
AmazingHiring is extremely useful for deep technical sourcing. Its biggest strength is the ability to aggregate and surface candidate signals from multiple platforms in one place (including the ones we wouldn't browse), which makes it much easier to identify engineers beyond standard LinkedIn searches - thanks to AmazingHiring, we can finally engage real passive candidates.
The search capabilities are well-suited for tech profiles, especially when hiring for niche skills or sr roles. For teams doing a lot of outbound tech hiring, it works very well as a complementary tool to LI, adding depth and efficiency rather than replacing existing workflows.
