the recruiter's bus of candidates. It was also great that it tied into Comeet SaaS. We didn't have to work in two systems, and we could leverage our existing process. I also appreciated that there was no long-term contract and the recruitment fee was reasonable. If we asked, they would even handle meeting scheduling. We didn't use that since we already automate that with Comeet SaaS.

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Sparkhire is intuitive, and easy to use (for us as the employer and for our applicants), and the platform is stable. It has grown more stable and user-friendly in the years that we have used the program. We interview globally and applicants all over the world don't have trouble recording their first interviews  (which we can watch and rate at our convenience - what a boon for a company that has a recruitment team of 2 people that also has a myriad of other job duties as well.) Second interviews (face to face) are also easy to access and record and then share. 

Literally, what they say they do they do and they do it well.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Not much, honestly. Sometimes video quality (especially originating overseas - Latin America is the worst) can be choppy - but most of that is probably at the end-user, not Sparkhire's problem. Sending a confirmation email takes 2 more steps than I would like. The scheduling module struggles with when Daylight Savings changes at a different point in the US than in most other nations, leading to a week of people choosing a time that is an hour different than what we think it should be, but these are all tiny quibbles.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At the end of the day, we hire a lot of international students and domestic students who are a long way from our base of operations. Because we work with children, it is vital that we talk to these people face to face (in addition to other background checks and references) and that we have a record of those conversations. Young people may be interviewing for many summer programs, and in the past have made claims about promises they think were made in interviews. It is nice to be able to watch the interview and be sure we didn't make outlandish promises. It's also very useful when you have multiple candidates for one position and your hiring team works 350 miles apart. To be able to watch and rate interviews is an awesome tool.

This tool makes the recruiters' and managers' lives easier. This totally gives us first dibs about the candidate, what they're passionate about, what their background, what other skills they have that match what we're looking for, and if their mission/vision matches ours - give us a little bit more digging about a candidate with less effort. I also love the idea that I can continue watching the candidates' recorded video while creating the shared shorter link, that made my life easier. I can multitask while the candidates are talking! I love that improvement!

I used to like the part where I can copy each date and time when I clone the exact same interview. I was hoping it would still give me the exact questions, time, and day, but it no longer functions that way after the recent update/s. It's not a big deal at all, it would be just a lot easier and faster to do retain that function.

SparkHire will give you a chance to get a background of your candidate and assess if they match the role and the company as a whole, one brilliant way to interview, it will save you time as well. :)

It's definitely the same issue as the previous question - when you clone the exact same interview, it will no longer allow you to clone the day and time, you have got to enter and set them manually. I realized that maybe they made it that way to give us more time to set other candidates from different times so as not to get overwhelmed by reviewing the candidates' completed video all at the same time and to track how many candidates have I scheduled for a particular day and time.

It saves time. Before its integration, the HR Team spent countless hours attempting to connect with a prospective candidate. Now, if we don't speak with them directly for the initial one-way interview, there are multiple layers of contact to let them know they are proceeding through the selection process.

The help feature. There are instances where HR Team Members and interview participants have encountered challenges while in an interview. After the help ticket was submitted, on multiple occasions, the agent asked for a screenshot after exiting the platform.

Candidates are not always comfortable with a one-way recorded video interview. 
We encourage candidates to get comfortable and enjoy the process, but although one-way video interviews will become the new normal, we are not quite there yet.

We have been using Spark Hire for more than 3 years and it helped us a lot during the pandemic. The best part of Spark Hire is Live Interviews. It allows users to schedule an interview with the candidate on a live video call.

Spark Hire is the best way to assess the applicant's communication skills, the ability to comprehend the question and how they deliver their responses. The options of having one-way and live interviews are the best compared to others.

The downside of spark hire is the poor internet service on the side of the applicant.  Without a sufficient internet connection, one cannot upload or record a video with good audio quality.

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire has helped with candidate experience and touchpoints through the candidate journey.   Candidates can share more about their interest and themselves in a way that is candidate friendly and easy to use, including mobile-friendly use, in a way that is comfortable and convenient for them.  It also allows our hiring managers to be more effective as they are able review candidates when they are able to work into their schedule, at a time and location that is convenient for them.  By integrating spark hire videos into our hiring process it has also allowed us to engage candidates along the way and provide them with that feeling that they are progressing and moving forward in the process as a next step.  Finally, we are able to add branding or personalized position information for the candidates within the video interview process.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Spark Hire has the ability to integrate with our applicant tracking system, but with our current package, we have found it more effective to use with links inside our ATS and our communication templates.  This has not been limiting in any way, and has worked for us.  Spark Hire has the ability to send video requests to hiring managers or staff to record messages or interview questions, which is great.  I do wish that we had a way to download those videos, clean them up or brand them a little, and upload them back into the system (right now you get what you get from them, which isn't always perfect for use).

SparkHire is wonderful because it provides our hiring managers with the first impression of a candidate in the most efficient time-saving way possible. When I first came into my role and started implementing Sparkhire I was so blown away by its effectiveness I sent it to a former colleague to start implementing within their recruiting processes. I am a big fan of SparkHire!

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

Overall I'm incredibly impressed with Sparkhire. My one dislike is how it seems to be difficult for applicants to begin the process of downloading an app and/or testing an internet connection. I've found people usually work it out but I do wish the process were a little more simple to navigate.

**What do you like best about Spark Hire?**

In looking at resumes, it is impossible to imagine if this applicant will fit into your environment.  The insight that you get with Sparkhire helps so much while hiring.

**What do you dislike about Spark Hire?**

We work with InDeed and Sparkhire and making sure the invitation with InDeed has the correct Sparkhire invitation code is the one thing I have to watch.  HR will set up the InDeed job and I will have to go in and add the invitation.

**What problems is Spark Hire solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The updates that Sparkhire has made toward staying on top of those that finished interviewed are so helpful.  Plus the reminders that Sparkhire sends works great.

I used CER as my team extension for hirings in the US. The recruiter was in the same time zone with ability to talk and communicate with candidates in real time.
