**What do you like best about AmazingHiring?**

AmazingHiring is extremely useful for deep technical sourcing. Its biggest strength is the ability to aggregate and surface candidate signals from multiple platforms in one place (including the ones we wouldn't browse), which makes it much easier to identify engineers beyond standard LinkedIn searches - thanks to AmazingHiring, we can finally engage real passive candidates.

The search capabilities are well-suited for tech profiles, especially when hiring for niche skills or sr roles. For teams doing a lot of outbound tech hiring, it works very well as a complementary tool to LI, adding depth and efficiency rather than replacing existing workflows.

I also truly appreciate their Customer Success team and their mindset.

**What do you dislike about AmazingHiring?**

Pricing can be a limitation, especially given that it’s not a standalone solution. While the product is strong, its value is highest when used as a complement to tools like LI and an ATS, rather than on its own.

As a result, the return on investment depends heavily on how well it’s integrated into an existing recruiting stack, which can make it harder to justify for smaller teams or those with tighter budgets.

**What problems is AmazingHiring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

AmazingHiring solves the problem of limited visibility when sourcing tech candidates - it makes it easier to identify engineers who may not be discoverable through standard LinkedIn searches alone. This is particularly useful when hiring for specialized or sr tech roles, where traditional sourcing channels tend to surface the same profiles *repeatedly*. Having access to a broader and more diverse set of data points helped prioritize candidates with stronger and more credible technical signals.

As a result, it improved the quality of outbound sourcing and reduced time spent manually cross-checking profiles across different platforms, especially when used alongside our ATS or LI as part of a broader stack.

What I like best about AmazingHiring is its unparalleled ability to streamline our candidate sourcing process. Although it is functional, I believe a more streamlined approach or additional customization options would further enhance the user experience

**What do you like best about AmazingHiring?**

It is a very easy software to find talent for our companies to grow. We can easily integrate and implement it with the Chrome browser. It has a lot of features to find the right candidate for any company. After opening the profile of any candidate we can easily see his or her other social media profiles to check out qualifications, skills, experience, and other details. I frequently use it to find the right talent for our company. They provide good support to their customers.

It is a little bit costly for small businesses and enterprises.

**What do you like best about AmazingHiring?**

If you're trying to find tech talent such as data scientists, UI/UX designers, software engineers, ML specialists, etc., AmazingHiring is an excellent platform. In addition to more than 50 sources, the tech profiles are compiled from a variety of social media platforms, such as LinkedIn, and business communities like Github, Stack Overflow, Kaggle, Behance, and Dribbble. With just one click, you can obtain the results at the chosen place using the incredibly powerful AI sourcing solution. Github commits, Kaggle ratings, aggregated ratings, and other criteria can be used to sort the search results. They feature a very user-friendly, straightforward, and convenient search bar with excellent possibilities to add or remove variables like term, company, title, etc. in addition to AI search. As you type, the search bar anticipates the keyword.

**What do you dislike about AmazingHiring?**

The only integrations they presently have are with Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters, and the solution is somewhat pricey. However, I hope that more integrations will be available soon at a lower cost.

AmazingHiring provides the resourse very quickly who are available in job market. It takes very minimal time to find the best talent solution for this hiring needs. It gives me benefits to close the position on time.

We can source our best buddy in Amazing Hiring, we can see their professional background and social footprints. We get to see their work experience, skills, endorsements, and recommendations. We get top-talent engineers with this.

Sometimes, it takes lots of time to screen their background and fill in the details.

Good thing about this software is we can get leads of candidates who does not upload their resume on job hunting websites.

Sometimes it is difficult to use (navigate) through the pages. It takes time to load few of the pages.

My HR team was having difficulties in find young talents. After doing some research I got to know about this software and started using it immediately.Within 2 weeks of time  we got 4 candidates.

