Adaface helps us with an efficient and comprehensive solution for assessing the technical skills of our candidates. The platform offers a user-friendly interface that is intuitive and easy to navigate (talking about their ready-to-use tests) with simple Code Evaluation/Test results that is easy to interpret even those with minimal technical expertise. The platform provides an easy approach to using a pre-made assessment or you can give the areas needed for the team to create a custom test. Most of the questions are multiple choice, you can limit the time to a reasonable amount to keep a candidate's attention and the assessment gives a comparative analysis against the industry standard to help you gauge where their at.
