Adaface feels more practical than many traditional assessment tools. The chat-based test format is less stressful and keeps the focus on real job skills rather than rote MCQs. From a candidate’s point of view, it’s straightforward to use, and the questions genuinely test how you think and approach problems instead of simply what you’ve memorized. At times, the instructions could be clearer, especially for first-time test takers. A few of the questions also felt a bit long, which can add some time pressure. And because the test is conversational, candidates who aren’t used to this format may need a few minutes to settle in and feel comfortable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
