The UI is quite easy to use. You have to create a profile description for the position you want to fill. The important thing is to write the right keywords to match the job offer. Then the algorithm can work really well and find the right candidates. Those profiles that fit, are clearly displayed and you can view the CV and other data to get a picture of the applicant.
