We truly love Yardstik and would prefer to use them for all our accounts, but there are a couple of State Agency providers that have immediate results which is sometimes needed for our next-day starts.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

With a little over 1,000 completed reports Yardstik is the most stress-free product my department uses. Integrating it was a piece of cake. There is almost no maintenance at all. The employees are wonderful. Ionly have wonderful things to say about Yardstik.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

N/A - I currently do not have any issues or concerns with Yardstik.

My company switched from another background check company to Yardstik at the beginning of this year, and it has been nothing but sheer perfection for my department.

We have had two Client Success Managers (CSM) , Esten and Simone, since joining and both have been incredibly attentive, prompt to offer assistance, and genuinely a pleasure to talk to.  I very much look forward to our meetings with them.

We have had very few issues with Yardstik. When we have had them, the Support team and the CSMs were quite prompt in addressing and resolving our inquiries and support requests.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

Firstly, determining and potentially changing your 3rd party background screening company is something that requires a ton of due diligence and quite honestly is a bit scary for any company. In our case, we are talking thousands of background checks annually and finding a partner that not only provides a seamless experience for our prospective employees, but also provides accurate/timely reporting was paramount in this decision.  After weighing and comparing these things, we determine Yardstik out measured our current provider.  We made the switch and the ease of implementation exceeded my expectations.  Good product, good service, great people (Esten is the man!).

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

At this point, I can say we don't dislike anything.  One downside we learned after make this change was better understanding how our hiring policies aligned with their adjudication.  We needed to make adjustments, however the customer support and the team at Yardstik really turned this into a strength and quickly resolved our need for "tweaks" in the adjudication process.

Yardstik is providing preemployment screening as well as recreening for our employees to achieve our hiring standards.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

I truly value our partnership with Yardstik. Their willingness to listen to and act on feedback has been outstanding, allowing them to tailor their processes to fit our specific needs seamlessly. Their customer service is consistently responsive and helpful, which has been crucial for us. The system itself is intuitive, making our workflow smoother and more efficient. We’ve also recently collaborated with the Yardstik team to integrate their API, which has greatly facilitated automation in our process. Although we haven’t formally launched the integration yet, the ease of setup has been impressive. My team relies on Yardstik daily, and their support has been instrumental in our operations.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

There’s very little to dislike, but if I had to pinpoint one area for improvement, it would be the absence of court documents along with the review. This is more a reflection of my previous experience in credentialing with the US military, where such documents were typically included. Additionally, I would appreciate visibility into pending cases that haven’t been fully adjudicated. Given the nature of our business, where therapists work directly in patients' homes, having this information would enhance our ability to manage and review background checks comprehensively, ensuring patient safety.

**What problems is Yardstik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Yardstik is effectively addressing several key challenges in our background check process. Firstly, they streamline and automate the background screening process, which reduces manual effort and accelerates turnaround times. This efficiency is crucial for us as a growing startup, allowing us to onboard therapists quickly while maintaining high standards for safety and compliance.

Their user-friendly system and responsive customer support have also made it easier for us to manage and resolve any issues that arise. This support is particularly valuable for my team, who rely on Yardstik daily to ensure that our credentialing processes run smoothly.

Moreover, the recent API integration we’ve implemented with Yardstik is poised to further enhance our operational efficiency by automating data transfers and reducing the risk of errors. Although we are still in the pre-launch phase, the seamless integration experience has already demonstrated significant potential for improving our workflow.

Overall, Yardstik’s solutions are helping us maintain a high level of efficiency and accuracy in our background check processes, which is essential for ensuring the safety of our patients and the success of our business.

The team was easy to work with from day 1. In our effrot to reach an enterprsie level, we started our partnership far from it. We were treated with white gloves from integration to maintenance and beyond. Any enhancements needed are quickly understood and executed with preceision.

Not a thing! Every time i have needed something from Yardstik, they have delivered.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

Very communicative, always professional and helpful. Detail oriented and great with their portal. Very easy to submit a report and to send a link to a recipient. We use them almost daily for our reports and its a quick and easy process.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

The only downside we have ever experienced was a candidate receiving a copy of their report when we do not check credit reports and do not violate the FCRA policy.

We need clear, defined, and thorough background screenings and they completed all of this.

Our rep, Esten, is always helpful. The system itself is very easy to use. We use it at high volume and any issues with the integration tend to be on our side.

Nothing comes to mind. We have had a really easy time with the company.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

We recently started using Yardstik to run background checks on thousands of employees earlier this year. The transition was easy and seamless thanks to our Customer Success Manager Esten. Not only is the platform easy for our administrators to use, but the background check process is extremely simple for our employees to complete successfully. Additionally, anytime support is needed they are quick to respond with a solution and/or update while working on it. Highly recommend Yardstik to any company!