AmazingHiring cuts tonnes of time we usually spent on manual work. The search engine is super intuitive and you can create various sourcing strategies - as wide or precise as needed - to only screen best matches within the market. We also love the direct access to candidates' contacts and an opportunity to reach out in a more personalised and efficient way - as we have all the info we need from 50+ different resources. Everything is just there in one place.

**What do you dislike about AmazingHiring?**

There's always a little room for improvement, but AmazingHiring Customer Success team is super attentive and addresses any of the concerns or issues quickly - so there's literally nothing to complain about.

**What problems is AmazingHiring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tech talent market is super competitive and candidate-centric. If you want a qualified candidate, you need to do sourcing and do it faster and more efficiently than other teams - to make sure you win the battle for a candidate's reply and interest. AmazingHiring helps us find stars of the market and reach out directly via the email channel to be the first ones into the candidate's inbox. We also get access to more talent - we can screen candidates that do not stand out on LinkedIn or do not have profiles there, but have amazing technical expertise and are active on Github/Stackoverflow and other professional resources.

**What do you like best about AmazingHiring?**

Good search capabilities, fabulous filtering (like years of relevant experience), good contact details and most of all the capability to set and send your email drip campaigns directly from the tool itself. AH replaces a whole set of tools a recruiter had to use to achieve the same result.

The learning curve is not steep. In fact, I have given the AH account to super junior recruiters and gave them 30 minutes of super basic training. A month later they would make a placement. So obviously AH (if you use it) has the most fabulous ROI.

**What do you dislike about AmazingHiring?**

UI is improving a lot, but there is still room for improvement. It could be my perspective or the way I use it. I would describe myself as a super user, so most probably my needs are very different from those of the average user. Therefore it is very likely the problem is in me, not in the UI of AH! :)

**What problems is AmazingHiring solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Find people
2. Group them in candidate/prospect pools
3. Send an email outreach
4. ... all I have to do next is to reply to candidates I have reached out to as the drip campaign is going out. So 60 minutes after receiving and publishing your job description, you have people replying to your email outreach (sent by Amazing Hiring) about a new role.

The outcome of using AH is the tremendous velocity in your sourcing and recruitment process. And velocity is something that I think is becoming one of the most important things one should measure in their recruitment process.

**What do you like best about AmazingHiring?**

I love the fact that I can preview the candidate's profile before adding the candidate profile to my folder before exporting it to our ATS. Amazing Hiring is just like an advanced Boolean Search for candidates, it returns thousands of profile with contacts and without contacts. I also love the AI Search capabilities too because it makes sourcing easier for me. 

**What do you dislike about AmazingHiring?**

There are some profiles that are returned from your search queries sometimes that's not relevant to the search term you input and if a candidate has multiple email addresses it will create another entry which makes most of the candidates to have duplicate entries, I wished they can update their Algorithm to delete the candidate previous corporate email address if he/she is no longer with the company because most of the time, the emails never get delivered to the recipient/candidate and this increases bounce rate and this will also reduce duplicate entries for each candidate.

**Recommendations to others considering AmazingHiring:**

I'd recommend you give AmazingHiring a trial  if you are looking for a good sourcing tool to source for technical talents, they have an excellent customer support with a good pricing system to support different business needs

It has made sourcing technical talents easier for our business. I can create different folder based on different requirements of our business needs.

The platform aggerates data from more than 50+ different resources thereby gives you the opportunity to contact potential candidates in non-trivial ways. Also, the AI algorithms automatically pre-screen and evaluate your search query and show you the most relevant profiles. 
I personally love a user-friendly intuitive interface, had no difficulties at all with an onboarding process.

Not many integrations yet with external ATS (I guess, only with Greenhouse and SmartRecruiters ), but it shouldn't be a problem to make it through API

The software unites the information about candidates using more than 50 public web nets. Additionally, the range of filters e.g. “hide viewed profiles” directs and narrows down the sourcing process simultaneously.

Inability to write to candidates directly from the system, but they say this feature is coming soon already. Currently, we use integration with MixMax.
