There’s really nothing positive I can say about it. To me, it comes across more like a social media platform where former employees gather to be hostile and seek revenge. As an employer with multiple flags submitted, we were disappointed that Glassdoor’s moderation process did not result in removal of a review we believe contained personal attacks and confidential company information. While we value open feedback, the lack of transparency in escalation or decision-making leaves us questioning the fairness of the process. What problems is Glassdoor solving and how is that benefiting you? This platform brings nothing of value anymore. While it once provided a recruiting service, it now seems to allow personal attacks and misinformation about companies to spread unchecked.
