**What do you like best about Truto?**

Their support is exceptional. They respond to questions, configuration requests, and any doubts very quickly and always provide clear solutions. What really stands out is their kindness, responsibility, and dedication when working with our team. They truly feel like an extension of our team and a big part of our accomplishments.

**What do you dislike about Truto?**

So far, I haven’t encountered anything I dislike about Truto. The experience has been very positive.

**What problems is Truto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truto enables us to build and manage integrations faster while meeting strict security and performance requirements. This is particularly beneficial for handling large data accounts, helping us scale integrations reliably while maintaining control and stability.

**What do you like best about Truto?**

What I like most about Truto is its unified API approach, which allows multiple integrations to be handled through a single, consistent interface. This greatly reduces development time and removes the hassle of managing different authentication methods, data formats, and endpoints.

The clear and well-structured documentation is another strong point. It makes onboarding quick and helps developers implement and troubleshoot integrations with ease. Additionally, Truto’s reliable performance and clean error handling make ongoing maintenance smoother and more predictable.

Overall, Truto stands out for its simplicity, developer-friendly design, and ability to scale efficiently as integration needs grow.

**What do you dislike about Truto?**

While Truto is a strong unified API platform, one area for improvement is the limited availability of certain integrations, which may require waiting for additional services to be supported. Expanding the range of supported platforms would make it more versatile for a wider set of use cases.

Additionally, some advanced customisation options could be more flexible for complex or highly specific workflows. More granular control and configuration would further enhance the experience for advanced users.

That said, these are relatively minor limitations compared to the overall value Truto provides.

**What problems is Truto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truto solves the problem of managing multiple third-party API integrations, each with different authentication methods, data structures, and maintenance requirements. Instead of building and maintaining separate integrations for every service, Truto provides a single unified API that standardizes data and simplifies access.

This benefits me by saving significant development time, reducing integration errors, and lowering long-term maintenance effort. Updates or changes on individual third-party APIs are handled by Truto, which means fewer breaking changes and more stability on our side. Overall, Truto allows me to focus more on building core product features rather than spending time on repetitive integration work.

**What do you like best about Truto?**

They add new integrations quickly, and are easy to work with. Their engineers are very helpful and knowledgable. Their unified API helps us work with multiple different ATS's easily. It is easy to get started with implementation and they offer many different features. They help us process customer data on a daily basis. Affordable and useful.

**What do you dislike about Truto?**

Documentation and admin interfaces are sufficiently helpful but could use some updates. It's hard to find anything that they can improve upon.

**What problems is Truto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be able to connect to whatever HRIS or ATS system our customers are using in order to power our product's functionality. With Truto, we're able to supercharge our AI's ability to make recommendations and allow users to do work and explore their ATS/HRIS data.

This is a company that provides excellent communication and resolves issues quickly, as well as adding new features based on their customers’ requirements.

Sometimes certain errors occur, but they are part of a company that is growing and continuously adding new features.

For now, I have no complaints. They have always been open to communication and change.

They have offered an excellent, easy-to-implement solution to reduce the amount of code that normally goes into implementing multiple integrations. They have a fairly extensive catalog of integrations.

**What do you like best about Truto?**

With Truto, we were able to get fully set up with 3 integrations in just one day when previously, it would have taken up to a week to integrate with these platforms on our own.

Support is incredible, and they were able to build new integrations for us just by request.

Amazing team. Amazing product. Would recommend.

**What do you dislike about Truto?**

The product was super quirky at first, but the Truto team worked really hard to make sure we got fully set up regardless.

Would love to see the UX improve further for sure.

We use Truto to build email integrations for our product, Senja. The done-for-you integrations have saved us hours in development time.

**What do you like best about Truto?**

After a year of looking for a Unified Integration API for our company, we decided on Truto for the amount of integrations, how easy it is to implement, customer support and the price point. 

I was having issues using other providers for a Google Cal API and in after implementing with Truto, everything was smooth. I was able to retreive all data and not have to use a EPOC Converter on the date like I had to do with other providers. I was able to get access and offer over 10 Integrations to my clients. 

I had a customer request Calendly Integration and I had it integrated within the next hour tested on Sandbox and Production and offer multiple Calendar Integrations to our clients.

Because I have been able to offer the Integrations that I need to, I was able to close my last 3 deals which inturned paid for the Truto Subscription and more! I have another project that I will be putting out soon and I plan on using Truto for that as well. All the integrations you want and you can request as well with a fast turnaround.

**What do you dislike about Truto?**

I have no dislikes about Truto at this moment. My service has been great!

**What problems is Truto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of Truto I can offer all the integrations my customers are looking for with one API instead of multiple.

Best in class tool. We integrated to systems in few days compared to where we were trying to build our own integration that took months with less success rate.

Rapid integrations with real time api saves the time and that thing I liked the most.

**What do you like best about Truto?**

Truto is an easy and powerful solution to quickly build out native integrations. We have been able to dramatically accelerate our GTM timeline by several months as a result of Truto. The devs at Truto worked with us to build a unified API structure with our team so that we have a solid base for future integrations as well. The support has been very quick to respond to our inquiries and provide timely resolutions for our requests.

**What do you dislike about Truto?**

Truto is more advanced than something like Make or Zapier, you need to be a dev in order to get the full usage out of it. However the resulting integration is far more scalable and useful compared to those solutions.

**What problems is Truto solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Truto is solving the problem of getting our native API integrations figured out and ready to scale for our new product we are launching soon. We are able to speed up our launch by almost a year because of what Truto does.

Truto has been very responsive and is always helpful when I have a question regarding any of the integrations.

I can't think of downsides. They are very responsive and the integrations work great.

Truto is solving the problem of wanting many integrations and not wanting to build out those integrations in-house. This is benefitting me because we can easily integrate with many ATS companies while only integrating with Truto.
