What do you like best about Xobin?

Ease of use; value for money; constant improvements to the platform; quite easy to administer the assessments; quick and easy access to human support instead of the chatbots these days; very easy to set up the assessments and administer them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

I wouldn't call this a downside. I have already shared the feedback to the Xobin team about the need to be able to download the reports in a more professional format to share with multiple stakeholders.

Currently, the platform allows downloading the reports as a csv file, and one can print the individual repoorts. I would however, prefer to see the charts displayed for comparison of multiple assessment takers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Xobin solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are a lean team that caters to the learning needs of an organization with employees across the world. Before Xobin we had an internal platform where we had to prepare the questions for the assessments. However, technology assessments are much easier with Xobin's vast question bank. What do you like best about Xobin?

The feedback of internal users and candidates has been broadly positive. We switched from our previous vendor to Xobin because we found the question bank, tech and anti-cheating to be stronger compared to what was offered in the market.

My team has the flexibilty to run tests for any role. Constant updates are encouraging. Keep it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Xobin?

The software lets you invite users in bulk. It would be good if there is some form of notification that all emails have reached or which emails have bounced. Currently that is not visible on the invitation dashboard.

I would suggest to include DISC tests as part of your repository Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
