I've really loved the product itself. I think it's brilliant. It's been so user-friendly for us; the interface is so simple to navigate. The team is amazing too. I haven't interacted with a single person who wasn't great to chat to. They've all been super helpful and amazing. I was able to onboard onto TestGorilla easily even in the trial stage, and I already felt like an expert. The people made the product as well, and they're knowledgeable about it, answering all of my questions and making onboarding really seamless. The automatic scoring saves us a huge chunk of time, and knowing that the candidates haven't relied on AI is incredible and so needed in today's landscape. I don't like the pricing policy, the fact that free tests can be done only inside the company emails, and the range of free tests available is very little. I would like to see more free tests.

I love the fact that we can create a test for a role and the anti-cheating software is perfect. With TestGorilla, we have been able to catch cheaters and remove them from the process, which has saved us a lot of time in the future. The initial setup was extremely fast and simple.
