**What do you like best about eqtble?**

Working with the eqtble team has been like having a dedicated consultant ready to help us create template reports and make sure they're accurate and informative. 
The product has evolved over the past few years to have added functionality and ease of use & the team is always available to help with any specific requests our team may have.
For the cost of the product, the ROI is well worth it.

We use it regularly for reporting to our hiring managers and leadership on our Recruiting metrics.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

Because it's an earlier stage product, there are still bugs to work out sometimes. That being said, the team is highly responsive and on top of it so we don't feel like we're on our own.

There's also a learning curve to understanding how to best leverage the tools and capabilities of the product. It does require some level of practice and familiarization. 
Again, the team is highly supportive and has been able to hand-hold us along the way as we ramp up.

**What do you like best about eqtble?**

Eqtble was intuitive as a people analytics platform that allowed a wide range of analytics to be utilized by stakeholders with our department and organization. The team at Eqtble collaborated as true partners delivering on our vision and meeting our goals.  Eqtble integrated with our systems to allow seamless flow of data.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

Eqtble was easy to implement but was hard to get buy in from major stakeholders. A template to output the analytics into a data driven story would have provided more buy in and engagement in the tool.  The team was very responsive to enhancement requests and changes but the lack of ability to do that on the user end made the requests frequent.

**What problems is eqtble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The need for people data is higher than ever in a fast growing organization. The ease of implementation and output of data into visuals was extremely helpful in understanding our past and current data as well as KPIs.

The ability to customize the product is very helpful and the team is great at teaching or creating examples. It made it easier to have one view for leadership.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

The blank slate approach for your dashboard is great but it took me some time, and training, to get used to it.

Having all of the data in one place from multiple sources cut down on time to prepare information and increased accuracy.

**What do you like best about eqtble?**

Eqtble helped us cut through the noise in our data.  It was easy to build stories and dashboards for quick access to our most important metrics.  It also allowed us to share pipelines and charts with hiring teams to illustrate search progress and pipeline status.  Overall, it empowered us to make data-informed decisions about our Recruiting processes and connected the dots between interview performance and retention data.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

Implementation took some time to get the data clean, and there would be times post-implementation that numbers would be off.  That said, support was fast and easy to work with.

**What problems is eqtble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's giving us better visibility into our organization's Recruiting and HRIS data

**What do you like best about eqtble?**

Eqtble is a user friendly and intuitive platform that enables their customers to analyze their recruiting and HR data. Because Eqtble can combine data sources, it allows you to draw conclusions that could not be drawn by just looking at your team's ATS alone. The Eqtble team (shout out to Gabe) does a great job customizing the platform to meet the needs of the individual customer. Whether you need a way to track something "simple" open vs filled headcount, or more complex analysis of interview pssthrough rates, Eqtble is a great solution.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

Eqtble's platform works very well, and it's important to ensure ahead of time that you know exactly what you want to measure and how to measure it (from what data source, in what format, etc.)  before configuring the settings. It's an intuitive platform, but some more technically-inclined users could benefit from more self-service options when it comes to changing the underlying data source mapping. Eqtble did just introduce some great features that allow users to customer charts and graphs on their own, which is great, but it would be nice to be able to "pop the hood" and confirm exactly what data source a given chart is coming from.

**What problems is eqtble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to harness data from multiple sources so that we can draw conclusions about systems that usually don't communicate with one another. It also is a great tool to enhance the reporting capabilities that some ATS platforms are lacking on.

**What do you like best about eqtble?**

I love that anyone can use it. I was recently put in charge of Analytics and have very little experience using a platform. Eqtble is easy to learn and use even for someone who doesnt have experience. Additionally, their support is great! Whenever I have a question or suggestion, they are so responsive and nice.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

Nothing I really dislike. It is still a work in progress as mentioned in some other reviews so it can really only get better from here!

**What problems is eqtble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is allowing our staff to get real time data about their groups without needing to have someone else run it manually every time from our HRIS or ATS

**What do you like best about eqtble?**

What I like most about Eqtble is how easy it is to use. Honestly, it feels like it's dummy-proof. All the HR data is housed in one place instead of having all your information stored in all these different places.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

There's not much of anything I don't like about Eqtble. If I had to choose something that could be improved, I would say the pricing. However, they do offer discounts for startups!

**What problems is eqtble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This software saves you from needing to hire engineers or people to take all of your data and organize it in a way that's easy to digest. You get the most out of your data!

eqtble's partnership has been extremely valuable in helping us combine data from multiple sources and telling stories in a consistent manner.

The app itself is currently still in development so there are some pain points that are still being worked out.

**What do you like best about eqtble?**

This tool is extremely customizable. There are many different reports you can generate, the team will help you make customized dashboards, and there are a number of pre-created reports you can pull and explore.

**What do you dislike about eqtble?**

Sometimes the nature of a report will adjust slightly then it is renamed, which can make it confusing when trying to pull up the data again.

**What problems is eqtble solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use eqtble to increase diversity hiring and track the efforts against our goals. We also use the dashboards for all interview activity tracking, with a focus on diversity.