I do not have many dislikes regarding Yardstik. Anytime I reach out, I receive a quick response explaining why something is happening and what Yardstik is doing to assist if they can

Yardstik has allowed our company to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of our background checks. The team is personable, quick to respond, and knowledgeable. The customer support has been superb whenever needed. Lastly, as a growing trust and safety platform, they're coming up with and releasing new features often.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

As a data person, I like to look at the numbers. While reports might not be the strongest, they're making strides at improving them and Yardstik has always managed to provide me with a personal email with the numbers and data I've requested.

Our rep and everyone we have met at Yardstik are very efficient, always quick to respond to our questions, informative, and just easy to work with. They make us feel heard and respect our feedback. They take ourfeedback and actually implement changes!

-It would be helpful to have user-based permissions instead of 1 setting for our whole team. 
-We would like to have email notifications when IDV fails so we can take action.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

As a gig-market company, finding a background check provider that provides high quality service, was easy to use and integrated easily with our platform was a must. We needed a provider who could quickly and easily allow a high volume of workers run a thorough, but customizable, check and quickly get approved so they could start working shifts for our business partners. Since getting onboarded and building out the integration, we have had 0 issues with our workers being able to run their check efficiently. Their customer support is also top notch and very responsive and easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

The inability to see when a check is anticipated to be complete is something the product is missing, but I have heard this may be coming out soon, which will be nice.

**What problems is Yardstik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have certain clients that require our gig-workers to complete a background check prior to working at their facility. All the client has to do is toggle on that they need their workers to have this check complete, the worker then sees this requirement on the shift application and goes through the Yardstik process to complete the check. Yardstik then automatically updates their status in our system, which is so nice.

We were not very knowledgable about the adverse action process and Yardstik has helped eliminate any confusion and road blocks we were having as a company.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

We've processed over 17000 (and counting) background checks with YardStik, and it's been great. Esten and Audrey (our account managers) have been great to work with -- always quick with a response, and helping us with any questions / issues that arise. Background Checks almost always come back quickly!

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

This is more of an us issue as we have worked with other background check providers in the past, but some of our verbiage, processes, and features are based on those other providers, and those didn't translate 100% to YardStik which has been a challenge at times.

The customer service is awesome. When we have an issue we will email support and get a response with in a hour or less and they are very helpful. Also the dashboard is very user friendly. When we intergrated Yardstick it was very seemless and easy.

That sometime Yardstick request info form the canidates and we are not informed.

Speed and efficency. We do a lot of hiring and you all definitely have helped us stream line our background and drug tests.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

Only thing I wish was more access to the drug testing portion. It is sometimes difficult to help troubleshoot with candidates, but that very well could be more escreen's fault vs you all. Very minor gripe tho!

We use to ADP background services, and Yardstik has definitely helped us speed things up. In particular the consent form is light years easier than ADP so I appreciate that.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

The fast and friendly team(s) that work with new account holders for site/account setup, implementation, training/informtion, and access to user accounts.  The Yardstik Team is to be ccommended on their management and implementation process.  I've done several implementations and this was by far the quickest, most informed (daily responses to questions), and the most engaging.  Following implementation our Account Representative is still engaging, checking in periodically.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

I do not have any dislikes, just a few tweaks.  Typically after using the product I thought of a few things I'd like to be able to do differently like perform a sort on LN.  For ease of use with comparison reporting.

**What do you like best about Yardstik?**

It is great for IDV, social media and criminal background checks. They have extra options for drug screenings and TB testing as well. They really listen to feedback and hear their cutstomers to make changes. They are easy to work with, quick to respond and have a quick turn around time to complete the checks.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

IDV portion with the barcodes, pics or information not being able to be extracted but nothing you can't work through. Very minor issue.

From my experience, Yardstik is not the cheapest platform on the market, but it doesn't need to be as it makes up for it in functionality and ease of use

It's easy to navigate and also integrates well with our Applicant tracking system. We used it daily, and the customer support is also fast, efficient, and kind.

The only negative isn't Yardstik's fault - some background checks take longer in certain counties.

The background checks are returned quickly, and the Yardstik team is very helpful and responsive.  I am confident in the checks.  They set our team up very quickly and easily.  Integration was a breeze.  They are also adding lots of new features, and we use them frequently.

The customer service is exceptional! When issues have come up it has been a great partnership to work through them.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

I wish they had deeper connections to the court systems to get background checks much more quickly.

Ensuring a background check is completed for all team members and MVR/DOT as required.

Yardstik has a modern and accessible interface, paired with an excellent team for integration and customer support.

Nothing really, the sales/support team has been attentive and already passed along our feedback to their development team.

I would like it if the filtering were not required to search for a candidate; if instead that was built into the headers of the dashboard.

The result turnaround time. There are some background checks that take a long time to complete.

The responsiveness and solution-oriented approach of our Account Managers-they have great people! Product road mapping has been transparent and partner-driven.

**What do you dislike about Yardstik?**

Our previous vendor was able to provide faster return times on background checks

**What problems is Yardstik solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Providing us with clean background drivers to support our network. We also improved our Driver Acquisition Cost by moving to Yardstik and benefiting from a rev share opportunity.
